Was left stranded with a flat tire right before the big snow storm hit us all. After waiting on AAA dispatch and when mechanics were able to assist me, Collin (maybe his name) showed up and had the spare tire in 15 Minutes or less. Had the right equipment to do the job fast before dark. Now I have to get my tire valve stem repaired. Thanks!
Absolutely amazing guy Dave Baskin. He was very clearly sleeping early morning when I called and he picked right up, after my husband hit a deer. He showed up within the hour at a very reasonable price! He was even considerate enough to ask if anyone needed a ride as he herd my kids in the background as I went to pick up my husband. He gave plenty of information about where to take the car and what would happen. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience. Great communication all around. Truck and operater had all the tools (and tricks) handy to get a lowered car safely on the truck. Certainly would use again if needed.
Towing company was amazing. Got me in a timely manner. They new whatvthey were doing and explained any questions my child had. Would use them again if I got broke down alone side of the road in there area again.
We are so thankful to have these guys close to home! They do a great job with our cars and truck and are always able to give us very reasonable prices. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
This guy was a lifesaver. My son had a tire blowout late in the evening. We are both AAA members, but they were not able to send someone out until the following day (disappointing). I took it upon myself to try and locate a tow service and Hirt was the first one I called. Although late and being in the middle of dinner, the owner took it upon himself to not only come out and tow my son's car to the garage, but was able to run it through AAA for me to save the upfront cost (I am certainly not saying he could do this for everyone). I am very pleased that someone was willing to help us when we needed it most. He was prompt and courteous and got the car to the garage. Thank you so much, Hirt Towing & Recovery!
They got sent out to for road assistance as my car wasn't starting. He stayed to help me get it started and eventually my car started. Gentleman was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Ten out of ten thank you so much!
Hirt Towing helped get my Jeep to my mechanic's shop. The driver/tow-technician did a great job. He did try to jump-start my Jeep twice, with no success; Jeep would not start at all. The tow-technician was very kind, professional and very helpful. Thank you again, David (Tow-Technician).

These guys are fantastic!! My dead vehicle was in a very tight spot and not easily accessible for a tow, but with a little elbow grease and some very savvy thoughts this young man was able to maneuver the vehicle off the curb and onto a rollback whlle avoiding hitting other cars. I must say I am impressed. To add to this awesome pick up, the young man was polite, kind and courteous during the entire experience. I 100% recommend Hirt Towing and Recovery for you next towing needs.

Very helpful, conscientious, determined to get my situation resolved, went to lengths to jump Start my car so I could get to an appointment, go get a battery, and meet me at a parking lot near my appointment, install it and ensure my car was fixed so I could get back to work. All with kindness and patience.

I can’t begin to express my deep gratitude to David at Hirtz. The day before our honeymoon our tire gave out on the highway at 5pm (which is a time most places would stop answering their phone and a location we were unfamiliar with). However, David heard my urgent voice mail and immediately called us back to see how he could help out my husband and I. Honestly, from start to finish, he truly went above and beyond to reassure us that everything would be resolved and communicated quickly and clearly with both myself and AAA. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you SO much for saving us in a moment of crisis.
David Baskin got there in record time and got my tire changed. I don’t think I could have done it myself with the tools I had. He was knowledgeable and friendly and got there very quickly.
David arrived within the time frame that he said he would, 7-10 minutes. He is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and had my car running and road ready in 30 minutes. He is A+ service provider.
The technician arrived promptly to jump start my car. His diagnostic equipment showed that the battery was very weak and since he made sure to bring a new one we replaced it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. It could not have gone better. I strongly recommend Hirt Towing.

Thank you Hirt! We stopped at Sheetz on 11/15 near Duncannon yesterday and one of our motorcycles got a dead battery. Our jump pack would t charge it enough. One of your employees was getting gas and noticed us and walked over with a jump pack and offered to help. He saved the day! What a great thing he did for us. Amazing experience! Had an appointment for my suv today for an oil change, but over the weekend it decided it didn’t want to drive! I called at 7 am and he answered right away, knee deep in mud pulling someone else’s vehicle free! As a veterans wife, it makes me happy to support a veteran owned business. He was prompt and my husband loved him. He got the SUV to Acura dang near right away and payment was easy with an immediate receipt. We will be calling hirt’s any time we need a tow!! Thank you!
Honest, trustworthy and GREAT customer service. If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. My wife and kids were traveling and got a flat tire on the highway. It was after dark and I called and immediately got through to Scott. He was super helpful and was on the scene in 15 minutes, he ordered me an new tire and had it installed the next day. What could have been a really bad situation was made easy. A+++
I can’t begin to explain how impressed I am with this business. My car broke down on 322E as I was headed back on a long trip home. I called AAA and they sent Hirt out to do a diagnostic. Hirt realized that the serpentine belt had come off. I initially was going to have my car towed to the Honda Dealer in Mechanicsburg but they said they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day. The driver let me know they had a shop and could fix it when we got back. Literally when we got back the belt was getting dropped off by their supplier and ready to be replaced. The driver that initially came out to assess my car ended up towing it back and fixing it with the owner in a jiffy. Pricing was reasonable but the service was unbelievable. Very down to earth and personable people. Highly recommend this place.
Great service, timely helped me with my flat tire. Took an hour, but that was normal considering the time of the day. Wonderful service person, maintained professionalism throughout the conversation. I am glad I picked them for the emergency service.
Did not get drivers name but he was fantastic. He towed our Corvette which alot of company's would not do. Made sure all was done right. Hope we never have to use again but would in a heart beat.
