It would have been better if the first battery didnt leak acid and other fluids in my car. Then when I call to tell them they said to bring it back but never offered to give a discount for having to come back out. Other then that I haven't had an issue with the 2nd battery. I would recommend them. Maybe my next experience will be better 🤞.

After having battery issues with my vehicle, I called Interstate. They simply could have sold me a starting battery but because my vehicle has 2 separate batteries (one under the seat) they suggested I check some things first. The staff was so helpful and I was able to pin point which battery was needed. Highly recommend Interstate Batteries of Allentown.
Well I had a been, an i anfisiz been, cause I will not do bissness there no more. I bought all my batteries there over the years. Well today I called for a price on a battery for my atv, an was quoted a price of $114.00 an some change. When I got there an employee got the new battery out, I saw it wasn't the same size as the one I bought from you guys years ago, I told the employee, an he said this is the one it calls for. I told him this is the one I bought here last time, so in the meantime another employee came over an said it wasn't right, an got the correct one out. Then the employee told me $212.00 was the price on the correct one. Well that is outrageous to the price I was quoted, an i expressed this to employee, an told him no, so I came all the way up there with the cash for nothing,an your employee acted as if he could care less, an never even tried to work with me on the price or anything, that is just bad bissness, an I went down the street an got the correct battery for $116.00 so my loyalty to your bissness is gone, cause obviously you guys have none for your customers.
Can't tell it any better than everyone else has done already..called to check prices and availability for 2 vehicles..

I deal with this place a lot as I order a lot of batteries for both my cars and cars for others, their quality is absolutely top notch and the staff is very friendly. Prices are much more reasonable than other places as well.
Called this morning to ask a few detailed questions about an interstate battery I’ve been having problems with. My local franchise was giving me hassle on the battery to get it replaced. So I called this location to give my diagnosis from a draw test and cranking amp drop. From the lady at the front desk to the gentlemen Tim I had spoke to both they both were professional and genuine as can be. Tim gave me a solid 10 mins on the phone explaining what he thought the issue was stemming from my symptoms. Gave me a recommendation to recharge at a determined time/amp and was willing to give me a blem as a loaner to take my battery and do a full in house charge/restore and test. I’ve been all across the country in the heavy equipment industry it’s a hard thing to find people like this willing to take sufficient time to help an indirect customer with a product over the phone. Hats off to you and your team. If I find myself needing to make the trip to get this corrected I have no problem driving 60 miles one way to have this level of customer service! Thank you again !
Really great place if you need a battery for your old car. Ask for a blemish battery, You have to put it in yourself but you save a lot of money and it comes with a one year warranty. Friendly Folks work there too!
Everyone at this battery store was very knowledgeable and answer all the questions that I had about switching my 12 V batteries to two 6 V batteries in series for my camper with a solar power system. Their prices were very competitive and I highly recommend these people.
Highly recommend. I called first. They said come over. I need a battery for my car. The owner himself and his helpers came out. They took out my old battery and installed a new one. The battery was under warranty yet so I got a new battery free. I couldn’t ask for better service. I will be recommending their services on my Facebook page also. Thank you again.

Despite what others have written, it was VERY easy to find. Fast and friendly. The guy knew what battery I needed by just looking at my old one. Was in and out in minutes. Great place and good deal! Will recommend to friends and family.
Bought a battery September 2019. And 6 months later it's extremely corroded. I took to the place December 2020 and asked the guy if we can replace this I have the receipt. He said " no that's normal corrosion." Which I knew it wasn't. Only took 2 more months for that battery to fail completely. However, I dont live in the Walnutport area anymore so I couldnt take it back still under the 18 month warranty. I wouldnt reccomend trusting this place at all.

I'm taking off 1 point, because there's no sign. I had to drive back and forth a few times before I found the place.
If you need a battery, I'd highly recommend giving them a call for pricing. I doubt you'll find one cheaper anywhere else.
My mom and her bf both bought batteries there and had good results every times, so they referred me. I went today and I'm so glad. I got a new, but blemished battery for $100 less than I would've paid at AutoZone or Advance Auto. The savings was well worth the drive! I'll definitely use them again in the future!
PS. The blem(ished) battery my mom bought is still good and it's been about 1.5 years. Her bf bought several over the years for his various vehicles and never had a problem.
If I have any issue with mine, I'll update to make a note of it. But so far, so good. I popped it in and my car started right up. We'll see how long it lasts.
Absolutely best place to go for a battery! Literally half the price of any auto parts store! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell u any thing more expensive than what u need and are extremely nice. I will not get a battery from anywhere else for my vehicles or my lawn tractor ever again. Thank you Jeff and the rest of the guys!
