Should have better respect for their customers, horrible experience. They need more communication The item they gave me did not look like the one in the photo because they chose to tear apart the door for a $20 mirror where they could’ve just called me. I would’ve paid the extra 20 to not have a ruined door.

I recently purchased a vehicle here. The person I dealt with was Larry. He was extremely fair, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. He exceeded all my expectations by far! Everything from the initial test drive to the notory services, he went out of his way to make convenient for me, Likely inconveniencing himself to do so. It was the best used car buying experience ive ever had. I cant express enough my high level of satisfaction, and Id highly recommend M&R to anyone! There are reasons why good businesses like this have been around for so many years, while dozens of others open and close in no time! A+!

Very pleasant yard compared to others it's nice and clean and you can see that they care about their business call them one and a half hours ahead to have a bumper taken off and ready for me by the time I made it there was already waiting for me to pick it up and it was described correctly without any hiccups. Easy access to the parking lot. Parking spaces, not so much. Have to park in front of the tire rack in front.

Horrible customer service, DON’T BUY AT MR MOTORS. Asked for an specific item and got another one, still wanted me to pay for “labor”. If you are any color but white, I specially advise you not to give them your business. Dang shame 🤡, clown show

I called into cancel an order of course knowing I would have to pay for the labor and the person keeps hanging up on me when I call acting like a baby. This place is a joke.
