I went here once to get something had a bad experience I would never go here again even though I live in Northampton I'll take the long way and go somewhere else I will never go to this AutoZone ever again if my car depended on it no thank you. I don't know who the woman was she was very snotty maybe the manager for all I know.

There was a very nice young lady there, whom was so very helpful. She was not scared to get her hands dirty. Being a woman myself it was very nice to have a woman help me she didn't make you feel like you didn't know enough. I will shop here again anytime.

Commercial team is awesome

In and out in 15 minutes and they even replaced my light bulb! Guy working there was very friendly and helpful. Didn't catch his name.

This is the auto shop I'm going to in Northampton. The staff understood what I needed and it wasn't crowded.

All i can say is about my own experience buying auto parts from AutoZone is 9 out of 10 times I am given the Wrong parts!

Shayla and Aimee (apologies if I’m butchering the spelling of the names) were amazing! Shayla went above and beyond to help me out and also taught me a few things to help myself in the future when I run into car problems. I will definitely be going back with any car problems I have. They were both helpful and insightful. Also, instead of paying for some dudes garage to test my battery and part, I went here, got it tested for free and was not charged an arm and a leg for a battery or labor! I am genuinely so thankful I went to AutoZone instead of where I originally was going to go, also thankful I met those two kind human beings!😌 The world needs more of them both!
