Horrible company.... stay away . Haven't had trash service in a month. All you get from the company is excuses. Had other issues back in August when the driver would dump my can he would drive away as the arm was lowering the can so it would be dumped randomly down the street in a ditch somewhere

I had an extremely frustrating billing experience with Whitetail Trash before finally getting real help. Prior to speaking with Camille, I repeatedly spoke with another employee and was told each time “not to worry” and that my billing issue would be looked into and fixed. Unfortunately, nothing was ever resolved. Instead, the very next day I would receive calls from Mike telling me I had an outstanding bill. This cycle happened multiple times and became incredibly frustrating. Everything changed the one time I called and spoke with Camille. From that moment on, the issue was handled properly and never happened again. Camille was quick to respond, professional, thorough, and actually followed through. She resolved the billing problem completely and seamlessly, turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Camille’s customer service truly stood out and deserves special recognition. She made all the difference, and Whitetail Trash is very fortunate to have an employee like her.

Avoid this company at all costs!! December 19th was the last time they picked up. Its January 1st and they are still not here. 2 weeks of the holidays and no garbage service!!! Seafood in the garbage for 2 weeks, everyone's garbage overflow blowing through the neighborhood. This is absolutely ridiculous, and they won't pick up the phone.

HORRIBLE COMAPNY!!! Missed my cans and our entire street 3 of the last 4 weeks. Blue Mountain Dr is a large road. 20 cans sitting roadside overflowing for now the 5th day past pick up. This company is ridiculous! AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Dec 2025...no trash or recycling pickup over holiday. Called a couple times and was hung up on, sent to voice mail. The wind is blowing trash and recycling around the neighborhood because they won't do their job. This is not professional. 👎

I wish I can give no star,I am extremely disappointed with your company’s billing practices. Being charged over $100 simply because a plastic bag was placed in the recycling bin is completely unreasonable. Additionally, there are numerous service fees too!This experience has caused me to lose trust in your service. I will not be using your company again and will share my experience with others

The week of Christmas, snow is coming. And as usual, we were already delayed a day because of the holiday. Typically they delay again because of the snow, I just called to find out if for sure we’re being picked up tomorrow since I had not gotten an email saying no. No we’re being skipped completely this week. But they’ll take double pick up next week. How can that be when I don’t have two bins. Where do I put my recycling for the two weeks. My bin is packed from the holiday. This company is an absolute joke. I will be canceling and I can’t wait. Do not do not be dumb enough to sign up with them. Would give zero stars if I could.

I would NOT recommend using this company at all (Casella Waste Systems owns them). They delivered us severely damaged filthy cans with graffiti plastered all over the side to use and missed our first pick up with them. You could tell that they were here and moved the cans around, but just decided not to empty their contents, even after we followed their very strict bagging requirements. Thankfully, I was able to cancel service with them and switch back to my previous provider, but it took hours of being on the phone with five different customer service representatives over the course of a week to do so, each of which were extremely rude and inconsiderate on the phone. This company is VERY difficult to deal with, showing absolutely no consideration whatsoever. It also took close to three weeks for them to pick up our containers, with an estimated 10-12 weeks now to receive a refund, even after them still charging us for the first month of service with them (and they never once picked up our trash or recycling). AVOID using this company at all costs.

Horrible service already Ive had whitetail for a total of three weeks and two outta the three trash wasn't picked up and both times told that my route was already completed 🤬 already wanna switch carriers due to this

Worst trash service ever. They missed my trash 2 weeks in a row now. Missed four times overall. Palmerton borough picked the worst company around to contract for trash collection. They even took a Halloween decoration as trash. Price is too high to not be receiving the service.

This shows how inconsistent the trash pick has been as well as the lack of care taken - be a professional. This company’s service is not timely or professional. I understand I have to do certainly things like cut up the boxes however, when the recycling is picked up and some things are dropped by the driver in that pickup, they should have the decency to pick up what they dropped. If it stays this way I will look for another trash hauler.

Customer service is horrible. The customer service representatives don't have a positive attitude.They are very negative and sound mean. It takes forever to speak to somebody.The waiting period to get somebody on the phone is way too long. The driver did not stop and pick up our garbage.And I am being told they have no way to contact the driver. Which is ridiculous since everyone has a cell phone these days. There is no way to leave a review for any particular representative. This shows they do not really truly care how their people who answer the phone treat their customers. The attitude that I had to deal with is unacceptable.

Very efficient, and trust-worthy. Pricing .... ummmmmm not good for my needs as I only put out the trash and recycling 1 x per 3 weeks. Even then, the cans are not full. It was a great price when I signed on, but has already increased by more than 61% over the 5-year period. Other than that, service is great unless you need to call. No matter what time, there is no answer to address any concerns (which have been very few).

Very positive experience with Whitetail Disposal. Never an issue with service, notifications of schedule changes at holidays, and very courteous customer service. Rates have gone up in the last few years, but understanding the economy, it is to be expected. A fair company of choice for residential trash disposal in my opinion.

We've been with Whitetail in Lehigh Twp., PA, for 2+ years and we're happy customers. They pick up on time, have never missed our place, and the communications via email are superb. We haven't price shopped in a while but we do know that independent haulers who do gig pickups are pricey. We're not happy to have to pay a fuel surcharge and a regulatory fee and all those other extras and yet, they're happening in restaurants and auto repair shops as well. Whitetail is the best garbage hauler we've had in our 25+ years of residency here.

When Whitetail first started in our area we were told they were going to be cost efficient. Since then we've seen several price increases making them just as expensive as the other companies. They pass on the cost of doing business to the customers, Fuel expense is just the cost of doing business(never mind the tax breaks they get) but yet we the customers are footing their bill. I won't complain about their service as it has been much better then the company we had before. I'll give them 4 stars for that.

Very disappointed with our service. Switched years ago due to the good rates compared to others.. Rate keeps increasing, but the service isn't good. Recycling was suppose to be picked up on a Thursday, never showed up. Never got notified about the delay, and wasn't picked up until the following Monday. Good thing I was outside, and could run my recycling to the curb, or I would have missed it!! Very annoying.. And its happened more than once with no notice.

Whitetail was great in the beginning when I first signed up for their services. They are always on time for pick up and communicate very well if they will not be on schedule. However I recently started noticing service fees on my bill I do not agree with. When I called to find out, the one fee is to pay for fuel and service on the trucks that pick up my trash. What happen to the cost of doing business, the trucks are your business....

Whitetail Disposal has done a great job in handling our waste and recycling needs!!! Their workers that handle our curbside pickup are always friendly and professional!!! They always wave or acknowledge me or my wife if we happen to be sitting on our front porch!!! We have had 4 or 5 bulk items picked up for free or at a cost which was very reasonable compared to previous trash haulers!!! Also, their 3-month fee is far below all the rest!!! We are very pleased with Whitetails service.... thank you!!!

Whitetail Disposal has been an excellent choice. There is great communication for holiday/weather-related day changes. Cans are extra large and pricing is very fair. Customer Service is receptive, helpful and thorough. Definitely the right choice for my family.

Whittail Disposal has provided excellent service since I made the switch from another disposal company. Pickups are prompt and efficient, and any changes in schedule are announced well in advance and even reminders are sent to their customers. The savings I've received have been appreciated in these days of inflation, and even with the slight increase I am still saving more money. Thank you for coming into our area and giving us such great service!

Started service with promises of not raising rates for a couple of years and option to put out an extra item each week. They missed our pick up several time, but we’ve never received a credit (we rarely have full containers also, but we are forced to use the larger cumbersome containers just the same). Now rates have gone up considerably, and if you want an additional item to be picked up, it has to be really small (I could just put it in the can) and/or they charge you (a lot, $10+) to pick it up and you now need to call ahead to have it schedule. So far every time I’ve called ahead they have given me a rough time for an item I could have fit inside the can. A other case of making promises to get your business then changing the plan once you’ve changed companies. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised in this day and age…….

Our experience with Whitetail has been good. Have not had any issues with garbage pick up other then once this past winter due to multiple storms in same week which was understandable. Communication is great about change of service dates due to holiday or weather. Very happy with the service.

Whitetail Disposal has been great since we got with them about a year or so ago! They do trash and recycling every week and have picked up extra side bags for us as well. The drivers in my area are so nice and always wave and are super respectful. I have nothing bad to say about this company! The previous garbage company I was with had terrible customer service, more expensive, was adding on charges and fees every single bill, would miss some weeks, charge $5 per 13 gallon garbage bag that was not in the SMALL garbage bin I was provided. Whitetail Disposal is literally wonderful. Thank you so much for caring about your customers and making garbage disposal affordable for the community!

Whitetail is my first experience using a trash pick-up service and I have not been disappointed! From the very beginning the service has been seamless and the responsiveness of the team excellent. They keep us informed of any changes for weather and holidays and respond quickly to questions. Plus friendly drivers! Highly recommend!

We've had whitetail for 1 1/2 years. We are so happy with the service they provide. It's always on time. Never had any problems at all. Our bill did go up the last bill but not terribly and still lower than the other major garage haulers.

Great company! They are always picking up around same time in the morning every week. If it is a week that on a holiday, they send you a text or mail saying it will be one day later. Also the same for bad weather. If you have some larger items, a phone call will set that up for you. Never had a problem. Keep up the great work.

We have been using Whitetail Disposable for about 4 years. We are happy with their service. They communicate by email to remind us if there is a holiday and service will be pushed back. A few times we were missed when they first took over. I let them know by email as they recommended and our garbage was picked up by the next day. Their prices have gone up but they remain comparable and the service is 5 star!

Regular pickups have been fine and prices are competitive. I do like whitetail. My concerns are the surcharges for fuel, price structure, and bulk pickups. Fuel surcharge was added when gas prices surged. Now that they are down and have been down, that has not been removed. Pricing is flat meaning I pay the same price for a family of 2 as a family of 6. My can is never full and sometimes has one bag in it. I see neighbors with their can overflowing and bags on the side who pay the same rate. There needs to be an option for people who have little waste. Regarding bulk pickups- as mentioned before we produce little trash. I requested a bulk pickup for a little outdoor wicker loveseat and was told I had to pay as it was not included free of charge. Producing a small amount of trash every single week and when I have a larger item to take every 5 years or so-charging me to pick it up is a slap in the face. Again, I do like the service, they have great communication to delays and holidays, but the pricing structure needs a revamp to be competitive to all customers. When it comes down to it we care about the price and service. One is fine but the other needs a revamp.
