From the first phone call to picking up my car, everything went smoothly. The staff kept me informed every step of the way, which made everything much easier. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Daku's to anyone needing repairs.

This is the only body shop i will use. From the initial contact to the delivery of my repaired car everything was stellar. Auto accidents are stressful. They helped ease any worries that I may have had. They worked with my insurance, car rental company, and kept me in the loop. I had no worries or stress. They provide thorough explanation of repairs. If after Market parts are recommended they let you know if they can work or if it might be better to upgrade but its your decision. Good quality work.

This is a top-notch professional company. They worked seamlessly with Nationwide Insurance, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My job was done in a timely manner, the quality of the job is top-notch, my truck was returned to me in a cleaner state and then I had delivered it to them. The customer service was excellent , communication was excellent, I highly recommend this business.

They aren't the most organized, but my car looks great. I waited for 2 hours for my rental car which was in the lot. My car was still sitting there, so why did I have to be there so early. They bad mouthed our insurance company. It took 3 weeks, but it looks great! Would I use them again? I'm not sure

Courtesy begins at the reception and both people who were answering all questions possible were extremely helpful. I brought in my 2025 Explorer with 8000 miles after someone hit my brand new vehicle. With all the new sensors and systems they were able to fix everything Perfectly. They made my car look brand new again. I later went in for some more work, not too long after, and they even detailed the entire inside of my vehicle. Their warranty is also something not many places can beat. Highly recommended business.

Yesterday, I had an emergency situation while visiting relatives in the area. My hood wouldn’t close properly and I was just about to do a long drive out of state. I stopped in Daku auto body hoping they could help. Mr. Daku personally worked on my hood clamp until he got it working for me. He dropped everything he was doing to help me out. It was such a terrific act of kindness and I am so glad I came upon Daku at that moment. Thankfully, I made it home safe and sound. Thanks so much Daku auto body!

Very honest and great experience with getting an estimate done for my car. They were kind through the whole process so far and if I do decide to follow through with getting my car fixed I know for certain it’s in good hands. **by far highest price compared to 4 other auto shops in the valley though. Good I guess if you’re going through insurance, out of pocket absolutely too expensive.

March 2022 - April 2022 3 week long repair. 2 inch Door ding Repair Quote $675.35 Actual $751.72 Accident Repair roughly $3,500.00 Consumers to this body shop, please do not get blinded by the certifications, the promises of bringing your vehicle to OEM standard and reviews of this shop because you may end up accepting certain flaws that were made to your vehicle by the auto body shop as I did. If there’s anything I learned from this facility that I can pass to you is do your own inspection of your vehicle before getting out your rental and accepting your vehicle repairs. It is VITAL that you do so to avoid head ache. The first time I picked up my vehicle I found some discrepancies that gave me the impression the repairs done to my vehicle were rushed. Very surprised I was thought and upset because I was not expecting that after being told I have appear that same day to avoid paying unnecessary rental fees. The discrepancies were new scratches on certain parts of the vehicle, masking tape and covers still on the vehicle, improper reassembly of parts, and over splatter of clear coat to parts that weren’t being repaired. Result: This was fixed. I write this review today because I’d like to note that I am still finding new discrepancies on my vehicle and it’s unfortunate because some of these repairs are fixable but at my expense. I am submitting a picture of before and after fixes of vehicle. I will also be attaching pictures of certain discrepancies you may want to look for in your vehicle. Hope it helps. Taillight had to be removed and upon reassembly they did not put everything back the way it was supposed to. I found the taillight wires shoved down a whole, paint drip on the rear well doesn’t seem right(i.e. Look at the photos), and over tightened bumper screws to a plastic bumper(signs of over use of electric screw driver and NOT hand tight as it should be), and broken taillight wire mount. Quality of repair: 4.9 Knowledge of Assembly/Reassembly: 1.0

Daku's Auto Body is the only team I would trust to work on my vehicles. Their professionalism is only bested by the quality of their work. This is the second time they have worked on my truck. I was recently rear ended and after how great they were to work with (7 years ago) they were my first call this time around. They handled everything and from start to finish made it incredibly easy. From their online estimate tool, to managing the conversation with the insurance company, to getting additional approvals made, they made it painless. In the end, my truck was returned to me as good as new and in a timely fashion. I can't thank their team enough for their kindness and expertise. Nobody wants to need an auto body shop. But if you find yourself in the situation where you do, I can't recommend the team at Daku's enough.

Its always hard to drop a vehicle off at the body shop... in this case it was great to get my 4Runner back ! Very happy with the results. My experience with Daku's was excellent. I had been having difficulty finding someone local to do body work on my Tesla. Daku took the time to determine whether they would be able to perform the work and were upfront and clear with all their communication. Their workmanship was high quality and their customer service was great! I highly recommend them.

My family had used Daku’s for an issue they had with their car and came highly recommended. My car was hit at the end of March and left significant damage. I picked Daku’s for the repairs and I can’t say enough about them. From the estimate, to the repair process, and picking up.. the customer service was exceptional. They informed me of what to expect, checked in to give me an update on how things were moving along during the repair process, and were exceptional at pick up. From everyone in the auto body shop to front desk, their customer service and compassion for those they are serving is top notch and I highly recommend Daku for any repair needs!

I have no doubt that my experiences with Daku's was not an uncommon one. Bonnie and Cliff are always very transparent about what they find, the cost, and expected completion dates. They worked with my insurance, advocated for me, and made the process easy. While I certainly hope I never need their services again, I know that if I do I'll be in exceptional hands. But don't take my word for it - check out the magic they did on my MINI Cooper.

I have used Daku's auto several time (5 in the last 6 years) and have never experienced a problem until now. I was hit by a local business truck and took it in for an estimate. Received emails of their estimate and the supplemental estimate after the at fault's insurance company reviewed it. Both times it read 000 balance due by customer. After waiting for several weeks I called them to find out when I could schedule. I was told that I would owe $260 as they were charging more than the insurance would cover. I told them no, and was told they would try to work something out and I would be called back the next day. Again, no call back for 5 days. I called the at fault's insurance company to find out what was going on. I found out that Daku's already had the check for the repairs for an agreed upon price for THREE WEEKS. They were trying to upsell me for repairs. I then called 3 body shops in the valley, each one seeing pictures of the damage and was told they would be happy to do the job for the agreed upon price of 3100.00. Unfortunate that they would do this to a repeat customer who has referred several vehicles there. I have even received the "Hey thanks for the referral, if there is anything we can do for you , just let us know" texts. So much for that. I will not be using them again.

The staff at Daku was top notch and made the process easy. They took care of car rental and dealing with the insurance company. They kept me informed of the progress of the work performed. The quality of the work was exceptional. I Highly recommend Daku for auto body repairs.

First Experience Here Awesome. The shop I had been using for years was on the decline. I decided to search somewhere else but this time had a relatively small job that many places would be apprehensive to address because it was also a very custom job. Daku was recommended by a mechanical repair shop I use and respect. I made an appointment and talked to Rob and was surprised to find find that he seemed truly interested in my project and was very willing to take on the job as small as it was. Long story short, Very Happy, it turned out Beautiful and everyone there was cheerful and accommodating. They will definitely hear from me next time I'm in need of an Auto Body Shop !!
