Responded to tow call immediately. Customer Service following the tow, when dealing with me and my insurer, wildly exceeded expectations. Unfortunately I've had a lot of experience with tow services, and this rated #1 by far. Special Kudos to both Jerry and Roger!
I recently wrecked my car and went to the hospital in a ambulance meanwhile the state police called there wrecker to come pick up the car when I went to get my stuff out and hand them the title there was still a remaining balance which I had to run home and get but the owner still allowed me to retrieve all my belongings I chose to get out of the car before I ran home to get the remaining balance which he didn’t have to do very nice people I don’t see any reason for anyone to leave any negative reviews on here

They towed my vehicle after it was hit while parked and did a great job clearing the debris from the rd. They stored the vehicle and dealt with the other parties insurance for us and communicated every step of the way. Some days it was tough to get in touch with them but they always returned our calls and answered all questions promptly.
Roger at Force 1 is the best painter in the Lehigh Valley. I was very nervous to have the damage repaired on my 2021 Porsche 911 GT3 because i thought it would never look the same. You Cannot tell it was hit EVER. Thank you to the whole crew for going above and beyond for my car. I suggest anyone with a car worth more than 150k talk to Roger about having your paint done.
Talk about an angry old bitter man running a shoddy business in a cruddy building with a Rocky Mountain looking parking lot that will break your car even more. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. Not worth the pain and anguish they caused me. Reporting to BBB.
I had 2 major leaks in my car and Force 1 did a tremendous job fixing the problem. We had torrential rain the day after I brought the car home and one would never know there was a previous water problem. They went above and beyond cleaning and drying the carpeting and buffing out some scratches as well.

Very casual and laid back feel. No one is in the office when you first walk in, however within a minute or two someone came right in and asked how he could help. Once explaining the situation with why our vehicle had been impounded, the person turned out to be the owner and gave us a much needed brake on the fees we were looking at. All in all, a pretty reasonable down to earth kind of guy. I would definitely like to do business with more people like that. If you need a tow, force one is the way to go!
Great work and professional services. They fixed and painted a 36' fire truck that had some accident damage. They went above and beyond the required service and touched up a few areas outside of the accident damage free of charge. The work was terrific and it looked better then original when done.
This body shop is great, Roger is extremely thorough with estimation and then the turn around time is great. Everything is very cleaned and polished afterwards. I won't go to anyone else and I now live an hour away.
Went in for an estimate...the guy seemed knowledgeable though a little aloof. But then he took forever (2 weeks) to give me an estimate. In the meantime I went elsewhere and got an estimate almost immediately! The shop is kind of a dive, which would be no big deal if I would have been treated as if my business was important. I guess they have plenty of work and don't have to be attentive to customers?
Had my car here twice for body repairs. The customer service is exceptional; friendly and helpful. They even had a rental ready for me when I dropped my car off! The entire process was so easy and painless. The repairs were done fast and flawlessly. Would recommend this place to anyone!
I parked my car and got out to walk across the street to go to work. A colleague looked at my car and said, "I thought you said you had body work done." It was THAT good. You absolutely couldn't tell where the work was done. Nobody can match paint like these guys. And my car was a metallic orange color. Amazing work.
