I recently had my truck towed only about 100 meters, and the price they charged was extremely high and completely unreasonable. They should seriously review their pricing, because the amount they billed does not match the service provided.
I am an owner operator, and even in a situation where the police were the ones who called the tow truck, they still tried to pass this excessive charge on to me. That is totally unfair and unprofessional.
I expected transparency and fair treatment, but my experience was very negative.
I do not recommend this place and will not use their services again.

Warning to other truckers and businesses. I was towed by this company after being called in by the police, and they took full advantage of the situation. They charged me three times the normal market rate for a semi-truck tow — absolutely outrageous and unjustified. No clear explanation, no breakdown of charges, just a massive bill with no transparency. This is nothing short of predatory and dishonest. If you have a choice, do not use this company. They are in the business of exploiting people when they’re most vulnerable.
If you want your truck repaired right the first time - then go to the team at I-78 Truck Center - quality service at great prices - thank you for all you do for us.
Great people who do great work! I was involved in a semi truck wreck in December and EVERYBODY here was very helpful and accommodating to me through the whole thing! Highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
Best experience with a repair shop in my life! Shawn went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed. Funniest guy I’ve ever met. Would have left 5 stars except he didn’t offer me a snack like he did for the guy in front of me.
One of our service vehicles had a blowout just a few miles from the i78 shop. Carissa dispatched a repair vehicle in just a few minutes and had us back on the road! Thanks for the quick service and response.
A great team of mechanics who are really willing to talk to and work with customers. Every truck I have ever had worked on here was fixed correctly the first time.
An employee named "Sheila" usually answers the phone with "yeah". I try to politely ask simple questions and she is rude immediately for absolutely no reason. It's not my fault you hate your job. Unprofessional as it gets. She seriously needs to be fired. I still have an unresolved issue with this location thanks to her worthlessness.

Very little experience here, but it was great. My brakes locked up close by, I managed to get the truck to their lot, the parts man was willing to get me water to throw on the brakes, as they were super hot and in danger of igniting. Then they sold me the parts I needed to fix the busted air lines myself, in their parking lot. And also a new fire extinguisher. 10/10, will return if I need to.
The best mechanic shop ever they were very friendly Especially sheila and sheldon andre they were all great and they know what they doing they even gave me a ride to hotel and back to the shop,highly recommended........ mohamed
This shop was referred to us by our friend. Since then, we try to have them service all our trucks, cause they do such a GREAT job. Sheldon goes above and beyond, to save you a buck and is very thorough in his repair work. I was so impressed that when our truck broke down at night, I could still reach out to Sheldon - for consultation. Would recommend them to all my friends!!!
