JCL’s entire team is wonderful! I trust them completely, never feel I’m being ripped off. Chris always explains every issue and I’m aware of all costs ahead of time.

I’ve used this company twice now, and I truly couldn’t be happier with their work. They’ve worked on my gas tank, motor mounts, replaced my battery, and handled a few other repairs I needed done. Every time, they’ve treated both me and my car with professionalism and care. It’s absolutely true — you get what you pay for. They’re not the cheapest, but I’m not looking for cheap. I want a mechanic who knows exactly what they’re doing and makes sure my car is returned to me just as I left it — or even better. That’s exactly what they deliver. Their customer service is excellent, communication is clear, and the quality of work gives me real peace of mind. I genuinely appreciate them and highly recommend their services.

What was originally a $1,600 fix turned out to be a $300 fix for my car. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on repairs I didn’t need. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend.

Had a battery issue and JCL told me to bring the vehicle right in. I was incredibly impressed with the same-day service; they had the replacement done and me back on the road in no time. Fast, professional, and highly recommended!

Absolutely negligent mechanics. Missed a critical safety issue that risked my husbands life. Took my vehicle in for brake pressure issues and leaking fluid after the Mercedes dealer quoted 4k for the repair. JCL stated that the rear brake lines were leaking but the front lines were good. Replaced the rear lines and not even two months later my husband was driving home from work in my car in a snowstorm and lost all brake pressure. Thank goodness he was able to get the vehicle stopped safely without injury to himself or anyone else. Had it towed back to JCL who stated that the front lines were now blown. I pressed them on how this could’ve happened when they just checked all the lines less than two months ago. They finally admitted that they didn’t check the entirety of the front brake lines, only what they could easily see. I was never told that there was a chance that something was missed or quoted for the labor it would take to remove the catalytic converter so they could see the whole brake line. They just told me it would good when it clearly wasn’t and risked our lives by missing a critical safety issue. Would never take another vehicle here!

Right before the holidays, my car needed repairs and JCL was booked for days. I explained that I needed the car to pick up my kids from the airport and for our Christmas trip. They told me not to worry, and they delivered. Truly excellent service!

I love taking my car here. I always know i'm going to get great and knowledgeable service! the women at the front desk are also very kind! I will keep bringing my car here for oil changes and such !

Nice place, 1st time client, kind staff. I scheduled an appt via text to remove 2 stuck not stripted lug bolts and provide estimate on replacing front lower control arms, because I already know they were bad, they said yes we can do that next Tuesday. I accepted the appt and arrived on time. They took 2 hours to finish only to inform me that they only could get 1of the stuck wheel lock off, but they replaced 3 wheels locks total as has i requested. They also informed me that my control arms are bad ..total price $177. I understand luxury car repair price as I have owned them over 30 years and used the dealers for the most part, $114 to replace 3 lugnuts , and $55 for telling me my control arms are bad, which I told them but no estimate of repairs and I wheel lock with the head stripped off. I paid them and went home and pounded a 21 mm 12 point socket on the stripped lug bolt and removed it myself . Morale of the story. These business are not principle based for customer allegiance anymore, they have pre printed menu items they charge you even if they fail to receive results they said they could. For greed and profit, instead of value service that deserves patronage . I dont blame the business as it seems to be America now, high prices and average or poor service or products. JCL is just another one.

We had heard good word of mouth on jCL. Took our Audi here to troubleshoot an issue two other garages could not. The staff was extremely helpful and were able to diagnose. Pricing was fair and they gave us straightforward and honest advice/guidance. Positive experience and would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at JCL! I called them at 4:30 pm Friday afternoon with a nail in my tire, and they got me in right away. Within 30 minutes, they assessed the issue, patched my tire, and ordered a new one. When the new tire arrived Monday, they installed it in 30 minutes. The service was fast, friendly, and extremely reasonably priced. They even followed up a week later to make sure everything was good. I’ll definitely be back—if I could give 10 stars, I would!

I had JCL install a new trailer hitch for my BMW IX which is very specialized. They gave a competitive quote and scheduled me just 1 week out which was very fast considering this hitch had to ordered. The day of the install, I had noticed that although I dropped off my car at 8:45 that morning, they did t move it into the garage u til 2:30pm. They called later that afternoon to apologize for the late start and assured me it would be done the next morning which it was. Hands down what I appreciated the most was the upfront honesty that they got a late start without me having to call them out on it as would be the case with almost any other mechanic shop I can think of. The quality of the work was excellent. Attention to detail and ethics goes a long way in a sea of dishonest practices.

Update November 2025: Again, a fantastic and pleasant experience. Scheduling an appointment online is super easy and straightforward. Amazing work done to my car and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. Would recomment JCL Automative without hesitation to anyone seeking a service center for their vehicle. I’ve been coming to them for a number of years now. Anything from a 1980s car to a 2025. Mostly Land rovers but other European cars and they have a phenomenal operation. Attentive, thoughtful, fair pricing, and nothing they haven’t encountered which they could figure out. Loaner car if you need, and quick to get in when I need something taken care of quickly. Highly recommend!

I brought my car to this shop for the first time based on a recommendation I received. I had a great experience! The online scheduler was very convenient and the customer service was great. I only needed an inspection but they got my car in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

Went in to get a new exhaust installed on my 2018 340i and they noticed I was missing a piece for it and Contacted me right away. They were very understanding and explained to me what was needed. The mechanics there have great knowledge and the ladies behind the desk are welcoming and sweet. The mechanics did a fantastic job installing it. Very easy, very stress free. HIGHLY recommend their services. Will be returning in the future with upgrades or services to my vehicle. They are fast, reasonable, and really nice to work with. There's no back and forth or haggling, or trying to upsell, just very straight forward. They so what they say, make sure you're good and no questions, always kind with explaining when needed and offering suggestions. I'm really glad I found JCL after months of looking for somewhere to take my Mini PHEV.

Having my car serviced at JCL is always a good experience. Quick check in, on time appointment and the work is always done right the first time. On my most recent visit the tech found a crack in one of the aluminum wheels, a serious safety issue. JCL gave me a loner wheel to keep me on the road while the cracked wheel was being repaired. Within a few days the wheel was repaired and back on my car.

Our experience with Chris and all the staff at JCL has been a positive one, every single time. They are fair, honest, and transparent in all their communication and correspondence. I can guarantee that they will evaluate and diagnose any issue with validity and fix it right the first time. I have tried others in the past and will never trust anyone with my vehicles other than them going forward.

I was having issues with wheel balancing on two of my vehicles, especially one that had new tires installed through the dealership. Vehicles were taken back to the dealership twice, but the problem did not get addressed to my satisfaction. JCL performed Road Forced Wheel balancing on both cars, and the issue got resolved. The owner, Chris, even took the time out to take a walk with me to my vehicle and explained in detail what the issue was and how he personally performed the wheel balancing. I am so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail at this establishment.

Firstly, they were very friendly, and professional over the phone. They were able to scheduled me quickly for service, being a first time customer. I arrived about an hour early of my appointment, an my car was brought right in, an I didn't even have to wait. The entire staff and mechanics were very professional an knowledgeable and helpful, and I have a beyond immaculate Audi SQ5, and the service man did an excellent job, keeping it that way and that is truly one of my biggest fears when getting my car serviced even at the dealership. They also quickly diagnosed my issue, and was back on the road very quickly!! I've been taking my BMW here for over 10 years. Always get great service (Also got my mom to buy her X3 from them!). Taking your BMW to BMW specialists really does make a difference, especially since most shops do not have the proprietary tools/software needed to work on these cars. Been there, done that. They've seen it all and know each model's unique "quirks" :)

I purchased my first Tesla and needed to get the car inspected. I had no idea so I googled it and JCL came up! Honestly I could never have expected the kindness that they showed to a new customer. The owner offered to help me navigate the technology of my new car. He shared tips they were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!
