I ordered a part online that was incorrect for my car. I called in for help and was met with an incredibly rude man who had no interest in helping me. I explained I needed a front left driver side axel for my 2004 ford escape and had ordered a front right side axel by mistake. The person who answered the phone told me unless I had the part number he couldn’t help me and when I explained that in the past this is not how my transactions usually go, he said “I’m not sure how other stores do it but that’s how it is done here” and when I asked if I could speak with someone else he hung up the phone on me. I called into a different advanced auto location and they helped me find the right part and it all went smoothly.
Went to Advance Auto Parts this past weekend because my car battery died. Spoke to the grey-haired gentleman, I think his name was Travis. He tested my battery and recommended replacement. He also took the time to show me that the battery cables weren’t tight and that my cables were corroded. He cleaned them up, put a protection kit on it to prevent the corrosion from coming back, tightened my cables, and even got me an extra warranty which gave me peace of mind since the vehicle is my daughters car while she is away at college. Travis installed the battery quickly and had me on my way. Travis was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store. Everyone there was very nice.
Surprised by the level of customer service, tbh. I purchased a battery here and didn’t realize they’d actually install it for me for free. Came back and they did and that was awesome because I couldn’t do it myself.
It took about 30 mins to get it done because they were helping other customers. I saw someone get pretty grouchy because it took longer to get help than he wanted, but the employee handled him with respect and the grouch simmered down. Good customer service takes time, and these men know their stuff and provided excellent recommendations. I could tell that they were recommending certain things because they knew it’d help me (like a $4.00 thing to make it so my battery didn’t corrode as quickly). Installing the battery was so above and beyond what I’d expected when I came in today, and I’d say 30 minutes is incredibly fast for having me just drop in for a replacement.

There about 50% overpriced on everything compared to amazon. The people are nice and helpful. The quality on the parts is not there any more on alot of things I doubt that will ever change
Travis was absolutely amazing! I went to the Hellertown Advance Auto Part because my truck had a dead battery but Travis tested it and replaced it in record time so I wouldn’t be late for my appointment. He gave me extra peace of mind with an extended warranty on the battery and even cleaned up and installed a protection kit so I wouldn’t get corrosion on my terminals again. I will definitely be back again to this store to see Travis whenever I need something for my truck in the future. Thanks Again!
Travis was extremely helpful with my car issue this morning! He was very nice and really took the time to explain information to me as well as his recommendations.
Good crew usually working during the day. Reliable and friendly. I have had two experiences however around 8:30 where I bought something and the person that rung me up didn't ask for my phone number for rewards, and instead when I saw how I wanted my receipt, I saw a random email pasted on the keypad. Sort of annoying someone else is collecting on the rewards I could've gotten. I spoke up one time and was only told "its too late to go back."
Been going here for years. Always helpful. Today I received exceptional service and advice from Eric. He took time to explain battery choices, prices and looked at my car. He installed the new battery in a very professional and helpful manner. He even noticed squirrels had been in my engine while he was under the hood, which was not noted when my car was at the dealer just two days prior. He assisted to remove the nuts and nesting materials. Really impressed today! Thanks!

Awesome Service...went in for battery, they did free diagnostic and divulged it was starter. Saved 200. The managers awesome, lives and breathes auto parts!!!
This Advance Auto Parts location is particularly good. I have had two excellent experiences here. Each time, the employees have been very helpful and friendly. Recommend in a big way!
These guys are great! I came here right after my truck battery started my vehicle for the very last time, and they sold me a new one. I took it back to my truck (2011 Toyota Tundra) thinking I could get one more start with the old battery, head home and install the new battery in the morning, and...nuthin'. I went back in and asked to borrow a wrench, and Ryan grabbed his tool cart and came out to my truck with me and changed the battery for me at no extra charge. Super helpful and saved my night from becoming a headache. Definitely going back to this store whenever I need parts. Thanks again guys!

Never thought I would experience so much love walking into a auto parts store. Once we walked in we were greeted by Jenn “with 2Ns” she made us feel so welcome and helped us get everything we needed. This certain day my wife and I were having a very tough car day and Jenn made the whole situation better. If it wasn’t for her and the great people at advance auto parts our day would be so much worse. Jenn is a saint and deserves all the best things coming to here.
The lady at advanced auto was very nice and helpful made my shopping experience pleasant...most advanced auto parts are usually pretty good and the staff are helpful looking things up IV been pretty loyal to AutoZone but there quality of employees has dropped off ...
