Mike and Sara are great. They have helped my family and I with several automotive services. They even helped find issues with one of my new cars that the dealer completely missed.
Mike is a guy who cares most about making customers happy and helping people when they need it most. Unlike so many other garage owners I've encountered, many whom simply make costly guess work repairs that ultimately did not fix my problem, causing me to return 2-3 maybe even 4 times with the same original problem, while they casually billed me more and more money for incorrect repairs, basically guessing and hoping to fix my auto. Mike on the other hand seems to always accurately diagnose the true problem, fixing it only once, and making the correct repair the first time, saving me a lot of ,money and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Mike is true master mechanic with an eye for detail and pride in his craftsmanship, which seems to sadly be a dying trait amongst so many other craftsmen these days. I also like the fact this is a true family run business, I'm tired of big corporate chains and prefer supporting a mom and pop business .
I've been taking my cars to Mike since 2002. He's the only one I trust with my vehicles. I know he'll always be honest with me and that my vehicle is fixed right the first time. I would and have recommended him to anyone. I'm happy he was able to get his own shop.
Mike's been helping our family keep our cars running since the days he worked at the Brake Shop when it was down by the rivers in Easton. There is no one we trust more for not only his work but also his advice. He's a top shelf professional, friendly as they come, and Sarah is a perfect compliment in her role. This place is great. If you've ever been to the break shop than you know Mike. He saved me 500 dollars for repairs another shop (t&d in Glendon) told me I'd need. Turns out, I didn't need all what they said and I'm very happy about it.
I needed a tire put on my rim at 5:35pm (closing) & Sarah didn’t hesitate to see if a mechanic was available to assist me .. I would recommend them to ANYONE just for the fact that they cared about me and my children ..
Mike is great at the work he does, he got me in and out very quickly and throughly explained what was wrong with my vehicle. I would highly recommend going here to have any work done on your vehicle.
I've always had a good experience at Mike's Auto. Sarah is very helpful and friendly. I've never had an issue with the work that they've done. They complete the service quickly and efficiently, plus they're nearby. It's a nice feeling when you find "your guy," and I think I can say Mike's Auto is mine.
I can sum it up in ONE word: TRUST.
You can completely trust them with your vehicle, the staff at Mike's genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles. They won't RIP you off, do work that's completely unnecessary, nor pad the bill. And, they have VERY reasonable rates to boot. I know, it almost sounds too good to be true, but believe me, it's 100% true. I can't say enough good things about the people and their quality of service at Mike's -- No,they didn't pay me to say that! LOL. 😁
