Absolute Lifesavers!!! My catalytic converter exploded and I was stuck right before I-78 E, so there was a lot of traffic passing me to get onto the exit. This was my first time being towed, and I was super anxious but two lovely ladies came to tow my car! They were so nice, and helped to lighten the mood with hilarious conversations. They really made the situation way better, and I couldn't be more grateful for their service!!! They came so quick, and got me back to my mechanic. They will be who I call if I ever need a tow again (hopefully I won't!).

Beautiful experience, I had a flat tire and had to stop at a gas station that I barely made it too. Not to experienced and quite frankly nervous to change my tire this company came to my aid! I wish I could remember the young ladies name that helped me because all credit goes to her ! Glad to work with people genuinely care, ideally very essential to every company! Arthofer Towing and Tranport got dispatched through my Good Sam membership to tow my truck. From the moment they got dispatched I received a phone call to verify my information. Peyton showed up quickly and was polite and was extremely efficient loading my truck in a tight snow covered alley. Hopefully I never need a tow again but if I do Arthofer's is great to deal with.
My car broke down after a full day of skiing at Blue Mountain on MLK Day. I called everyone I could find on Google, and Anthofer was the first—and only—company willing to take the job at 6:30 pm. They arrived right on time, and what started as a terrible experience quickly turned into a good one once they showed up. As the driver said at the end, “You probably don’t want to have to call us again—but if you ever need help, we’ll always be there.” That perfectly summed up the experience.
New Year’s Eve, running a remodeling apt for work and got stuck on a side road that was pure ice. I didn’t even think a tow truck could make it but he showed up within 20 mins and got me out of there safely and efficiently. On New Year’s Eve, can’t recommend him enough!!

Professional son and pop ran business. I called around desperately trying to find a tow. While others said they didn't have the men, he was more than accommodating to squeeze me in so I could get my work truck to the mechanic.
