Brian was super knowledgeable and helpful. I'm somewhat newer to mountain biking and it is great to have a local shop where I can not only grab parts I need, but also have a great resource for when I have questions!
I had a full service on my Giant Trance X and am very happy with the results. I had to get my suspension sent out to Cane Creek for a rebuild, so I wanted everything else on my bike gone over as well. Every aspect of my ride feels smoother, more responsive and just more fun, because I can trust my machine and the work speaks for itself. Thanks Brian!
I had a great experience at Vortex Performance Cycles! Brian, the owner, got me in right away to replace a tube and tire on my bike. He fixed it while I was there, and it was a pleasure chatting with him as he worked. Great service, quick turnaround, and a genuinely nice guy—I'll definitely be coming back for any bike needs. I've repaired my bicycles myself. This is primarily a one person business although a 2nd person is part time. My only complaint is that it can take longer to get my bicycle back, but the repair was done well. No major complaints. He repairs e-bicycles as well as standard bicycles. I did not have any significant problems and his price was reasonable. I have seen many bicycle shops and this one isn't significantly different except the customer can see the repair floor as that is the shop. I will be going back, hopefully not anytime soon.
I stopped in to look at children’s bikes for my granddaughter. While the selection was limited they did have a perfect bike for our needs. Brian offered good advice and the price was very fair. There was no pressure to buy. I’m certain the bike will work out well and I’m happy to have them nearby.

I took my bike to this shop and when I walked in there, there were old junky bikes everywhere flipped upside down. You couldn't even walk. The area where the guy does his work was totally disorganized. I left my bike there which turned out to be the biggest mistake. I took it there to have the front and back derailleur adjusted. He sends me an email with the price. Then after he gives me the price he tells me I need a couple other parts. He calls me and tells me my bike is done. There were scratches all over my bike which were not there when i took it there.He denied doing. But he tells me that he has scratched other people's bikes and told the people he scratched them. He was trying to make think he is honest. To to top it off the gears didn't. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing. I'm also missing my end caps off of my custom handgrips. I highly recommend steering away from that place.
Brian has alway’s been courteous and professional while building bikes for me. He keeps in constant contact with me to ensure the build is done to my satisfaction and they are always completed in a timely manner
Vortex is the best, my go-to local bike shop. I’ve been bringing my bikes here for over a year now and Brian always does exceptional work, keeps everything running in top form. He is super responsive to questions and can always find unique parts that other shops can’t. The customer service is second to none, and I always know my bikes are in good hands. Will be returning for a long time to come.

Love this place!! I took in my high performance wheelchair tires throughly expecting to easily pay $100 a tire for the tire, tube and mounting. I also have an electric scooter that had a flat tire with a busted valve stem. I had no idea I only knew the tire was flat. Well he replaced both wheelchair tires, mounted them and fixed the scooter tire for under well under half what I expected to pay. The owners attitude, and I'm sorry I can't remember his name, was great and he made me feel confident and comfortable leaving him with something that's close to but definitely not a bike tire and he fixed my scooter right on the spot when I asked about it. Really happy I found this place! Very cool bike sales and repair shop. I took my GOPED there due to a broken clutch cable (it’s a typical bike, brake cable that lifts and lowers the engine). Even though it’s not some thing they typically do I believe, they were happy to help and did a great job. It goes without saying that I’ll be taking my future bike repairs there! Highly recommended!

Needed a wheel rebuilt and setup for tubeless. Brian dropped what he was doing to help me out. Great advice. Appropriate pricing. Got the wheel back ahead of schedule. Great place to get anything bike related done.
I have a pair of Vortex Viper binoculars. They are about 7 years old. Had a problem with one of the eye pieces. Sent them back to Vortex and in 1 week they were fixed, cleaned and recalibrated to the factory settings. All this with no hassle and no charge.

Nice to have a true enthusiast running a shop and knowing my bike will be well taken care of. Broke the rear mech on my bike last weekend on a ride and was able to take it in and get its running again and also picked up some fresh grips and tires.

I was in on opening day, and even though the shop was packed, I felt like I received amazing customer service. Not only did Brian answer all of my questions but he also had the exact bike parts I was looking for! I was able to get some excellent advice on what I was looking for and walk out the door with it that day. I can't wait to go back!
