I went into the store to pick up a specific item and when I was checking out, Penny notified me that I had an extra coupon on my account. That was very nice and I appreciated it. The experience was wonderful.

Wonderful customer service! Mary Lee helped me choose the right color after my original sample looked different in my house. She was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in finding the right color. I really appreciated her expertise! She will definitely be my new go to for paint.

Matt, Robert, Adam, and MaryLee were very helpful. As soon as we walked in we were offered assistance and help with our in-store pickup order and navigating items that we needed to pick up including Pokémon and Panini NBA cards. Although they didn’t carry the electric fly swatter, they had a variety of other options that would suffice. It was a great experience and very welcoming overall.
Amazing people! My family and I have been helped very diligently every time we have come in. From helping find fittings to fit a pump, to most recently, Mary Lee spending extended time with me to tint my BIN primer darker, I am always so beyond impressed with the customer service! As a young woman, I sometimes will feel uncomfy going into ~certain~ hardware stores, I’ve had my intelligence and knowledge undermined more times than I can count… BUT NEVER AT THE DUBLIN ACE! They are always so helpful and wonderful to work with!
Brittany was an awesome help to us and we were able to get the patio rocking chairs and table today. We really appreciate her prompt customer service and we got a nice sale price too...

It's an immaculate store. The staff are very knowledgeable. They got everything you need for a household. The price is very reasonable compared to other store. I’m never disappointed walking out of the store.
Every once in a while, I HAVE to go to one of the big box guys. But even then it feels like a mistake. Ace is the leader in the customer experience, and it's not even close. It's like they're the Chick-fil-A of hardware stores. On today's visit I didn't get more than 6' into the store before an employee asked what they could help me find. Then as I neared the checkout another one asked the same thing. This is the way shopping should be. Keep it up Ace of Dublin.
Always a great experience at this location. If they don’t know the answer, they truly go out of their way to help you find the right answer. So hopeful and it’s very appreciated in our small town. We are so grateful to have such an amazing hardware store with a wonderful staff.
Great experience ordering online for pickup. I ordered two car loads of garden soil and when I picked up my orders they loaded my car for me. All the employees have been friendly and helpful. They have a great inventory and it's a pleasant experience each time I run over!

I recently purchased a vintage VW beetle.… it only came with one key. I couldn’t find anyone to replicate the original key. So I bought a couple of VW key blanks and took them to Ace in Dublin.
Although this type of key was outside the keys available from their automated system. They attempted too replicate my key. It failed.
I later found out that I had provided the incorrect key blank.
I got a hold of the correct key blank and brought them back to Matt, Aces key guru and bingo ! He was able to cut 2 keys that worked!

I bought a new Weber Searwood grill here in August and had a very pleasant experience. The salesperson was informative and accomodating to me. He explained a lot about the features and the sizing and allowed me to open some boxes to see what would fit best. Also, he offered free next day delivery to my house and it arrived on-time! I think this ACE is a really great addition to the Dublin business area and I would def reccomend to anyone who needs hardware or outdoor goods.
Great location tucked back a little. The store has a little of everything you’ll need. Clean and well organized, with well stocked shelves. Lots of seasonal and home decor items available. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help immediately. Tons of parking. Pricing seems comparable to local hardware stores.
Great grill buying experience! I was greeted right away and Matt took about 20 minutes of his time explaining different grill brands, types, features, covers, and utensils to make sure I was happy and had exactly what I wanted. The grill I bought was assembled right away and Matt personally delivered it next day at exactly the time he said he would. I tried to tip him for all his help (and he definitely earned the tip), but he refused and just said it was part of the job. I am so excited to have a good hardware store like Ace so close by. I will be a loyal customer for life. Thanks Matt…you deserve a raise!
Solid experience. As soon as I needed help, someone was there to help me. They answered my questions as best they could and if they didn't know the answer, they told me that - which I appreciated. I was able to find the two items I needed pretty quickly. The cashiers were friendly too and even offered to carry stuff to the car for me. Since it's a new store, I heard the manager or senior teammates mentoring the new ones. Sounds like they know their stuff. Another time, I called and got help right away from a friendly teammate. Separately, I emailed about a product and they replied quickly with the exact answer I needed. I'll be back and I recommend it.
