Sunset Auto is my go to for car maintenance and repairs. They are honest, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. I have not had this experience at other auto repair shops or dealers. I am very happy to a found them so close to my home
I was in the area for work and my car started giving me major issues. I stopped by here, he said he had an inspection he had to do but took a few minutes to check the codes, figured out the issue and was able to give me a coil that works in my engine to hold me over and help me get home. For a very reasonable price at that. I very much appreciate the help and would highly recommend this shop as very honest and having great knowledge
Had issues with my struts and tires for two years and after being frustrated beyond what I was comfortable with Anthony and his crew fixed my car and it was totally affordable. I am beyond relieved and very happy with the level of customer service and efficiency.
This is the cleanest auto shop I have ever seen. The owner and technicians are friendly, responsible and reasonable. There is even a coy pond right outside the office/lobby to entertain customers! I highly recommend Sunset Auto because of the professionalism they showed me. :-)
Overall a great experience! i brought my car in for inspection at 5 pm and evening and the owner had it ready by 11:30am the next day! Owner was kind, respectful and explained the prices/ how everything is broken down really well. This was my first time taking in my own car for inspection and I am very satisfied with the service provided
I brought my car here multiple times for many mechanical problems ranging from my check engine light coming on from running through a pool of water during a heavy rain storm, broken wheel nut, a squirrel eating thru one of my wire( chocolate melted on it) in the engine compartment area causing my sensor to go haywire and everything. the owner/mechanic here always solve my problems in a timely manner and always kept me informed of the problems and cost to fix it. I would highly recommended this shop and will mostly likely be back with my car or any other car I have because of their knowledge and honesty because we all know it’s hard to find a good mechanic to trust with one of the thing we rely on to get us around..
I recently visited Sunset Auto Service after my check engine light came on, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. I was worried it might be something serious, but the mechanic/owner quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly.
From the start, he was upfront about the potential causes and cost, which I really appreciated. After running a diagnostic, they discovered it was just a faulty sensor which wasn’t serious. He replaced the sensor and even checked the car over to ensure there were no other issues. The repair was done quickly, and he didn’t push any unnecessary services.
He was professional, honest, and efficient. I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands, and the check engine light hasn’t come back on since. It’s hard to find a place you can trust, but Sunset Auto Service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for their expertise and integrity. I’ll definitely return for any future car issues.
I think I found my go to spot now when I need my car done. Just simply honest and good guys here. I came with some noise coming from the front end that I couldn't find. Thì found it in no time and did everything for a great price. Thanks... will definitely be back.
Finding a great mechanic is like finding a dentist or contractor you can trust! I was able to get my oil changed and car inspected and back on the road in no time. They went above and beyond with a quick solution after noticing that I was driving around with a chunk of tire chipped off.
The owner was a very knowledgeable mechanic. He was able to diagnose my vibration after various dealers recommending other solutions that did not fix my problem. He replaced my wheel bearing within a timely manner and got me back on the road the same day. Highly recommend this shop. Rest assured your car will be taken care of.
Fantastic experience with this garage!!! I just picked up my vehicle from there about an hour ago.Everything that they did was fantastic and it is running great, The owner went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle today for me!!.
