This is the second time Telford Auto Repair & Tire has helped us out. Saw us same day and helped with a tire issue. They are very trustworthy and it’s great to have a shop like this so close in town.

Recently took my truck here for service for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation m, and overall it was a great experience. I recently took my SUV in for a noise it was making. They found that the other garage that did our brakes DID NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS! We were mortified! However, he also found another issue that definitely needed addressing but did not try to upsell me on anything else. Very honest and trustworthy.
I recently had my wife's vehicle worked on at Telford auto. The did repairs to the front suspension, as well as the oil change. They also did a pretty comprehensive walk thru of the vehicle and recommended other things that I might want to get fixed.

Went for oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Called them morning and they asked to drop off the car same day as early as possible so that they can get things done same day by 5pm. They are always prompt and no BS. After dropping off around 10.30ish they called around 3 for pick up. But also informed us of couple of findings without pressuring us to get those things addressed ASAP. They said whenever you are ready for them call us. Best in town!
Been bringing our cars/trucks to Shawn c/o Telford Auto Repair for at least 10 yrs. Always gets us in within days for inspections/repairs! Kenny is an asset with his professionalism and great customer service! Can always count on them to diagnose and repair!!
I was having an issue with my car that a dealership was going to take a week to fix and charge an arm and a leg. for When I called Telford Auto Repair, they were able to fit me into their schedule and repair my vehicle the day I called. Their price was also significantly better than the dealership! Will be bringing my cars back for future maintenance.

After reading online reviews I decided to take one of my vehicles to Telford Auto Repair for some work. Not only were they friendly they got all the work done that day for a fair price and everything was explained to me. I will be taking both cars for service in the future and highly recommend they're service!

From services needed, reminders, easy online payment, a clear explanation of services, timely, they offer experience and advice. After my alternator randomly died and rendered my car useless, Telford Auto Repair was the only shop in the area that didn't have a weeks-long wait to put a new one on. I was thrilled when they were able to get the job done in less than a day! They were extremely accommodating of my tough situation, very reasonably priced, and communicated proactively throughout the process. I will definitely be going back the next time my car needs service.

The shop was great! Reasonably priced and I felt very honest in what car repairs were needed. Liked them so we brought our other vehicle in to the shop as well! Going forward looks like they will be our continuous shop for repairs. Everyone I talked to there was pleasant and informative. They kept us up to date and were quick with their service.
I had a great experience with this garage. They were able to schedule me quickly and they called with a cost and explanation of the repairs needed. They also finished in the same day, which is a great bonus. They also took a look at the vehicle overall to recommend other concerns but weren’t pushy in any way trying to sell me something. They also use a text system to communicate if needed. I felt the pricing was fair for the repairs made. I felt the were honest in their work. Will be a return customer.
I went here after seeing all the reviews and positive feedback as at the dealership they told me the battery of my car had lots of erosion and would need cleaning. I went to Costco and got the battery and decided to bring it here to see if Shawn would be willing to charge for labor being provided the part and he accepted. The replacement went well as you can see in the pictures, so I scheduled for an emission and safety inspection since it was coming due. During the inspection Shawn pointed out that my tires had severe dry rot as you can see in the picture where it had cracked a bit which you could not see from the outside. Shawn offered very nice replacement tires at a good prices where they could be delivered that day or the next. I recommend if you got the parts bring them and see what Shawn and his team can do for you or ask him what they can offer from their warehouse.
