One of our work vans needed to be towed today. Because it was not able to be driven, it needed an independent wheel lift and a very knowledgable tow person. Thankfully, a driver named Sage responded. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and fast. He put our minds at ease and made it look easy. Lenny the owner reached out by phone to make sure we were okay. Such a class act company and Sage was absolutely awesome. So impressed with Lenny’s and his towing technician Sage.

Do not under any circumstances take your car for ANY SERVICE needs to Lenny's auto. We brought our car here for the first time ever because our son who passed away in December worked for Lenny at one of his pizza shops,so in his memory we decided to support places and people that he knew and liked. Well our son must have been rolling over in his grave when we were told that we needed $1300 in work done. No biggie right? Wrong!!! After we got the news we decided to have a family friend do the repairs and buy the parts ourselves since this would be much more inexpensive considering we don't have a lot since trying to catch up from our son's unexpected funeral expenses.We bought all parts and started repairs then we quickly realized that there was nothing even wrong with our wheel hub and did not need to be replaced to begin with but we decided to just change it anyways,they put on the invoice $509,for that job,well the part was $200 and it took an actual mechanic a total of 30 minutes to put on new one. Nextthey have $600 for front brakes and rotors,that total cost was $169,add one hour of labor and we are looking at ..$300-350,. I realize that businesses need to make a profit but when you are charging people an outrageous amount of money for a job that,DOESN'T NEED TO BE DONE, then your called a thief,not a business. We still had to take our car there cuz they had half of our inspection still,of course the front desk lady doesn't know anything and the mechanich Dave that wrote the work order decided to be a no call no show today of all days lmao,then I was told that they keep a log of every car they look at in a tablet....and guess what......yep they can't find our car in any tablet or the work order anywhere in the place.....this isn't over but I just wanted to warn people ASAP of the flagrant deception and criminal aspect of this place,I'm beyond sickened that these people are actually out there robbing people and we can't do a thing about it.......btw they advertise brakes and rotars for 220 plus parts,my calculations would bring my total to say $389,so where they got $600 is totally beyond me.....this is far from over so I'll just say .....to be continued...............................
Your tow truck drivers need to learn to be more safer on the road on Pottstown Pike. I'm really pissed off that one of your drivers didn't pay attention, he was on his phone which is illegal and I had to slam on my brakes & yelled at your driver to be more careful.
Just had a great experience with Gilbert from your towing service. I called AAA and they sent me your company. I was promised 45 minutes and he arrived in less time that that. Very courteous and pleasant. I needed to charge my battery. In a few minutes it was up and running. I would use your company again. Thank you!
I had a blow-out flat in a very inconvenient location and called AAA. I was amazed how quickly Lenny's Auto Shop was dispatched to my location. The gentleman who assisted me (Ryan or Brian?) was incredible. He called to let me know he was 15 minutes away. In addition, Mike from Lenny's also called to confirm my location and assure me help was on the way.
Ryan/Brian was thorough and fast, making sure I could get out of a dangerous location before rush hour. I am so very grateful.

Did my first ever AAA S.O.S today and was assigned a young gent from Lenny's. I'm not even going to deduct points (stars?) for how long it took from request to arrival (very long, IMO). More importantly to me -- on a scorching hot afternoon -- the Lenny's employee (whose name I never got) was personable, professional and did his job well. Swapped out a battery and I was on my way. Giving a 5+ star review to Lennys. My son drove 8 hours home on leave and had some issues with his car and the AC. We called Lenny’s to see if they could diagnose it.. they got him in the same day- fixed the AC and gave him military discount! They were extremely nice and we appreciated them fixing his AC for the long drive home!!!

Normally I wouldn’t leave a poor review for a business, but I took my car here for an oil change after usually using Eagle Garage. They offered to repair a bulb that was out, and to update my registration. The costs of those were about $30 higher than what I pay at Eagle garage. They also told me my front tires were “really low” and I needed to get them replaced ASAP. I had just gotten 4 brand new tires in January. When I challenged this, there wasn’t much they could say. She told me they were at a #8 and recommended change, but based off people in my circle who work on cars they said they personally view #8-10 as brand new. Then, when I went to pickup my car the total cost was $40 higher than what was told over the phone. The person at the front desk couldn’t even explain why the estimate didn’t match the cost and blamed it on taxes. Ultimately the extra cost was due to labor on the bulbs. The bulbs themselves were about $5 and when I’ve had friends replace them it takes 15 mins max. They charged me $82 labor for it. Come on.
Overall, sticking to what garages are more honest with their costs and back up each charge with a good explanation.
Ran into a flat tire emergency an hour away from home. Triple A towed my vehicle to Lenny’s for service. When I tell you they have the best customer service I have ever experienced in the auto industry. Everyone was super respectful and accommodating by offering drinks, surrounding food, and a great deal of empathy for the situation I was in. They were able to squeeze my vehicle in to get serviced so that I could make it home. Places like Lenny’s restore your faith in humanity. They truly take care of their customers!
I commute to the area for work from South Jersey. I became the latest victim of 422 with tire blowout. I called AAA and they sent Lenny and Brian. They towed me hone to south jersey. Great guys! I would highly recommend.

I used AAA to get my Tesla towed to the dealer that I purchased from. I wasn’t happy with their diagnosis. I called AAA back and Lenny the owner called me asking more info about the problem. He explained that you should not tow them with out dollys. He made sure that I knew that and to be careful that he would make sure it would get towed safely. He also went ahead to explain he was trained on them on how to replace the battery. Later finding out I am avoiding being charged for a replacement that his technicians could do it no problem. I highly recommend using his SERVICE. The owner cares about his customers vehicles
AAA contacted Lenny's to tow my van. Lenny's reached out to me and refused to tow it because of the size. Looking at the pictures in these reviews, their flatbed was more than capable of towing my van. Cost me a lot of time, and as a contract that means it cost me money.
I have had excellent experiences with Lenny's Auto as far as AAA dispatching. I always seem to get Lenny's dispatched to me when I call AAA for roadside assistance. Based off my experiences, I am never disappointed when I see the auto truck is from them!! On that note, I have also had to use them quite often between 2023-2024. They always arrive fairly quickly which is a true blessing. I have always had the absolute most nicest and friendliest technicians help me! Most recently Ben!! My family member used them a day before me and that was an excellent experience as well. I have never had any auto work performed by them but as far as AAA dispatching I have had super great experience!!
Lenny's was fantastic when my truck broke down. The driver, Rich, was quick to arrive and very friendly. I hope I don't need to use them again, but if I do, they'll be the first shop I call.
I've had 3 negative experiences with this garage. Twice for a car with a battery issue. I have AAA who dispatched this garage to help me. Both times the battery needed to be replaced and despite me telling AAA what make and model car I have, Lenny's arrived without the correct battery for my car. They said they did not have it in stock on the truck because it was a special battery (2011 Chrysler 300C). The second time this happened, they complained about having to go get the battery from somewhere else and come back the NEXT DAY because it's past the time they close now . I let those incidents go without complaint because ultimately, the batteries were replaced.
Fast forward to today. My daughter's car (different car) wouldn't start. Called AAA and they sent Lenny's. I explained to the tow truck person that my husband hooked up his battery jump starter and it did not seem to be battery related. I asked them to tow it to an auto body shop (not theirs). I mentioned the car is a VW, front-wheel drive and asked how he was going to get it in neutral. The guy insisted he knew how and mentioned he had to hook up his battery jump pack to do that. He then proceeds to hook up the battery pack to the WRONG terminals and it sparks!! I remind him this is a VW and the battery terminals are different. He said oh yeah, I'm used to the other batteries. So now I don't know if he has done further damage to my car by hooking it up wrong!!
He gets in the car and starts fooling around with a bunch of things and decides nothing he is doing is putting the car in neutral, so he hops out and calls his shop. Meanwhile, I am GOOGLING how to put this car in neutral. Guy comes back and tells me the same thing I just told him I saw on a google video. Finally gets it in neutral and realizes the steering wheel won't unlock, so he can't steer the car on to the truck bed. He said the only option was he could back up the tow truck to the car, but would have to go on my grass a good bit to do that. I was concerned about the heavy truck messing up my property. He said he could call the shop and have them send over some dolly thing to load the car instead. I said yes, please do that. So the guy calls the shop and tells them to send over the dolly and then leaves.
Next thing I know he's backing into the driveway again and he calls me to tell me he's been advised by the shop to stay there and they are sending the battery person from the shop over. At this point, I am livid. I told the guy to leave and to tell the shop not to send ANYONE over from there. I called AAA and lodged a complaint and now I'm writing this review, which I never do.
The level of incompetency from this shop is deplorable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never use Lenny's again and will be sure to contact a AAA representative directly to ensure they never send someone from Lenny's. I am also lodging a complaint with AAA and I provided this same feedback to Tracy, the shop manager. My experience with this shop has been horrible.
I had an amazing towing experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredible Carrie. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. From the initial call to the final drop-off, Carrie went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I live about 1 1/2 hours away in NJ and was down the road from Lenny’s doing some electrical work for a friend . On the trip I lost my brakes and knew I wouldn’t make. It home in one piece . The staff at Lenny’s had me back on the road from first call to paying my bill within 3 hours and I got home safely thanks to them ! 5 star service like this is rare but awfully appreciated. ! Visiting family from 2 hours away and all electrical lights came on dashboard. I had 2 youngsters with me but I was close to Lennys and managed to drive there. They diagnosed issue, found an alternator and made the repair. Even better this happened at 4 pm and car ready before 6 pm. Thank you for your quick service so I could make it home that night safely.
Strongly recommend you avoid using Lenny's, they're extremely high priced. My 16 year old took his car (which he's making payments on) to Lenny's on the recommendation of a neighbor for it's first PA inspection. During inspection they found one side marker light bulb that needed to be replaced and ended up charging him a total of $159 for the inspection and installing the $1.83 light bulb. I showed my son that it literally takes less than 5 minutes to change that bulb but they charged $40 for labor. Shame on Lenny's for price gouging like that. Hopefully he at least learned a good life lesson.
I called AAA for a tow and it was assigned to Lenny’s Auto - Mike was fantastic. He was very friendly and cheerful and he clearly is very experienced and knowledgeable. There were issues getting my car on and off the tow bed due to it missing a tire and the brakes not cooperating in order for him to be able to push the car off the bed but he was able to get the car off safely with a lot of adjustments.
My truck needed a tow as the vehicle was inoperable so I called aaa and they contracted this company to drive over to me
The driver mike was professional and came fast within 20 min which was unbelievable. Aside from that he got right to work and put the truck on the flat bed. Right after that he took it to my desired repair shop and safely dropped it off.
