This place is like going to a small town spot where you know they will take care of you and look out for your best interest! Hands down— I will continue to take my cars here for anything I need in the future!

Service is great, friendly, fairly priced, and they’re never trying to rep people off. Actually, they’ve helped me save money multiple times. Highly recommend this place.

I've been taking my cars to them for a long time. Trustworthy and very experienced. They are always honest with what issues my cars have had, and with their recommendations for repairs. I have never had an issue they couldn't fix.

They broke my window while doing an oil change and tire patch. Broke my window then gave me the car back like that was how they got it.. oh they charged me to fix it after it was done poorly the first time. Make it make sense. Never again.

I moved to the area two years ago and have been going to Melrose Service Center ever since. Every time I call for an appointment they’re able to get me in quickly. They are laid back, friendly, and honest. They also have a quick turn around time. Definitely recommend!

So I needed my tired fixed, called around a bunch of spots and couldn't get ahold of few and everyone else was booked. This guy Jake answered, was polite, told me to bring it by. He took care of me and I appreciated it. Thanks Jake!

Excellent service! They provide wonderful concierge services at reasonable rates. They are willing to work with the customer as opposed to clubbing them over the head or over a barrel.

I've been taking our cars here for 20 years. I know from first hand experience that they are great with Volvo, Ford, Mercury and Saturn makes. They are completely trustworthy. When they call to tell me why the car is making noise, they aren't pushy about their recommendations. I find it very convenient, because they will allow you to phone in a credit card and pick the car up after hours if you can't get there before they close.

Everyone here was great! Took my car in for a brake adjustment and routine inspection, and they managed to fix a problem that both Tom's automotive AND cadwalader couldn't fix. Reasonably priced. They even took drove me around to show me what was wrong with the brakes and how they figured it out. Best mechanic in the area.

We live around the corner and have found their mechanics to be honest and skillful at keep our cars running. Great neighborhood resource for a guy like me who drives older cars and needs reliable and trustworthy mechanics

First time I went to this place, it is close to my church. I left them with my car and I feel cheated. These fellas are of show-me-the-money-and-git attitude. They gave me an overpriced oil change with some cheap oil that made my relatively new car to run like crap. Brakes done, no objections there, but, man, they charged me almost double what others around this area would've charged me. Don't know how they bled them but the level on my brake fluid tank was below minimum. Stay away.

Went there for a state inspection. Work done very fast. I noticed that they drove my car to the service station down T&D Auto Service specializing in Audi's. My car wasn't Audi though. Quickly done. A bit overpriced but very effective and good for a local mechanic.
