Just a 5 star experience from initial phone call to and through service of my vehicle. I called with providing I formation of what I am hearing with my car as I’m driving. Debbie, walked me through what to check what to look at and ultimately decided I needed to come in to have a mechanic take a look. I brought it in (against the wishes of Debbie as she felt it could be dangerous to drive) and the mechanic took the car for a drive, and came back and reported his findings. He had the parts in stock AND completed the service on my vehicle with minimal wait time. Come to find out the “mechanic” who drove my vehicle and explained in detail the issue, and got it worked on immediately, was in fact the owner!! Go figure, an owner, taking the time to truly help a customer, new customer, to be clear, diagnose the issue, and make time to complete the service was just truly an amazing feeling. Oreland Auto has a customer for life, and will service my family of cars for ever. A true sense of family from initial call, to walk into the door, to leaving. Grateful to have found them.
Im so happy to have found oreland auto from my father in law going there. They go above and beyond to provide good service which is hard to find nowadays. Debbie is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything and give various options if available. They are on time, and have great communication, it is a great shop! One happy customer! They keep my 2006 lexus running like a charm!
Im in awe. I was 10 min from work loosing air in tire quick with not time before driving on rim. I called office and debbie was very nice, professional, and accommodating. She told me to come right over on the spot no appt.
When I arrived, my truck was taken in right away by owner which was very cool and tedious. I have never seen such a clean shop, garage and parking lot. He fixed my new tire the right way, efficiently and caringly. This man cares about his work. He even relearned my tire sensors as they were wrong going in. I was in and out quick and able to continue my work day. Great service! The best. I already scheduled my personal vehicle to come in for work as I respect, admire and feel confident along with safe and hope of my kind of good job to be done. Steve and Debbie run a great business. My family and I have been using Oreland Auto for years. Even though I live 30mins away in Bucks County, I still bring my truck to Oreland Auto to be serviced. I know I'll always get an honest opinion and price. This is the best garage around. Highly recommend.
Steve and Debbie actually "take care of" my cars not just service them. They keep tabs on concerns, are honest and upfront about what needs doing and the cost. We schedule, drop off the night before, and always get a call from Debbie to let us know when they are done. I highly recommend them.
Love it here. I’ve been a customer for around 4 years now. They are close to my work and they are super friendly and honest people who will go the extra mile to provide great customer service. Very good with communication, reminding you when you are due for service/state inspection, and upfront about costs. I’ve had no issues or complaints.
The best auto mechanic I have been to! Our Honda Civic was having issues starting and I was afraid of being stranded somewhere with the kids. We thought it was the battery but after replacing that, the car still was having issues. I called Oreland Auto at 10am one morning, described the issue, they told me to drop off the car that day since they were on vacation the following week and didn't want me to be stranded with it. They fixed the starter and returned it to me the SAME DAY! Excellent service, quick turnaround and a very good price. Debbie is so kind and efficient. Always gives you an accurate estimate on the phone before they proceed with the work. We have also taken our car there for routine maintenance- same great service. Thank you Oreland Auto!
I absolutely love and completely trust the people at Oreland Auto. They are so great and do a wonderful job. Reasonable, fair and quick. I am the third generation of my family who has gone to Oreland Auto and wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else, they're the best!!

Your auto mechanic went above and beyond. Not only did he find and fix a major issue with the suspension but he precisely placed the inspection & emission stickers on the windshield. Our family has been using Oreland Auto for a few years now. I cannot say enough positive things---Debbie is on the ball with everything---reminders, follow-ups, and genuinely, just a great person to talk to. Steve is honest---which is the best quality you can ask for in a mechanic. I have had many mechanics in the past mislead me into buying new parts when it was not needed; however, Steve never takes advantage of his customers and is always thorough in explaining the situation and preparing you ahead of time if you need new parts (brakes, tires, etc.). I am SO glad I found Oreland Auto. I highly recommend!!

Great service. I needed an inspection done and they told me they could fit me in if I brought my car in the morning. Through circumstance, I couldn't bring my car until later. They looked worried, and said they'd do their best because they had a full lineup that day. They called me an hour later and it was done!
