Best Motorcycle Electric parts in the biz. Recently bought saddlebag license plate hanger/mount. Easy plug and okay installation. Tech support is there if you need it, but instructions are easy to follow and make sense. Highly Recommend.

Poor customer service and tech support. I would like to talk to a tech instead of emailing back and forth.

Had a small issue with the module on their wiring harness and Jeff got me taken care of made the process seamless and very easy to deal with sent it out Monday and they are already sending me a new one on Wednesday 👍👍🤟🤟a+service

I have a 1990 FXRS, that through years I've gone through several different bar styles that never required extensive wire work. Well.. this time around I went with 3.5 inch pull back risers with 12inch apes. Which of course was going to require wiring extensions. Namz customer service was fast and complete. Ordered a kit for my bike, arrived as scheduled. The kit speaks for itself, everything matched up and allowed me to go with a cool looking bar set-up. Thanks boys....

I ordered a “Y” connector to make a clean installation of a Jagg fan-assisted oil cooler on my 2022 Low Rider ST. I arrived at the dealership, turned my bike over to the service department and within a few minutes the service manager informed me the part would not work. It would not work because the 6 pin (data link connector) changed in 2022. It is a different type of connector. The part number sent to me was NOBD-PYH—CB and in the description states (Fits CAN/Bus Models 2011-2020 Softail 2012-Up Dyna, 2014-Up Sportster, 2014-2020 FL Models. I ordered a part to fit my bike but was shipped the wrong part. According to NAMZ, the correct part would be NHD-69201599. The service department had a connector to adapt to the new connector, the installation was completed and looked great. However, I ended up making a trip to the UPS store in another town, purchased a shipping envelope for $4.80 and shipped the incorrect part back to NAMZ. My first experience with NAMZ was unsatisfactory. Lesson learned - always take the time to verify the correct part when I receive it.

I purchased a new Namz twist grip sensor for my Harley from Parts Giant and after I installed it I had trouble with my cruise light flashing and not working. I called Namz and talked to Brian and told him the issue I was having and he said there was a batch that had this issue and he was expecting a new batch soon and would send me a replacement. I received the replacement and it worked perfect. Thank You Namz and Brian for Excellent customer service.

I haven’t had time to use the wire kit for my new bars yet, BUT I want to give a shoutout to NAMZ for great customer service! I bought the extended wire kit for a bagger and placed my order, as soon as I did I realized that I forgot about my throttle by wire. So within 5 minutes I ordered my extended TBW kit too. Paid for it and hated myself because of my inability to make a concise shopping cart order I had to pay the shipping twice! I was gonna eat it and told myself, self, it costs to be stupid. Well fast forward to after the Thanksgiving holiday and they automatically refunded the second shipping order and placed both kits in one box. Saving me $17 without me calling to explain or beg for a refund. Outstanding customer service on taking the initiative! I don’t write reviews often but NAMZ deserves it! Thank you.

I bought aATS-03-B-F turn signal module, after 2 months it burned up. Ok these things happen. The problem is they NEVER answer the phone. What good is a lifetime warranty if you can't contact a person. I finally talked to someone and they wanted photos of the burned up unit. Ok I sent those in a month ago still no reply. Still waiting.

NAMZ does not tell people that all the items are not made in US. I pay a premium for my parts to know they are from the US. Now finding this out I will look elsewhere.

High quality products and great customer service. I ordered a specialized wire harness. The product arrived quickly and was very well made. During installation, I made a mistake (the instructions warned me, but it happened). I emailed NAMZ. Jeff was very kind and offered to help me find a solution once he got to the office the next day. This kind of service after the sale is priceless.

I bought a plug and play TBW from them, it was a great product matching up to harley OEM. I ended up repainting wrong and responded very quickly to my email about check engine light, spoke to me in person and helped me figure out I had 2 pins backwards from when I took it apart to run thru the bars. Great product and company overall for me!!
