You go to these places because you trust the employees to find the necessary items you need. I requested a 10mm nut to replace a rusted nut that holds down the negative terminal on the car battery, employee mentioned that without the actual nut and the threading, they're unsure of the nut size. I told them it was a 10mm nut, they go in the back, and bring out a nut. Great. Rings up to .89 and gave them $5 and told them to keep the change for their troubles. I go back home and it's a 13mm nut. Felt like they just found a random nut for me to leave, when they could've told me that they don't have it. Never again.
I started working in the area about 8 months ago. I visit this Napa at least 2 times a week. I always have a positive experience here. I've been on a first name basis with Patrick and Robert since week 3. Very personable guys, always willing to go above and beyond to help me. They are proficient at finding parts that may not be in stock and they stay very true to the expected arrival time for parts that have to be brought in. I look forward to working with this store for a long time
I went into this store on 7/15. The guy who was working at the counter was extremely unhelpful as he refused to give me a part number for a charging cord for a battery jump starter. I understand the parts are discontinued, however he should have been more helpful. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
There is a guy that works the counter and phones who is extremely rude and lazy as hell. Does not want to help anyone just sits on his computer all day.
Buyer beware I called up to ask about the rear brake pads he told me the only ones he has they were $69 I asked them if they had anything cheaper he says nope they go up and up and up So I called another Napa and they told me they had another set for $38 I don’t know what this guy is intentions is maybe he’s pocketing the money for himself I don’t know but please be cautious and watch yourself
NAPA employees are knowledgeable and helpful. We have been going to this location for 25+ years and have no intention to go elsewhere. Prices are very competitive.
Went here this past saturday with a evap code..my checo engine light was on...the guy behind the counter was very helpfull...gave me prices on the parts and also told me this code could just be a loose or a bad seal on my gas cap
Outstanding retail store. Good solid brands, knowledgeable staff. Needed an obscure part, spoke with Jason on the phone. Went to the store , the part was sitting on the counter waiting for me. Fit perfectly, no fuss, no problems. Highest recommendation.
I ordered online stuff for my car. While I added items to the cart every single item showed available in store pickup in 30 minutes. I placed the order, and after three hours went to the store. The store clerk wasn’t seem to be in a good mood. He pulled the online order information and abruptly said it won’t be available three days from now. When I asked the reason he said two items are not in stock, I said Okay, give me the rest of the order and cancel those two items. He said system won’t let me do that. I said Okay, cancel the order. So he cancelled the entire order. I asked if I can get rest of the items and pay in the store. His response, oh it will cost more. Seriously? My intention was to give my business to local business but not if I have to pay more. These businesses need to understand that their competitors are a lot more economical and even ship the orders for free.
I in like these guys better then the autozone, pep boys, and advance auto parts in the vicinity. More knowledgeable, less retail focused. They had an o2 socket wrench when none of the others had it in stock.
Just moved into the area, and I will be checking out their customer service and inventory and pricing as I replace upper ball joint and brakes in a 2003 Trailblazer, and front brake pads in a 1995 Chevy K1500.
Will update this tomorrow morning with the results.
Update: Hit or miss with the service. Some of the guys are borderline brilliant and are very helpful. Others look like they are barely able to make it to work and are not very helpful or knowledgeable. Not a great selection of parts. The storefront is a little lacking.
Have everything I needed for my truck. Rear brakes weren't working and they were able to provide me with everything I needed to fix my brakes at the store but also let me borrow some tools they had that I didn't have with me, at no charge. They were very helpful and the prices for the parts was about average compared to other retailers.
We needed new wipers and washer fluid before a 10 hour road trip on a snowy morning, and the sales rep was incredibly helpful in making sure we were ok. He not only looked up the right parts but also found all the parts we needed, and offered to assist when we were having trouble installing. He really went above and beyond, and helped ensure a safe journey home. We’re forever grateful for his assistance!
