Terrible service. They refuse to take anything that wont fit in a trashcan and if its too heavy they just leave it. Mind you my 66 year old father-in-law had no problem lifting the trash can that their employee apparently couldn't. They also broke my trash can and refuse to replace it.
This company has gone downhill. It used to be one guy in the truck with a grabber arm and he was great. No issues. Now they have three guys in the truck one driving and two loading the trash and they're terrible. They often miss trash bins and leave the bins all over the roadway in my community. It happens way too many times. They need to hire better employees.
Watched recycling truck go throughout Talamore neighborhood with material falling off. Driver realized. Stopped got out . Picked up one or two things and continued route. Meanwhile, i was picking up cardboard boxes on my lawn that had addresses that were FOUR streets away. Called customer service. No answer. No response to voicemail. Company is a disgrace. Completely the opposite of what their name suggests!
They collect our trash and yesterday morning just after the truck left my building I noticed my recycle container was missing. I left them a message and within an hour a new one was at my front door and I received a follow up call to confirm it had been delivered. I greatly appreciated the stellar customer service.
I have requested multiple times to have a pick-up at my home and I’ve been ignored. We cannot choose our company where we live, so I am writing a Google review just to ensure I am heard because truly, I feel ignored and unseen. I even offered, during my 3rd phone call, to place the item in the trash truck myself and still, they did not take my item. Even after I went through the requested process/step of calling the company for a large item pick up, now several phone calls placed in vain. Such a shame and an embarrassing moment for this company. Anyway, stay tuned… wonder if it will get picked up now that I came to Google for help!
Envirogreen is wonderful! I've never had to call them for a missed service or required a returned visit; I've been using their services for three years at two residential communities. They are always quick to respond if there are any requests, questions, issues, etc. I would highly recommend you do business with them.
They repeatedly only send 1 truck instead of 2 separate trucks for Trash and Recycling. They combine everything into 1 truck. It is frustrating since homeowners spends tons of time and effort to separate them. We are paying for separate services and it is consistently not provided. It is also obviously not helping the environment that the recycling is not happening.
The worst part is that if you contact the company about it (neighbors have done so numerous times), they will constantly lie and deny that it's happening. I'm not sure why in this age you would try to lie about things like this when everyone has front door cameras that capture the truth. Today, one of the workers even admitted that their boss told them to combine it all into the same truck.
So if you want to pay for services that aren't provided and deal with management that lies, sign up with this company. Otherwise, stay far away and pick anyone else.
We have had this service at our HOA for the last 2 years and I have been quite happy with it. They do not have the latest hi-tech trucks and the pick-up is manual. However this can actually be an advantage because they can collect bags from next to parked cars, they do not require large 96-gallon trash containers, and they leave behind less debris on the road. There are occasional complaints about missed pick-ups, but this is comparable to other companies. I can't comment on the customer service, but the handlers are cheerful and friendly. Very few companies have the capability to dispose of recyclables and I sometimes wonder about these guys.
Awful service. Constantly avoiding picking up my trash even though all the neighbors' trash gets picked up as scheduled. Made several complaints, no results.
My husband and I ordered a bulk pick up. We gladly paid the fee but when I watched the men take it with our regular trash I was taken back because I was told a separate company comes for it. I called in and spoke to a woman who said, no the men take it with the trash. I asked if the men get the $50 we paid since they seemed to struggle and I was hoping they got a piece of it. The owner John DeAngelo was yelling in the background and then got on the line. He was rude, aggressive and threatened me. I was very taken back and asked why he was yelling and talking to me like this. He told me if I can run his company better to come on down. I said sir all I was asking is if the men taking the bulk items received a piece of the fee that we paid because if not I would like to tip them. He got even more aggressive. Stay away from this company at all cost. Give your business to a more well deserved company.
Don’t ever hire this company, ever! They will not come by and they will keep on lying and lying and lying. They will play you as much as they want and your trash will not be picked. Don’t waste your money with this AWFUL company. They don’t deserve a dime!!!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with this company and service. My trash was not picked up again today and I can NOT call every Friday to ask to pick up the trash. I can NOT be a client of a company that doesn’t do the job! I called the office today at 12pm asking why it wasn’t picked up yet and the receptionist told me that she would have found out and called me back. No one called me and the trash, lots of trash, is still sitting outside. Now the garbage is going to stay there for 2 days or until wherever your workers want to pick it up. I want to cancel the service and be refunded. I will go elsewhere to someone that know how to work!
What do I need to do to get started with this company??? Extremely unprofessional. They are the company that is handling the development attached to where I have lived for 31 years. Since their trucks will be coming right to the end of my driveway in order to service the development we thought it would be a good idea to transfer to them. I emailed them in early June to start service, no response. Two weeks in to June I called, and went over everything with their receptionist. She was supposed to email me an invoice and scheduled the new cans to be dropped off. She told me when to cancel my old service. Never got an email invoice and this is now the last week in June. I had already scheduled my old service to be stopped after this weeks pickup so I called Envirogreen. The woman I had talked to told me she had completely dropped the ball and forgotten about me. We went over everything again on the phone, she sent me an invoice and I paid it immediately. She said my new cans would be dropped off Wednesday June 29 or or Thursday June 30. No cans came yesterday/ Wednesday. I called this morning and the other girl said I am on the list for today. No cans came today/Thursday and at the end of the business day she left a message that John couldn't get to it today. Supposedly tomorrow. It is 90 degrees and I have backed up kitchen and pet garbage with no place to put it. Why didn't they say I could drop my trash at their facility or ask if I had any way to pick up my cans??? If they were too busy to add me to their services why didn't they tell me so I would not have cancelled my other service.? I am beyond disappointed with this unprofessional company and they haven't even picked up any of the trash yet. I will update this review if things change.
we have had envirogreen empty our commercial dumpster for a few months now and they have been very good emptying the dumpster on schedule and put it back in the correct spot. and very reasonably priced.
