Interstate batteries is a great place to buy batteries the staff there is excellent. The guys there are real nice. And honestly you're not going to find better deals on batteries anywhere else. Now with these prices nowadays. So go check them out and find out for yourself
Use this place all the time for my vehicle battery needs. On my way to work /family so it is very convenient to stop by and get a new battery . I usually buy 2nds so the warrantee is not that good as a new battery but I rarely have a problem and they are pretty good at rectifying a situation
As a commercial account I don't recommend and give ZERO stars. They are so behind in the times. They refuse to email invoices or update the systems to automatically generate invoices and mail them out. The owner Keith is very rude. His driver showed up at our garage with a statement refusing service for unpaid invoices that we never received because his driver drops the batteries and whoever he sees he gets so sign off. 3 times someone with the name Steve signed off and we don't even have a Steve here. When I called him to inform him we never got the invoices he proceeds to tell me that's my problem not his. I let him know we needed the batteries and he told me he needed payment. We are a large multi million dollar company. I could have paid right that second but its the priciple he does not care about his commercial accounts. Keith told me he had 1500 customers and he couldn't worry about emailing us the invoices. I asked him why he wasn't more proactive and give us a courtesy call so we could have gotten it straightened out and he told me "its not his problem". Clearly Keith if I'm not getting the invoices it is your problem!!!! These are franchised. We deal with the interstate in Walnutport for another location we have and they are great.
These guys are always so helpful when I go in. I won't buy batteries anywhere else anymore. Car, truck, 4 wheeler or tractors .. They've always got me covered
When mowing the lawn they shot a rock at me and came right into my car window. They didnt seem to care. Could have taken out an eye. I will not do business with people that act this way. Not even an apology!
Great people. Have a question on any type of battery and they are able to answer right there on the spot.They dont hide anything from you and willing to go the extra mile to help.
Needed a battery for my truck they had what I needed guy behind the counter was cool. I put the battery in and was down the road in 10 minutes. Great place and a nice local dealer will be back for a future batterys thanks.
Great local place to go for all your battery needs! The best part is they allow you to recycle your batteries even when they are closed there is a skid outside to place any batteries on that you want to recycle. The prices are very fair and competitive as well. The one major downside is that they close very early.
