Bob and the very nice hard working old man that works there are very honest and hard working. I never felt like they were trying to tell me stuff was wrong with my car just to make an extra buck as with most other places especially Midas. I like how they are very laid back and don't add anything else to the bill or interaction except great quality service.
A waste of time. Needed AC compressor replaced. They didn't seem interested doing the work. They took down my name and number to give me a price for the job. They never called me. I called a few days later after waiting and they said they hadn't gotten around to looking up the part. Don't bother with this place.

I love Bob's Village Automotive. They are fast and efficient. Sometimes as a woman you feel like mechanics take advantage of your not really knowing about cars but I feel like Bob is always nice and tells me what I need to know. Also prices are reasonable.
Bob, the owner, and Louie, the other mechanic here are the best. We have used Bob's exclusively for over 20 years. I would not trust anyone else with our vehicles! They are honest and find the best way to get your car back on the road. I can't say enough good things. They are masters at their craft and I am convinced they can diagnose and fix any problem.

Bob worked quickly to fix the problem and the price I paid was fair. What more could you want? Since then I've brought my car in twice and I had the same experience. If I ever need repairs or even maintenance, I'll definitely come here.
I live in the neighbourhood and passed by this shop several times. Even noticed the same Jaguar model (XJ6 Series Series 3) parked in front of it so I thought Bob would work on mine.
This morning we stopped by to talk to Bob about a hose that didn’t seem right and generated gas smell inside the car. He gave us a bunch of push back, saying parts are hard to find (I know three websites one can order parts from, specifically for this car). We still tried to explain what was wrong and he shutdown the conversation with “I love business but I don’t want anything to do with an 85 Jag”
I’m disappointed by the way we were treated, like we don’t matter. The fact we’re in the neighbourhood meant nothing.
I don’t expect him to take my car and work on it, and definitely cannot force him, but I expected him to be nicer, like the other two shops we tried to bring my car to and got denied, this morning.
Honest and reliable. My wife and I have been taking our cars to Bob for years. He has always been trustworthy and reasonable. I would recommend Bob’s village automotive to anyone in the area.
If you are looking for a good honest mechanic this is the place for you!! I was recommended to this place by a friend and I can not thank him more for this! My car needed more work than I could afford so they actually did the work and told me to pay them when I could!! What mechanic does this? I will never take my 2 cars any where else and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Bob has gone out of his way to solve complex problems for us. I always get information if there are options that could save money on repairs.
