I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. My vehicle was towed to this IAA location. Nobody from my insurance company was willing to help me retrieve my license plate and belongings from my car. Jenna went above and beyond to help me get my belongings and plate.
The worst customer service. The lady is very rude and she tried to tell us the law from her pocket two weeks ago. I purchased a vehicle from PA different site and they sent me the Appraisal. I'm waiting for the manager to call me back from his meeting three days now!!
Im a car transporter i had one car only to pick i arrived at 4:39 the loader with the long hair didn’t even let me go to the office said no one will help you i closed at 4:30pm, i drove all the way from Chicago !! And iaa close at 5 pm
Sold me a 2019 3.0 V6 infiniti q60 that was actually a 2018 2.0 V4. The manager Jonathan Ritts straight up lied that he called and told someone about it before he awarded the car to us, yet when i called to tell them about it, he was surprised to learn that the car's vin is not even right and its not a 2019 3.0L V6. He gave me the run around for over a month and at the end refused to own up to selling me something that clearly wasnt as advertised. I cant imagine doing that to someone. The regional manager was also no help, no one follows up and could care less about your concerns. I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at IAAI and this is how they treat their customers. Disgraceful.
I have been to every iaa on the east coast and never have I had experienced the customer service that I was given at the Bridgeport IAA. The staff was friendly, patient, helpful and professional.
This is the best branch of IAA, so far. Everytime I call them, they answer my questions and do they job without hesitation. Also would like to thank May! She's the best. She's so kind and respectful! Assisted me in requesting a duplicate for a lost tittle. Hands down!
This branch always play games with the car mileage , I’m not gonna deal with that branch anymore, they roll back the odometer and they say the car is more than 10 years old it’s exempt you don’t need the actual mileage, I still have that car I will feel bad if I sell it to someone like that
Called that we would be arriving at 4:30pm. Ended up running into traffic being 5 min late, called to inform them and immediately they said they can not accommodate us even though they close at 5pm. Arrived at 4:35pm with lot supervisor cursing me out saying he will not accommodate us even though the car is run and drive. Office staff is horrendous.
A good forum for auto auctions. The layout of the place contributes to a positive customer experience. This place gets 4 stars out of 5 because most of the paperwork here should be automated. This would ease and sim pl lift the workload of the staff so that they could focus on the customer even more. Recommended! Please LIKE this review if you agree.
not only did they pick up my totaled lexus, while i was at work, without issue, but they also saved my Ray Bans (which i stupidly left in the glasses holder of said totaled lexus), AND gave me the option of picking them up, or having them sent to me! good to know there are still some honest people in the world!!
