Will act shocked when you show up to pick up your delivery order you put in online 2 hours later. Don't know what happened to the old crew of guys that used to run this store I guess they all retired but my God this has to be one of the worst napas ever now. "Update" waited 3 hours after being told when the driver was back my part would be delivered...now i"m told tomorrow WORST NAPA EVER

Smooth sailing over here, dont go to pep boys or auto zone you might get jammed

While it is a small location on the corner, the staff makes up for it by being very knowledgeable and accommodating

This is my go to place for auto parts and supplies. I have been using them for years and years. The Counter staff is always helpful and cheerful. A great place to go for all your auto parts and supply needs.

Very disappointed, they didn't have the correct car battery in stock, they need more counter help and are extremely slow. Won't be going back again.

I came in during the summer they had some guy working that couldn't wear a mask for health reasons. I got what I needed but never went back. The staff are ok but it wouldn't call it friendly or good service. it's hit or miss on whether or not the person working will feel like giving you advice if you ask for it. I usually keep a hoopty so I have been coming here on and off for about 8 years.

You need parts? They've got parts. Small, but lots of stock. Nice people, decent prices.

If they dont have what you need they can get it and they have good prices

Came in to get engine coolant after striking out at a few stores. Was in and out with exactly what I needed in a couple minutes. No complaints from me

Fat stinky guy working the register, he was sick and sneezing all over the place, sneezed on my reciept and my debit card! Had to wipe my debit card off with lysol wipes! That nasty mutt should be fired

Things have changed a lot since I worked on my own car up until the 1980's. The folks at this store have always been helpful to me in both finding parts and installing them. I once got a bad bulb, but that was not their fault, and most other purchases have worked well. I may pay a few pennies more at this store, but the customer service makes it worth it.

Ardmore, PA store is easy to get to, always parking on side street (Church Road), fast service on phone and in store, have all the light bulbs I need for my 2002 Voyager. I use on-line repair videos to guide me through my simple replacements. Thank you!

Order some led bulbs and they did not work and now they don't want to give me my money back because the package is open which make no sense i wouldn't know if they work unless I try them pep boys is the the place to go

This store is located at the intersection of Church Road and Lancaster Avenue, on the SE corner. The location indicated on the map is off by several hundred yards. I ordered parts for two old German-make cars here earlier this year. They got it right on the first try. Thank you.
