UPDATE: came here again & the guest service was incredible once again!! He squeezed me in & I was able to pick my car up later that day! Took my car here after someone backed into me & they were amazing!! Augie was so kind & the turn around time was extremely quick!

Fantastic service! The professionalism is unmatched. Hit a deer and the car came out brand new. They even installed a fresh pin stripe on my car to insure it looked perfect 👌 . I've lived in the area for 20 years and I would recommend this shop highly over any where else in the poconos

Beth, the owner, is one of the best person I have ever known. We are a spanish family, travelling with 3 kids and we got a car crash next to her place. Even it was Sunday, and with emergency weather alert because of heavy rain and storms, she opened the shop for us, took care of us, and helped us with the insurance and rental car issues. She was like an ángel for us. Very professional and especially great human being. Thanks for everything Beth.

Today my wife's friend was stranded during her commute and my wife came to pick her up. D'Amicos came to tow the vehicle. at 7:10 AM. They were asked to tow the vehicle to the dealer and they told her the dealer was closed and they would have to tow it to their lot till the dealer opened. This was a lie. The service department at the Nissan on 611 opens at 7AM. They left her at a gas station when they took the vehicle. After my wife picked her up at the gas station, they found out the dealer was opened, and they drove straight there. They called D'Amico's and that's where the experience went downhill. Liz started complaining they wouldn't be able to take the car off the flatbed, that the car couldn't move and perhaps the dealer had something to take it down. They spoke to someone at the dealer and told them it's their responsibility(the dealership) to get the vehicle off the wrecker. Liz said she's going to get the car moved from their lot to the dealer. She hung up rudely, then called back demanding payment. They refused to bring the car to the dealer. The ladies were trying to figure a way to pay them through the insurance but they demanded payment immediately and asked how much Nissan was charging for the repairs, which was irrelevant. The ladies told them the insurance would pay them but Liz kept insisting on immediate payment and that they would have to bring in the payment. THIS IS THE PART WHERE THEY EXPERIENCED RACISM AND HARASSMENT. They went to the office and the guy at D'Amico's started going off on them saying "We don't want people like you in our shop" and started cursing at them telling them that they were cursing. They didn't use any foul language. He actually came from behind the desk and if they didn't start recording, the man may not have stopped advancing toward them. The same car they said couldn't come off the tow truck came down so easily, this was also recorded. They finished business with D'Amico's shortly after 9AM today and Liz is still texting them. They are feeling harassed at this point. When someone says "YOU PEOPLE" in this context and you're from a minority, it can be a scary experience, especially for a woman. The fact that someone advanced toward them while using foul language is also a non-starter. In summary, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone stranded on the road or in general based on their racist practices and dishonesty.

This is the place to go for body work. I've been taking my vehicles here since 2017 and I'm never dissapointed. They are professional and do awesome work. Made my cars look like new. Very nice regular people that are consistent and reliable. 👍 👍

My car was here for body damage. It came back looking brand new again. The costs are reasonable and the service is great. An honest business.

If I could give it no stars, would’ve been better. My car’s clutch burned out and I was able to move the car to the side of the road. I placed a very visible sign saying that it would get towed and the name & number to the company picking it up. This guy came and towed the car without permission and then made me pay to get the car back. To add insult to injury, he charged me for 2 days even though he picked up the car between 9:30pm and 12am..The car wasn’t even on their lot for 24hrs. He tried lying saying that he had seen the car speeding which is impossible since the clutch burned out. He said that this was recorded on their cam, but could not produce the footage.

I hit a deer and caused front headlight and wheel well damage. Damicos came and towed the car and worked extremely well with my insurance company. Very Professional and on point with my expectations. Incredible work and timing was great!!

NEGATIVE RATING, NO STARS TOWING SERVICE: Thieving Highway robbers with no conscious. Vultures and opportunists who prey on the disadvantaged experiencing an emergency. May be in with the police. Bill charged me $535 for a 2 mile/5 minute tow from I-80. This crook and sham business should be reported to the PA Better Business bureau for their unfair business practices and unreasonable prices.

Thanks so much for being so professional and kind. Reasonable cost associated with tow despite the hard work they had to do without a key or the ability to enter. I appreciate the courtesy and will remember your kindness.

Attempted to retrieve my vehicle on a friday when the cost of getting out of impound was 600. It's now monday the cost is almost 1000. They wont take my calls after a weekend of literally holding my car hostage and price gouging. Will be taking them to court. Rude, dishonest, and downright repugnant people run this shop. Notice how every single review of their towing (with 1 exception) is a 1 star review, involving some instance of them either; pushly insisting on higher priced services, or creating expensive obstacles that seem to border on illegal, to increase your bill. I wish there were more negative words I could use to describe these people and their business. Unfortunately words can't accurately convey. This company has single handedly ruined my life.

Liz was extremely helpful and really knows her stuff. She picked up on subtleties that no one else had noticed - she's got a great eye for cars. They did all the work as promised, at the price promised, and Liz gave me some great tips. When I picked up the car, the work they did looked flawless! I have already told others about the amazing job they did. I hope there are no accidents in my near future, but I know where I can go if anything happens! Thanks again!

Liz was awesome from start to finish. Great service from start to finish. I’m new to the area and had a medium level crash. Was very daunting but Liz made everything much easier. I called a few other places but Liz offered the most help at the best prices. Repair job was also great, good as new. Would highly recommend!

My family was in a accident so the car was taken here. They were so nice and understanding. We cleaned the car out and my sister left and ended up with a flat. So they were called to go fix that. He was a very caring individual. He went out of his way to help. I appreciate everyone that works there. Thankyou

My husband had an accident on 611 and D’Amicos came within moments, towed him and brought him in minutes before closing on a Friday. They were kind, professional and all around amazing. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to continue working with them due to pressure from our insurance and the repairs are a really big job (we can’t deviate from the insurance provider recommendations) but it’s really worth noting that we did not have a horrible experience in our dealings with them at all! Especially with the towing. Definitely strongly consider going with them for repairs, if you can!!!

D'Amicos...I cant say enough great things about this establishment. They are customer oriented and provide outstanding work. Unfortunately I have had my car and my moms car there several times and the experience was always great. They take pride in their work and customers which you rarely see these days.. their staff is friendly and always concerned and greet you with a smile. I am customer for ever. I had a deep scratch/dent that ran down the side of my truck repaired here and I am impressed! They delivered the job as promised, on price, on schedule, and you can tell where the repair(s) were made! They have that family business- hands on approach! Great customer service!

The Pocono deer keep running into my cars and I keep getting them repaired at D'Amico's. Highly recommended. Unlike most businesses up here these guys are fair, competent and finish the job. The end result is beautiful. Can't wait for deer hunting season so that I can get another car repaired here.

There was a major storm in May in the Pocono area and a tree fell and hit my car in my driveway, the tree completely damaged the tailgate of my Nissan Rouge. My husband has had his vehicles repaired in the past by D'Amicos and the work was excellent so I knew immediately that is where I wanted my car to be serviced. It took a month to repair the extensive damage, but it was worth the wait. My car looks immaculate! The service was excellent and the quality of work supersedes any other body shop in the local area. Thanks to Liz (owners sister) who made everything super easy and offered reassurance to me along the way. D'Amicos gained a lifetime customer for sure.

Very professional and down to earth staff! I can't say enough about,"Aguie" and "Liz", they are by far honest and reliable individuals. Everything works amazingly in that establishment! They do great work ! The staff is so nice to you I couldn’t be happier. Even after my car was done they still called to make sure everything was good. They stand by there work which is excellent. Would recommend their service to everyone!

OMG! I have never seen a place like this before. Extremely rude over the phone. Car was towed there, and trying to arrange with insurance company what to do next. Car needed to be towed elsewhere instead of paying the extravagant daily storage fees, makes perfect sense. Liz inserts herself into what should have been a simple conversation to release the car, and jumps into a lengthy, pushy sales pitch. The insurance adjuster was flabbergasted, having already just spoken to her. Liz insisted she needed to inform us that the insurance company didn't care about the car, and if we let them tow it, they would damage it. INSISTED!!! Insurance adjuster had to tell her they were hanging up, and apologize to us. I've never heard such blatant discourteous pushy sales pitching in my life. It was 110% obvious she was pimping for the storage fees. The rates they charge are outrageous. I actually felt bad for the insurance adjuster. But it doesn't end there. When the insurance tow came, after the insurance adjuster called her back and relayed our desire to let them take the car (as soon as possible so we could get to the next phase of this terrible situation), she refused to let the car go. She now tried to insert my wife into this, who was working all day and had no idea what had transpired. Instead of telling my wife we had spoken and agreed to release the car, Liz tried her pitch all over again and my wife said to refuse the tow, not understanding what was going on. So I had to call Liz back, and again, she was extremely rude, to the point where I had to raise my voice to talk over her rude refusal to release the car. Bottom line, if you need your car towed, stay far away from this place. I can't comment on their body work, but I will tell you their rudeness and deliberate and repeated attempts to benefit from our misfortune will keep us far away from them forever. Liz needs a lesson in customer service, and an understanding that people fresh from an accident may not be interested in her pushy sales pitch. The blatant lies about how the car would definitely be damaged if we let the insurance company tow it, and how the insurance company doesn't care about our car (while the adjuster was on the phone!!! Protesting politely, like the professional he is, but still....). This rude, pushy attitude and sales angle did nothing to invoke any confidence in their company's services. Had she approached this like a professional and offered her services in a brief, polite context, perhaps I wouldn't now be writing this review. And I will say for fact, if she let the car go when she was supposed to, I would not be writing this review. But her back-handed attempts to make money under the pretext of looking out for our best interests, then subsequent rudeness, pushed me over the edge. The accident was bad enough. Dealing with Liz afterward, was worse.

Excellent service! They took great care of my car great craftsmanship and paint job. Matched it perfectly and very convenient car rental practices. Highly recommend them for courteous quality work!
