A stop at Pocono Cheesecake Factory in Swiftwater is a family must-do! The Oreo and Strawberry cheesecakes were creamy and delicious, and they even offer "kids size" slices. They offer a wide variety of cheesecake options with trying and freshly made.
Flew all the way out here from California for this; worth it. But really, absolutely great stuff, it was hard to pick from the samples, I wanted one of everything. Don't skip the coffee, either; really good quality.
Coming from NJ and I'm A sucker for delicious cheesecake service is top notch they have different flavor of cheesecake its fresh and delicious omg there cookies just melts in your mouth with A cold cup of milk love it can't wait to try there other flavors of cheesecake and desserts try them out and the price very decent for there delicious cheesecake...
The shop is very cute and the young ladies that work there are very sweet and attentive. We were passing through on the highway and thought we should stop and try one of their cheesecakes. We were offered some samples and we decided on the original with fruit topping (although all the flavours looked deelish, it was a hard choice!) we grabbed some coffees too and two packs of their confections. Divine! Ate them on the way home back to Canada! If you are driving through, make the stop because the cheesecake is fresh, creamy and the topping is just perfect not too sweet. Easily the yummiest cheesecake we have had in a while! ??
This shop is pretty great. They have lots of flavors and everything tasted very fresh because it was. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They even offer samples for their cheesecake! Prices are reasonable as well. I love cheesecake so this was a must try, and it was pretty great.
Best Cheesecakes I ever had. My wife and I ordered two slices of the peanut butter chocolate cheesecake cake and Pumpkin cheesecake. If they had a location in NYC I'd be there everyday.
Delicious cheesecake and very affordable! They're not too sweet and I love it that way. Other than the cheesecake, we liked the carrot cake and chocolate mousse bombe a lot. The canolis were decent and I found the frosting on the cupcakes too sweet. But overall, we love this place and ended up going there twice during our 4 day stay in the area.
This place is AMAZING!! The staff, service, quality, and warmth that exudes as soon as you enter the door is so refreshing!! Every flavor we sampled was delicious. You can’t go wrong with any choice. Walked in and was totally overwhelmed with choices. Cheesecake heaven! I had a wonderful experience with service. Never been there and the owner left me try samples. This Cheesecake melts in your mouth. Talked to several other customers and they all made wonderful suggestions. Got enough to try and bring home to south central PA.
Got seasonal pumpkin cheesecake and it's beyond words with its flavor and smooth texture!
This is a must stop when in the area. I know I'll be visting again.
I have been coming here a decade and never left a review not that one is needed since the place has the best fresh cheesecakes. All kind of varieties and sizes. My favorties are Original plain, chocolate, peanut butter cup, raspberry swirl. Rare to find a peanut butter cake. They even have a few outside tables on the deck to enjoy your cake before you go. Employees always efficient and friendly. Open 7 days a week another plus.
BEST CHEESECAKE EVER!! Creamy, fluffy not dense, flavorful, quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and many flavor varieties. Phenomenal service from Robin and Leah! Friendly, helpful, fun and very kindly patient with us taking forever to decide because every cheesecake tasted so good! Oh yea, they give free taste samples so you know you'll be more than happy with your purchase! You can purchase fresh cheese cake in multiple slice sizes and frozen cheesecakes. They also carry various baked goods that looked equally tantalizing, and various chocolates. Outdoor seating on their pretty deck if you can't wait to get home to take a nibble (more like eat the whole slice!). Robin told us they've been open for 40yrs, obviously they're doing something right! Had a fantastic experience all around and will definitely be back!
Hands down the best cheesecake I have ever had in my life. It can get pricey, but I feel that the higher price is justifiable by the quality of the cheesecake. It's decadent, creamy, and not too sweet. The employees who work here are so friendly and always willing to help with choosing from their wide selection, including free samples. I've been going here every time I'm in the area for years--Definitely won't stop!
We were on our way back from Philly and saw a billboard, it had been a long day with my partner at UPenn getting a heart catheterization and we wanted to stop and stretch out our legs. We both LOVE cheesecake, so we took the exit and what a treat!! Cheesecakes were all delicious, we got some to take home and we met the owner, who was SO NICE. He gave us a little history and let us taste a few flavors, we'll definitely be making this a pit stop for future trips! :)

Original plain, peanut butter cup, raspberry swirl, oreo cookie, fruit topped, original with chocolate ganosh, no sugar added original, no sugar added blueberry almond, frozen chocolate dipped cheesecake, and varietie cheesecake samplers. Different fruit toppings are also available for purchase. Carrot cake, tri - color pastry, cannoli, chocolate moose bomb, peanut butter brownie, carrot cake cupcake, oreo cupcakes, and red velvet cupcakes. They also sell an assortment of chocolates and sweets from Callie's Candy Kitchen. Cheesecake lovers paradise.
such a nice place to visit! all my husband wanted for his birthday was cheesecake and he said this was the best he’s ever had. we loved that we could try each flavor and the staff was extremely friendly. the owner even offered us some watermelon he had in the back! will definitely be coming here when vacationing in the area!

Not too sweet one slice enough for me 2 times! Service excellent we had a chance to taste it first l,then everyone picked their favorites. Easy parking you can eat outside if you can’t wait till arrive home . Hard to choose lot of variety, gluten and sugar free also!!!
One of my favorite places in the Poconos. Such a sweet employee and very helpful n friendly. You'll walk in and want a little of everything. I brought home mini cannolis and a slice of no sugar added blueberry cheesecake. They have slices for $3.50 or as they are marked, kid size. Its still a nice size to share as cheesecake is filling. All kinds of flavors, some slices on a stick chocolate coated n frozen. They sell slices, half, quarter and whole.
Came here from NY & wanted to surprise my sister with some cheesecake for her birthday because its her FAVORITE! I was greeted at the counter by Jeremy, he let me test taste a few flavors of cheesecake just to see what it tasted like & it was so good, I actually got a whole cake & 2 slices of 2 different flavors. I tried the almond slice & the raspberry. It was really good; Ill be back!
A delightful, straightforward spot to grab some cheesecake to go, whether it’s to take home and enjoy or bring to someone else’s home as a treat. They offer some other baked goods behind the refrigerated counter but the cheesecakes are the real star. You can get them in a variety of ways: frozen solid, whole and fresh, 1/2, 1/4/, or even individually by the slice. We were offered free samples as soon as we walked in, which for sure sealed the deal. The cheesecake here is the rich and creamy and dense type, full of natural cream and vanilla flavor, not the spongey/fluffy type. We got the almond amaretto flavor to go as a gift for someone, and the raspberry swirl for ourselves. It was some of the very best cheesecake I’ve ever had! Highly recommend, well worth the price.
Immaculately clean, friendly staff, great selection. This strawberry one was delicious. We travel over an hour to get this for a family birthday celebration.

If I could give it more than five stars I would give it to them, we have tried many even in New York, this is the best so far....so many flavors, what a delight...!! Do not miss it. they are frozen, so you can take them with you for later. They also have full or combined portions...the best...the only thing is that I couldn't eat them with a coffee because they don't sell it...but it doesn't matter. I still love them.
This place is on point. Not the corporate cheesecake factory therefore, there are no dine in dinners just lots of cheesecake. You can sample each kind. We got a piece of chocolate and peanut butter. They both were delicious. Wished we would have got a slice of the classic strawberry and cream cheese. The slices are a bit pricey at $8 a slice. Or you can purchase an entire cake. They also sold other desserts including brownies and chocolate. We will be back. The couple that runs this dive were very kind.
Wow! This place is worth a visit. The cheesecake here is second to none. It's so good it will set your pants on fire.

The carrot cake..... THE CARROT CAKE.... No words can properly describe how much we love the carrot cake. According to the owner(a mildly handsome man that seems to lurk about), they make the carrot cake from scratch, even grinding the carrots!
Anytime we are in the area, I make sure I take home a frozen sampler(I like them ALL and I want them ALL), and some carrot cake. My wife really really REALLY loves the amoretto cheesecake too. I definitely agree, it is poppin'.

Stopped for dessert after the delicious dinner at PBC just north on 611. Everyone ordered a slice to go, but none of it made it back to the house at Summit Lake. As we were walking out, the cashier mentioned there were forks to take if we wanted a taste before hitting the road. Unfortunately, we all succumbed to the delicious cheesecake and were left with just the plastic for the recycle bin. If you visit, I highly recommend the larger slices as it really is yummy cheesecake!
I am not a cheesecake eater but when I first bite it won’t stop me from eating. I like the not so sugary cheesecake and I finally found it and so delicious and addictive. Good thing they have a cafe shop at the pocono premium outlet. Thanks so much Pocono, you’re the best!??❤️
