Tried to save time and buy an engine they had advertised in social media the guy who I call takes a while to respond because "im in mountains" text he sends me cool I get it bad service. But then when we make a deal on a motor I tell him I will finalize payment once I get VIN on invoice he stalls, he finally send it the next day and the motor clearly says higher milage on NEW invoice (I have pics of everything) I call him out on it and he says "it's still low milage but ok" BAD BUSINESS. I just didn't wanna drive far and have it delivered.
Called to see if they would purchase a car, the lady said bring it down. I get there and had to track people down, who then had to track down the boss. Just to be told idk if I can buy it I don’t have the cash, then it was I’ll just get you a check, back to I found cash. The process could of been smoother and less complicated
All of the employees in that establishment is the nicest people you can ever meet the prices are extremely Fair and they are extremely fast and good at what they do
Been waiting for a pick up all morning and now they texting asking for more pic of the title....seems like a shame to me.......no one has called me back yet
My pickup was Scheduled from 8-12! My wife stayed off work to be there because i couldn’t be off so how about they showed up at 5pm witch my Wife could have worked her shift and been off 2 hours before they came,, then on top of that they wanted to embarrass my wife because every place we went to cash the check told her they couldn’t because it wasn’t enough funds to cover the check so I guess she gotta wait until in the morning to cash it but this have been the worst experience ever
I want to say I've sold two other vehicles before this one to other company's and Nationwide Remarketing re by far the best when it comes to staying in touch s u get the necessary document. They are very polite and even after the vehicle is picked up they get in touch with u to see things went with the pickup which i hace to say i was a little late meeting the driver of thetow truck but he didnt seem to mind. He as well was very polite. And when they told me what they would give it was by far the highest offer is come across on line. I will definitely only do business with them in the future. They have great people working to make everything come together smoothly without trying to rip u off. Thank you Nationwide Remarketing! I'll definitely recommend you all!!!🙃

They posted a car on Craigslist, when i asked if he was a cardealer he said no, also lied about the year of the vehicle 2 years newer*got home checked the oil was 3.5 quarts low out of 5, eraised 2 transmission trouble codes , the heat didn't work and the radiator turned out to be bad. Turned out to be much different from the advertisement stating mechanically sound and very good shape. I would have never went up there if i knew he was a dealer not being honest
Most unprofessional business in the world scheduled a pick up for 9 am - 12 pm
Not only did they not show up , I called them literally 40 times and no one answered the phone
I would rather give my car away for free then to have these unprofessional business buy it for a minion dollars

Had them give me a super lowball offer because of a little bit of rust, got told management reviewed the file and will give me my original offer, i even doubled checked to make sure of the offer, had me notarize the title to them just to tell me they aren’t giving me an extra 500$ which is what the original offer would have been, had no choice but to give them the truck anyways, seems like they do really shady business and are very unprofessional, I’m never one to leave a bad review but this company has got to be the worst business I’ve dealt with in the automotive industry, and that wasn’t the only headache with them.

I was so Leary of using a online place to sell my car to I just knew in my gut that something was fishy. But I will tell anyone that I was so WRONG!
The quote I was given was better than I had hoped for…. The customer service was unbelievable! Seriously I can say this experience has been awesome I am still shocked at how wonderful it was everything went smoothly I was so happy and still am with the entire process! Even the tow truck guy was very efficient and wonderful to deal with (and I have met some tow truck guys that have well let’s just say left me with a bad impression of them).
I would highly HIGHLY recommend this company! I even started telling my friends and family about this company before the car was picked up. I did get a little teary eyed watching my Kia Sorento go away. Anyways thank you peddle you guys are the BEST!

If i could give 0 stars i would .Most unprofessional “business” you could find. Offered to buy my car, gave me a pickup window. I took off work, waited all day and they never showed up or showed they cared in the slightest. Do not do business with these people.
I’ve came here a few times and have left pleased each time ! Last week i needed a new passenger side mirror .. they ordered it as soon as i came in and got shipped in the next day !

Extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment and then they did not show up. They made sure to text me me numerous times to tell me to be available from 4-8 and answer all calls. The next day they tell me they are short staffed. The whole world is short staffed right now, that’s understandable but At least have the courtesy to let your client know you will not be showing up that evening.
Stay away from this place, clearly they don’t value customers that would bring in more business. I run a small shop in the area and I am constantly looking for replacement parts doing collision repair. I called this place today four times, and every time they pick up and I hear people having conversations in the background with each other for a split second and then they hang up the phone every time. Apparently their personal conversations amongst each other are worth more than furthering the business.
They were supposed to pick up my van and have never showed up! Asked me for address and would be there 2 nights ago and the owner had the balls to get nasty with me today with a text message! You DON’T want it at least make a phone call to tell me that you don’t!! Watch these guys big time
Drove all the way over today because they told me they had a front door for my truck over the phone when I got there. No door, either they didn't know what truck I was talking about (2001 Dodge ram quad cab) or they wanted to waste my time and gas.
Girls, unless you're looking for a date this isn't the place. I couldn't get the owner to comment to a price for servicing my car. Apparently my money wasn't good enough. After getting all the parts for my vehicle he still wouldn't give me a price for service. 😡👎🏽there should be a separation between business and personal. I was forced to go elsewhere. Guys, you won't have a problem.
I have never been to a junk yard that doesn't want to sell parts, until today. I called and explained what I needed and was told the have a couple vehicles on the lot that might have what I need. So about an hour later I went there and found a couple cars to look for my part. After a short time the guy comes out and tells me I can't get the vss harness because the "boss" don't want to sell it. We were going to ask about other parts for other vehicles but I guess I will just go somewhere that wants to sell parts. This was my experience, others might be different. A waste of my time.
Buyer beware.. there prices are fair for the most part the quality of the parts are OK but they don't seem to see the damage on the parts or the amount of money that it would cost to fix them in example the door I purchased for 250 dollars the edge is wrinkled and has rust on it pointed it out wouldn't move on the price ... the fender I purchased for 50 dollars has a huge scratch in it deep enough to need to be repainted... new fender is 60 dollars the headlight I purchased was 100 dollars and is faded and has broken tabs a new headlight is 70 online. Not a bad place just be aware of what parts cost new and what your getting into...
