My Tire had a leak, just stop by thinking they would be too busy fixed it right away. I was out of there in 20 mins

Rude, unprofessional, low quality of craftsmanship. They will smoke cigarettes in your car while working on it. They play games with prices and time lines. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Auto mechanics are a dime a dozen so avoid these people at all costs.

We stopped here unexpectedly while driving on Route 80 after having issues with our truck, and the team at Jimmy’s was incredible. We were helped immediately by a mechanic who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We mentioned that we were on a road trip and in a rush, and they prioritized our service right away—had the truck on the lift within minutes and fully resolved the issue in under an hour. The price was extremely fair, and they didn’t try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. Truly one of the best auto shop experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Jimmy’s for any and all car servicing—these guys go above and beyond!!

I highly recommend Jimmys to anyone in the area. We had an emergency leak during a road trip and had to pull off and stop here. The staff was quick to diagnose the issue, put us up on the lift, then make the fix. Really knowledgable and amazing group of people.

At this point I don’t think my husbands truck will ever be ready. It’s been almost three months!!!! For the last month they’ve been saying it’s going to be ready that week but here we are, it’s not ready. Yesterday the guy my husband spoke to said it was going be done by end of day so it will be ready for pick up this morning but surprise surprise it’s not ready by end of day today. It had a problem when we were passing through the area so we can’t just pop on over (we’re 3.5 hours away). The Friday/Saturday front desk guy told off my husband for calling so many times today. Whelp, he wouldn’t have called back so many times if A) he would have called my husband back like he promised 3 times B) the truck would have been ready today like promised. What the heck are they doing with the truck every darn day for 9 hours a day for entire month?!?! I don’t get it, something isn’t adding up. Every time my husband calls, they say someone is working on it. When I spoke with the guy this morning, he was so obnoxious to me when I told him the guy promised yesterday the truck will be ready this morning. He said something like ‘ma’am, we’ve only been open for 37 minutes’. And he thought I was threatening him when I said that it needs to be ready in 3.5 hours when we get there to pick it up, this dude needs an English lesson because that’s not a threat. A threat is if I said ‘it better be ready or you’ll be harmed’ but in no way or form did I say or imply that I’ll be harming him. He went on rambling that he’s not playing ‘these games’ with me and didn’t give me any more chances to speak. When I called back an hour before they closed (after he told off my husband for calling so many times) he went to check on the truck, he came back saying that it will be ready tomorrow by noon. I told him that’s what they said yesterday and we can’t pick it up tomorrow, we can only pick it up today or next Friday (because of work schedules and being 3.5 hours away). He got so insulted that I told him the truth of the terrible service we’ve been receiving that he finally got the manager (or the owner, not sure) who basically yelled at me that I absolutely can not treat his employees like that, uhhh how about not treating your customers this way? At that point I was so frustrated and pissed off and just let loose on this guy about their dishonesty and the rudeness of the desk guy. He’s coming up with excuses that it’s been a hard job to fix blah blah blah. Seriously there’s no good enough excuse for 3 freaking months.

I went to Jimmy’s Auto Services for an oil change and rotation of tires. After making an appointment and an hour an a half later they told me I was good to go home. Shortly after that I noticed oil dripping out of my car. I didn’t call right away because they were closed at that time. I went first thing in the morning to Jimmy’s to address the problem. They didn’t say sorry fixed the problem supposedly and didn’t say anything just your done and you can go. Just be aware if as simple as an oil change don’t trust them.

These guys are super legit!! Went to go get a battery cuz we thought it was no good. They tested it, and everything passed so we didn't need to spend the money. Super honest and would recommend for locals and pass byers. Thank you!!!

I recently bought a used pick up truck that needed a new muffler. I brought it to Jimmy's Auto, Matt and company tracked down the correct replacement muffler and tail pipe, and got it installed the next day! What makes it even better is the quality of the work with the entire installation! The price for the parts and labor was very reasonable. I will go back to Jimmy's Auto for all my future needs! Came back again for a different issue, same 5-star service, the mechanic RS did an amazing job! I could not be more pleased.

They were able to get us in quickly when we discovered a nail in the tire before a long drive home. They were so friendly and got us back on the road fast.

I went to Jimmy’s because I heard a noise while turning. They looked at my car and said I needed a brake hose, two wheel bearings, both front ball joints, both front lower control arms, and two new front tires. I had them do the work, but about a couple weeks in I was going up 534 and my car was all over the road. I pulled into my driveway and the tire fell off! The ball joint came off the pin and ripped the axle boot right out of the transmission! If I was on the highway I could have died! I will never be going back there.

Never again. They stripped the wheel studs thread (see picture attached) when doing a break job a few months ago. I do my own tire rotation every once in a while and this time couldn’t get the 2 nuts off because they used a torque gun instead of first tightening the nuts on by hand and only THEN using the gun. When confronted, they said “once you leave the shop it’s not our problem”. DO NOT GO HERE.

Was running an animal rescue transport when our tire patch came loose. They took us in right away, understood our rush needs for the critters, and saved the day in a hot minute Friday afternoon. Life savers and animal loves!!! Thank you so much

Brought my 4Runner in for new brakes and rotors. Expected to pay a fortune but work was done on time and at a reasonable price. Recommended Jimmy's to a friend as a result. His car was making a weird noise. Turned out to just be a loose cover. They tightened a screw and didn't charge him! They could have lied and said it was something much more serious and ripped my friend off, but they were honest. Will recommend to everyone else I know!

Brought my car in with front end vibration and an irritating grinding screech noise. I had previously hit a pothole and replaced tire at different shop along with alignment. As the grinding noise was new, I assumed the damage had bent something in the front suspension and a bearing was going bad. Jimmy's quickly diagnosed as warped rim (which was not identified by the shop that installed the replacement tire). They rotated it the rear which helped with the vibration. Turns out the noise was a stone that had gotten caught behind the front rotor plate. I appreciated the honest evaluation and simple solutions at a more than reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend them.

Brought my car to the Honda dealer for an oil change where I mentioned the car hasn’t been starting up right away recently and making a knocking noise underneath by the front tire. They did the oil change and a courtesy 5 point inspection as they always do. Said I needed a starter, ball joint and alignment. They were closing and starter was on back order so I made an appointment more local to where I live for convenience purposes at Jimmys auto in Blakeslee. Brought the car in on Tuesday at 10am, this was a scheduled appointment (they close at 5). Heard nothing from them until we called at 4pm. Said they didn’t look at it but will tomorrow. Missed a day of work. Wednesday comes, hear nothing from them again until we call at 420pm (they close at 5). Said I have transmission issues and they could get it towed to their guy for 65 bucks……I asked about the starter and ball joint. They said the starter and ball joints are fine. I just got a 5 point inspection at the dealer the day before, no codes for transmission….they had my car for a day and a half and I got it back the same (I hope). Drove it home with the same knocking sound by the front tire. Brought it to another shop by my job. What do you know, starter and ball joint needs replaced. Nothing about the transmission. I honestly don’t even think they looked at the car. They never once called with an update, findings, nothing. Not sure why they were clearing codes when I brought it in for specific work to be done. It all sounded scripted to me.

Total lifesavers. Ready to leave for two hour trip home and found tire totally flat. Terrified to drive 476 in a donut so searched online and found Jimmy’s. Other reviewers have had similar last minute situations so hoped we would be as lucky and Jimmy’s did not disappoint. Guys there were so nice and took us right away. We were back on the road in an hour and such a good price. They could have said any price and we would have had no choice but they were so fair and just all around awesome. What a gem of a place. Thank you!

I was on vacation from Canada and had a problem with my vehicle. Charlie took me in right away and had the issue fixed quickly. The staff are all great and friendly (person at the front desk was also great sorry I forget your name). I am so appreciative of the help I received. Thanks so much Charlie and staff. You gave her a lot of really good advice and then solved her problem with no charge. I always hope my kids meet up with honest and helpful people like you when they are on the road.

Jimmy's Auto Services was a huge help!! We attempted several times to move our car but it could not make it up the icy driveway of our rental home. Michael came out right away, was super friendly, and managed to get us unstuck. Thanks so much!

AAA said they had no one to send and "good luck" when we were stranded on I-80 with a flat tire and a flat donut. We got ahold of Michael and thank goodness we did! He came out within the hour, towed us to Jimmy's after hours, found a decent tire for us and put it on. He didn't even charge us for the tire because it was used. After waiting and calling back and forth with AAA for 3 hours, Michael (at Jimmy's) had us back on the road in 45 minutes. He's the best! If we lived closer, Jimmy's would be our new automotive place!

Every single employee that I've had the pleasure of meeting, during my many, many, many visits there, have been incredible. They are extremely helpful, courteous & knowable. I would Love to praise Matt(front desk) and especially Kyle(mechanic), they have bailed me out on many occasions & have been extremely trustworthy & very, very professional. Thank you, guy's. You all are Amazing!!! P.S...Ten Star's wouldn't even be enough.

My car broke down and I had it towed to Jimmy's. They were able to take a look at it within about 24 hours to let me know what was going on. Turned out it was totaled, but they were honest and helpful, which made the experience less stressful than it could have been. Great people.

I've been going to Jimmy's Auto for little over a year now. Jerry, Matt and Steve are always extremely helpful in explaining and answering all my questions and concerns. I took my car back for some well needed repairs and although the weather pushed back the work an extra day, they did their best to speed up the process for me. Highly recommend their services. My car feels better than ever! Im extremely satisfied

GREAT SERVICE!! HAD TRUCK PROBLEM THERE GOT ME TOWED ON A SAT. AND HAD MY PART ORDERED ON MONDAY. DIDNT SKIP A BEAT ON MY TRIP.
