Brian & his staff were very pleasant and kind. Brian took excellent care of our repairs needed on our camper. When we got it back looked brand. If you need someone to repair your vehicle/camper and treat you with respect and fairly, we highly recommend Brian's Auto Repair.
The replacement part was not a good fit- We had a vehicle body repaired here a couple months ago, driver’s side bumper parts. After bringing it home I noticed the replacement part did not fit the same as the other side. There were gaps, not fitted tight like the other side. When I contacted them about it I was told that it was not an OEM part. They said my insurance company directed them to use after market parts. They got the OEM part and installed it and fit perfect. So, one of two things happened A. They knew it did not fit correctly and decided not to advise us, or B. They did not notice that the replacement part did not match the other side… Either one is bad. When I inquired with my insurance company about their policy on replacement parts I was told that is not the case, that they are OK with OEM parts….
I work for a Chevy dealership and use these guys exclusively for spray in bed liners. Very friendly group of folks to work with. Definitely worth the trip.
Called Brian’s today, inquired about availability of a trailer part. They stated they had what I needed but wouldn’t sell it to me today because it was raining and they didn’t want to go out into a ‘ supply trailer ‘ to get what I needed. It’d be funny if it wasn’t so pathetic.
If you wanted to be treated like a child. Heather is for you. She will treat you with disrespect in a condescending attitude. She thinks shes "all that". Heather is a bitter person. Very unprofessional. Brian is cool, He needs to find better help through yelp. Heather would be better off sucking out septic tanks by hand.
