They have taken $ 1100 for towing and charges. Literally they loot our money. I highly don't recommend this towing company. Worst company ever I have seen.
Has threatened me with eviction for starting an escrow account on behalf of him refusing to do any maintenance and then demanding I be the one to fix the needed repairs, leaks, and or needed health ordinances!
The company and the people behind the wheels of that tow truck are DELUSIONAL AND PREDATORY LIKE !!!
I believe I have been a victim from day one paying the money I did to move on and have no running water due to the gas not being on and frozen toilets to harassment from previous tenants and the over all mockery of the bad things said from this man’s enemy’s

They scammed my daughter out of 384.00 after her MINOR fender bender! She said to take her car to her house and he told her NO! They took it to the yard after telling her that it would coast 100.00 to get the car off the lot then charged her 384.00 CASH ONLY!!! (Gee wonder why) hell they charged her 25.00 to disconnect her battery which didn't need disconnecting... and the 25.00 for oil on his dress when her car isn't even leaking oil.!
HE WANTED HER CAR WHICH IS A DODGE CHARGER.... and told her that her car was totaled so just sell him the car for scrap price and he would wipe her bill clean..!!!!! (He offered 500.00 for her car) he FLAT OUT TOLD ME HER CAR WAS TOTALED AND SHE JUST NEEDED TO SELL IT TO HIM..! Guess what.... HER CAR IS NOT TOTALED!!! IT NEEDS A NEW PLASTIC BUMPER, A HEADLIGHT, and RADIATOR...... THATS IT!!! She was only going 10mph...!!!!!

Horrible customer service! Horrible communication skills! Very illiterate within their business! They are in dire need of a PROFESSIONAL receptionist! Never ever again! If I could give no stars that would be the rating!
We needed to move our RV to a campground 26 miles away. We called them multiple times in the month leading up to the move and each time they told us it wouldn’t be a problem and to give them a call the day before. We were quoted $500 which seemed very high, but okay. We gave them a call the day before we needed to move and he said he wouldn’t be able to because of a medical emergency. I understand things come up, but he didn’t reach out to us to let us know we needed to find someone else. then he says he would be able to do it in the afternoon, but the weather was supposed to be bad so we’d have to wait and see, but that if we wouldn’t be able to do it that day (saturday) he promised he could DEFINITELY do it on sunday. We call the afternoon we’re supposed to move he says he can definitely do it today, we just need to wait out the weather a bit. we asked if he wanted to call us when he was ready and he said “we’ll touch base”. we called a few hours later, when it would be too late for us to get to the other campground. he says he’ll be able to do it tomorrow sunday, and that we should give him a call around 11. when i asked if he could do any earlier, he said no because he was doing US a favor by coming in on sunday because he usually doesn’t work sundays. He also told us their credit card machine was down so we would need to pay cash, from other reviews it sounds like they say that to everyone to avoid having to pay taxes. overall this is a VERY unprofessional company who did not communicate, charged WAY too much, and you should never use them.
They came to my work within minutes of my call. The tow driver was very pleasant. My car was delivered to Pine Hollow Motors, Al and his wife installed my battery. Now my car is running like a top. Because of Lowery's on time service.
I called mid afternoon for a tow inquiry. My vehicle needed picked up 10 miles from their location and towed roughly 4-5 miles from where it was sitting at. I was told it would be $350-$400 and a 20% fee to pay with credit card. I’m a financial officer for a welding inspection and engineering company, working with hundreds of companies across the USA and I’ve never once came across any business with a 20% fee for credit cards…that’s a good way to keep people from using cards though, anything to avoid paying taxes, I guess. At that point I felt as if they just told me something ridiculous so I wouldn’t want them to do it. And if that is the case, he could have simply said he is not able or just doesn’t want to do it. Needless to say, I’ll never call them again.
Was in an accident and they not only came real quick, but since I was an hour away from home working they let me hang out with them and treated me like family until the wife picked me up. Amazing people… every one of them!

Mike just left my house minutes ago. I called for a tow that no one else would do because my steering wheel was locked and no one could get it unlocked. Mike got my steering wheel unlocked and explained how it happened. He saved me what would have been a small fortune for towing and repairs that were unnecessary. And he was cheap. Thank you, Mike. I'll be throwing my service your way from now on.
Had my car towed from buhl farm/highland after a vehicle-disabling collision. The car was towed off in less than 15 mins after being called.
They also saved me from over $1600 in towing costs, including 2 weeks of storage fees.
By using the legal advantage of being at 0% fault of the wreck, these guys will make sure that the insurance Co’s will pay up.
Backed into my vehicle and my husband witnessed it, then said he didn't.Said he has cameras and my husband said let's see them. He left the car on the side of the road.
This guy's employee ripped me off for 300$ and then threatened to call the police on me when I tried to retrieve my money back. My apt building collapse in Farrell and this guy said he had a place me and my 2 children could move into. He took my money and never have me the keys, me, my wife and 2 children had to sleep In a car for 17 days cause of the employees he has on his payroll
