My car battery died the night before and I needed to replace it. Rob helped me with the prices and even helped to give me a little seminar on how to replace my battery in front of the store. Even let me do it myself so I could learn, while giving me good tips (I inisisted that I do it myself). Thank you Rob!

The team at tunnessen's was a huge help when my family broke down on the way out to bloomsburg pa this weekend when our tow rig blew a brake line... the folks at tunnessen's went out of the way to lend what tools they could so we could cobble together a new line and get back on the road again to return to our vacation. Water pump went out on I-80 on the Friday of Memorial day weekend. Called these guys and they didn't have it or the belt I needed but could get it by 2 pm. Called back at 2 they had the pump, belt, coolant I needed and a drain pan I wanted too. They delivered it to me at the hotel parking lot that I had coasted into. Thanks to them I will be resuming my trip home to North Dakota tomorrow instead who knows when. True customer service!

I was a stranded out of towner with a major issue involving my oil and transmission fluid being empty. I walked in 10 minutes to close on Saturday morning, and Chris went above and beyond to help me out. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and on the verge of tears, but he was so kind, patient, and helpful to me. He stayed to help me after the store closed, and I feel like my car would have exploded if it hadn't been for his help. Thank you again Chris!!

They have access to all.of your auto parts needs and if they do not have it in stock they will get it for you asap. I go to them for my commercial and personal needs and have not been let down once. They so not mind giving you a quote over the phone or a printed out quote in person. They will put parts to the side for you and if you order something they will call you right away when your part comes in. They accept debit and cash. Do not hesitate to stop in.
