Outstanding service. Leonard's Tag help us unstick the State of PA's dysfunctional Insurance/Registration Puzzle Palace. They worked much harder than the small fee they received. My family will use their services in the future

Thank God for the Wyoming office fixing my problem because your Hazleton office is horrible !!!!! During the 2 month process of the Hazleton office screwing up my vanity plate. The Wyoming office fixed there mistakes both times. I'd like to thank "Lisa" I believe is her name she is fabulous and cares about the customer 😀

Horrible customer service skills and excessive charges for their services (more than any other notary) along with charging for extra services that weren't even needed in the first place! Not only was the whole transaction taking forever (an hour and 15 minutes to transfer a vehicle) the seller and myself given a terrible attitude as we made small talk to pass the time. There's many other much better notories in the area, definitely search and call around before checking these people out

Lady behind the counter is extremely rude!

Every time I go it is a hassle. This last week was the final straw. Took in a signed New York motorcycle title and everything they told me was wrong about it and they couldn’t do the transfer. Took it elsewhere and was done in 10 minutes.

Waited in the waiting room for over a half hour. After waiting for so long the rude woman behind the counter said, I can't get to you I'm closing in 15 min. with two other customers who were waiting longer than me. She stated this is the last transaction I am doing. Couldn't she have informed us earlier? Well, this will be the last time I will walk in this place. I went to AAA in W.B. What I needed was completed in 5 min. Never again will I waste my time at Leonard's Auto tag in Wyoming. This woman has no customer service etiquette.

Went in to transfer a vehicle and right out of the gate I felt like I was about to get yelled at like I was in first grade and I can't explain how snotty the girl was, even the people with me were saying when we walked out what was her problem I mean we did just go there and drop down quite a bit of money to that company but smiles and being nice doesn't cost anything and I felt mad that we have to deal with people like that so yeah I'd rather sit in a crowded business up the road than deal with that snot face just don't know why she still works there and the business is fully aware, not acceptable.😡

Called them after having questions on signing a title since I'm in New York, gentleman was helpful and patient.

Let me just say that I will never go to this place again! Whoever the lady that was there in the front with the long black hair needs to be fired! She is by far the nastiest human being alive! The way she treated us and threw a pen at me to sign papers is absolutely ridiculous! Shame on you ma’am for treating customers the way you do or did! If you hate your job that much then leave! This world too crazy the way it is to have to deal with a disrespectful person like you are! Go somewhere else with your bad attitude!

This was the WORST experience ever. Went in there just to have the lady in the office do my paperwork for an hour and end up telling me she doesn’t know how to finish doing tags for my car. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to save your time and go somewhere else

Horrible place, didn't return my phone calls....just horrible service. I don't know how they stay in business and have so many locations. Unfriendly staff. Save yourself the trouble and go to northeast title and tag.

I really have no idea what these negative reviews are talking about-I’ve had nothing but friendly and efficient service here. I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but felt compelled to because the average review here is so absurdly far from reality.

Pray to god you dont get the older lady with blondish grey hair she's dumber then a box of rocks idn how penn dot let's her do her job.over priced and disrespectful terrible place to go

If i could give a negative 1,000 star review i would. These ladies, using the word loosely, were rude, unhelpful, and clearly could careless about their business. We merely wanted to do a title transfer and made the stupid mistake of asking a question which was met with a response of "GET OUT!" Quality way to do business! I can not stress enough do not waste your time at this backroad, unprofessional business!!

Couldn't agree with what everyone else said. The women at the front desk was less then helpful.... Was rude, obviously no interest in helping anyone. Another male employee walked out and explained what was actually going on thoroughly after women up front had me all worked up.

The receptionist lady in Wyoming is the most snobby, ignorant, and disrespectful employee/person i have ever met. Clearly doesnt care about her job or helping people. Just ew.

If i could give a zero i would, most ignorant employees iv ever dealt with. It was like i was bothering them coming to get a title transfer. Nasty attitudes, i would not recomend going there.

It was apparent that they do not care about their services. Stated that they do not keep records of what is sent out and when it was sent out. They have a courier service to penn dot however it takes over a week to take them. They had our paperwork over a week before they sent it out but then again they do not keep records of what was sent out. So it is not confirmed that it went out yet. Penn dot has no record of receiving it yet.

I'm really surprised at the negative reviews. Maybe the service gets worse late in the day, but I've used this company twice in the past year early morning and I'm satisfied. The staff is very business like, maybe some consider that to be rude, but they knew what they were doing and told us exactly how to sign the title over so that there would be no problems later with Harrisburg. Although there is another tag service closer to my house, it's on a busy street which is not good if your buyer wants to load the car on a trailer or flatbed. This Leonard's Auto Tag location is on a quiet street and the parking lot is big enough to park a flatbed truck.

Rudest employees - DO NOT go here, go to Kelly's right down the road.
