Toni does great work. Very reliable ,with reasonable prices. Always a pleasure visiting even if not needed to fix or check the car ,they chat if not to busy & even if they are they still make tyme to make you feel like the person you are. Do they best to answer any & all questions that you have.
Took my Honda Accord here to have the lower control arms replaced. Towards the end of the day I got a call from a very nice gentleman apologizing that the car wouldn't be done and that the bolts holding the control arms on both sides where sized and that would require them to be touched out and that this would take some time.
Day after day I drove by seeing my car still on the lift. I'm thinking to myself I'm just going to sign the title over to the man because I'd never be able to pay for tiring up a lift for three working day. But to my surprise it was a very reasonable bill. Not only did he replace the parts I sent with the car but also a drag link and the alignment.
I was driving my SUV to go fishing and suddenly I got a flat tire from a small metal wire. I stopped at Bears Auto and asked them for help. They stopped what they were doing, and plugged the hole in my tire. I was in and out in only like 15 minutes. I was able to still go fishing and didn't lose much time. I would definitely recommend this place.
Called them to see if they had an appointment for an alignment and even though they were booked, the person on the phone was able to get me in. Good thing too because I needed an alignment terribly to the point my tires were ruined and not safe and I hadn't noticed it. They were very quick to help and made sure I was back on the road that same day! Very nice customer service and great prices!
I recommend this service center. The people are friendly and kind. The work done is excellent and reasonably priced. I've never had a problem at all. They know their stuff and get to the bottom of tuff problems. Can't say enough about this business.
This was my experience. We got our car from there around November, by January I could tell things needed to be looked at so I took it back to the bear auto, they gave me the price to fix the car, it would be well over 300$ ( they gave me the exact amount ) My boyfriend took the same car a couple weeks later knowing the issues didn’t fix themselves but they charged him way WAY less than 300$. not to mention I’m the one that told my boyfriend what to tell them is wrong with the car.
After coming back from bear auto the car never seemed worse! I started looking at it and noticed THEY FIXED STUFF UNDER THE CAR WITH ZIP TIES! I just took my car to a very trustworthy garage in Benton and that’s why I’m so disgusted with bear auto, Not only is there a wheeler barring bad, there’s a hole in the muffler, two other holes in something else, the clutch isn’t working properly ect. I’m no mechanic but i know bear auto did nothing to help especially now only a couple weeks after going there I now have a close to if not over $1,000 bill to actually get everything fixed.
Very trustworthy, competent and efficient family run shop. Tony will properly diagnose and repair what is needed with no fluff. Lisa runs the office with a smile. And Yogi is the oh so handsome greeter.
I don’t know every time I’ve taken a car there when it came back it was fixed but had a new issue that was immediately noticeable. This happened twice in a row. I won’t be going back there. And I would not recommend anybody that is not a personal friend of his go there.
Such a friendly business! I was greeted at the door by Yogi the dog and Tony and Lisa are truly nice people. I showed up with a flat tire and he patched it right up. It was a pleasure talking with Lisa while I waited. Highly recommend their services!
Bear Auto is the place to go. Good people working here. Tony and his team are honest, hard working and keep the customer in mind. I've never once been blindsided and find that even during expensive repairs they do their best to keep you in good shape for years to come while keeping costs as low as they can without sacrificing quality of work.
They will fix something on your car, and it will fall apart less than a week later. Then after they take your money, they will tell you they don't work on that type of car.
