Great service as always! Dropped off overnight for inspection and was done by 10am the next morning. I also stopped in right before Christmas to replaced my battery, in and out within 30 minutes. Kudos to the Moutain Top team!
I had two flat tires on my pickup. Took them to the Mt Top store. Fortunately I took out the road hazard warranty when I got the tires. Pleasant people behind the service counter. Fixed quickly no questions asked. Great experience!
Very, very pleased. I was able to leave the car. I knew part needed to be ordered. Joe, the mechanic, did not like the seals that came with original part and ordered new seals. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and why.
The gentlemen ther vare always very kind and helpful with whatever car care needs i need for the month! I appreciate how attentive they are and I dont even have to give my number when I walk in anymore its very nice having a reliable place as well as kind staff! Oil change and inspection this time! I needed to get an oil change right away. Todd, the Manager, accommodated me right away and I was able to retrieve my vehicle in just 40 minutes. Great service!

I went there for an alignment and did not need it for all 4 tires .. just 1. Was charged at a lesser rate because of this. Very friendly, honest staff.
The staff of Steve Shannon, Mountain Top is top notch. They kept me updated about my vehicle, were very courteous and professional. My vehicle had an oil change and state inspection. I felt the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
I had my 4 tires replaced at Steve Shannon in Mt. Top. The entire facility was professional to include the management and maintenance personnel. The auto center looked professional and neat as well as having fair prices. I will return again.
A couple of things, got me in and out on time as stated. The bad: I think $194.00 to mount and balance 4 tires is outrageous especially for this area.Also, tire pressures were incorrect ( 39 should have been 33 cold )and all wheel torques were not accurate. Some tighter, some more loose. Another point, could have at least wiped the dirt from the rim and tires. No attention to detail for premium money.
I knew I had a slow leak in my tire. I was dreading the process of taking it to get checked out due to bad experiences with other shops in the past as well as my busy work schedule. I stopped in at Steve Shannon in Mtn. Top on Friday AM and was in out and in the time it took to get breakfast. They were extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely return for future servicing.
Always great service….dead battery, made phone call, took car right in, no wait, good to go….Always take our vehicles to Steve Shannon, Todd’s the best!
Have been utilizing Steve Shannon's services in Mountain Top, PA ever since I moved here back in 2013. From the gentlemen behind the counter to the mechanics in the garage, I have always received excellent service. Would not think of going anywhere else to service my car! Highly recommend this establishment!
These guys provide excellent service every time! Sometimes it’s difficult to find a trustworthy place to take your car for repairs, but these guys are trustworthy.

This is an add-on to the previous comment above. I appreciate the efforts trying to fix the problem. I was told if I bring it back up They were going to fix the problem. And nobody called me back today.Today is Saturday the 27th and was never told they were keeping it for the rest of the weekend. They are not open on Sundays. The next time they open, we'll be Monday at 7:30 I have no ride to get to work and they have kept my vehicle way longer than needed and did not fix the problem in a timely fashion. Now I am stuck looking for a ride. I would never recommend this place or ever go back here again. I couldn't be more frustrated. I was never told they were going to keep it The rest of the weekend and into Monday. Now I need to make special plans and try to find somebody to pick my vehicle up and now spend the rest of my weekend trying to find a ride to work when it never should have been a problem in the first place, if they would've just done the job right the first time. I don't get out of work until way after five thirty when they close. Never will go here again.

I thought the person that answered the phone was not very professional. He quoted me a price on front brakes (rotors and calipers) but when I got the bill it was 200.00 more than the quote. The guy waiting on me honored the quoted price. I thank him for that. I will be back for more Service. Thank you for your honor
Guys here are great; especially Todd and Ethan…they don’t push things on you like other places. Very friendly and actually care about being nice to the customers. Probably why their lot is always full of cars in the morning!!!
I'm a customer for a year now. I wanted to wait for the consistency of the service before I wrote any reviews. Been here multiple times for oil change, brake problems, inspection, engine lights and got new tires as well. These guys are thorough, kind and professional. Always honest, no overselling on any products or services they provide. I bring both of my cars here. Zach (the Asst. Manager) and the Manager both are great. Waiting time could test your patience (occasionally) but if you are the first person in on the weekdays you can be out in an hour. Same with the afternoon around 3 pm. Today (4/20/22), I did my oil change for one car first thing in the morning and another one around 3 pm. Wonderful experience again. In fact, I heard a noise on my passenger front tire after the service as soon as I left. I turned around immediately and they got it fixed and apologized for the inconvenience as well. Family friendly, my two young ones were making a little noise (or a lot) but both Zach and the Manager were friendly and interacting with the kids.
