My family and I have taken our vehicles to Forty Fort Lube on several occasions. I can say without hesitation that their pricing, workmanship, and customer service is second to none.

I started using Forty Fort Lube & Service for my car needs about two years ago. I wanted a second opinion on the brakes for my car since the shop I used to use claimed I was in dire need of new brakes, however, they would still pass my inspection. Seemed odd to me so after asking around, I heard very good things about this shop and brought my car here. Lo and behold, my car didn’t need brakes, they were fine. So I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. Ezra bonus - I recently brought my newer car here for some issues and they encouraged me to take my car to the dealer so I could use my warranty instead of them charging me. I really appreciate that it feels like they do look out for their customers and that’s hard to find sometimes.

This is the only place I will bring my car from now on. I’ve been using Forty Fort lube and service for a few years now, and every experience has been pleasant. Their service is quick, and they never sell you anything you don’t need. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who do not take advantage of their customers.

Great customer service! My tire was leaking air and they found a nail. They took it in and patched it within 30 min. No appt necessary. Save me a lot of time and money! Thanks Guys

The worst customer experience and service incident with a co-owner of the company I’ve done business with for over 14 years. Lisa K be far better suited for working with engines than people. Really disappointed.

Fair and honest. Took my car to a “chain” store in Dallas for state inspection. They said I needed $400 in repairs to the front brakes. Brought the car to Forty Fort for a 2nd opinion. Turns out the brakes were fine. Highly recommended!

Recently had my car serviced here, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team went above and beyond, fixing the issue quickly but also providing thorough explanations and tips for future maintenance. Great attention to detail. They also followed up afterward to ensure everything was running smoothly. Rare to find service that truly goes that extra mile.

As long as they are open and willing to deal with my quirky little 1999 trouble maker I will continue to come here exclusively. their prices are fair and I trust that they aren't just finding things wrong that need to be fixed. I had a continued issue that they recommended I have the Kingston location take a look at. They called the other shop directly to relay everything we had tried to fix the issue. I love the communication and they are always so friendly. I will always recommend them to friends and family.

This is a great service station. I live outside the area but have needed them twice and they came through both times. Once was a dead battery and they put up with me being late while I waited for AAA. The other time was an oil change. They did a great job. They also did a free multipoint inspection and reminded me about my state inspection due in 2 months. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. They have a night drop off which is very helpful. I highly recommend this service station. My mom has been a loyal customer for years and always had a great experience as well.

My car’s throttle body went bad and they were quick to help me get back to driving. They are accommodating when it comes to payments which helped so much. I had to bring it back because of another issue and they were able to fix it and make it run better than ever.

Traveling and sprung a leak in our tire during the snowstorm. They worked us right in and fixed the tire in no time flat…wouldn’t even accept payment. Kindness to take us safely home. We can’t thank them enough!

My car needed a battery replaced. My son called Forty Fort Lube and was able to take car right over. Had battery replaced, oil changed and it was done in such a timely manner. Don was wonderful, explained everything to me and what cost would be. I was so impressed, they handled it without any issues. I now have found my new go to for any car repairs. The friendly staff at Forty-Fort Lube are my "go-to" guys moving forward. They're fast, organized, honest and efficient. They have been very instumental in regard to helping me salvage my old Ford Mustang by bringing some issues to my attention that I was unaware of. The latest and greatest in service is offered here but with a home town feel and a nostalgic nod to days of yore--i.e, they have a service bell! I would highly recommend them because, in short, they're passionate about their work, love what they do, and it shows.

I’ve been taking my car to Forty Fort lube for a little over a year now and they always manage to squeeze me in regardless of the size of the job. The pricing is comparable to other garages I’ve patronized in the area, but the difference can be seen in their customer service. I highly recommend them!

Everyone at Forty Fort Lube & Service are great. I found a service station that I trust and know the job is done right. They are very accommodating and always nice. I had my daughter's car towed in. They fit me in and took care of it. I have all my maintenance/service work done by them.

Wowza. This was my first time visiting this business for a last minute inspection during a holiday week so naturally, I was very nervous about the service I'd potentially receive. Man was I wrong! Everyone was remarkably kind, personable, and professional. Even when their machinery decided to go on holiday a few days early, the team at this location quickly partnered with their Kingston location to keep things moving. Forty-Fort Lube & Service goes above and beyond what is expected. I was never without transportation while my vehicle needed extensive repair. A loaner vehicle was dropped off at my home...great perk! I'd never take my Subaru for service anywhere else...Excellent and very professional service..up to the minute details regarding repairs needed. Very knowledgeable team. I had 4 tires installed, service was excellent, everyone was very courteous and friendly. I arrived home to find my invoice and also a coupon for $50 off the purchase of 4 new tires. I contacted Joe, he responded instantly and told me he would credit me the $50. Excellent service

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Mark and Joe are absolutely the best! They won't try to manipulate you into repairs that aren't necessary. They'll tell you the honest truth regarding issues with your car. The garage crew works very efficiently, and the prices are good. Hoping they stay around for a long, long time! :D
