If you own a Sprinter Integrity Auto knows they’re stuff. For ten years no other mechanic would/could replace the glow plugs but IA fixed them. No more annoying CEL. They also found a turbo leak that may have caused a limp mode issue. Didn’t consider taking our motorhome to a foreign car repair before, but we are very pleased to finally have a reliable mechanic.

These people’s opinions are NOT a good reflection of the work provided at Integrity Auto. These people opinions are about as useful as a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of your shoe. Let me tell you the truth about Integrity Auto. I’ve had a professional relationship with the owner of this business for over a decade now. I can say with all honesty, the word integrity in Integrity Auto is there for a reason. This crew will do their best to help you with whatever automotive need you have. If they can’t help you, they will be transparent through and through and provide the guidance to get the help you need. It’s a dog eat dog world out there. Fortunately, the Integrity Auto crew is here to help and treat you as a friend, not just another customer. For the sake of us all, let us all remember the practice of “it’s best to do onto others as you wish done to you”.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark and Integrity Auto. Even though he’s located in the middle of nowhere, I’ll always make the trip, because he truly loves cars and is a great human being. He delivers excellent service, excellent customer service, and great value. It’s not only fun to talk to Mark, it’s fun to wander around in the yard and see all the unusual cars people have entrusted to his care.

TLDR: Took my car to Integrity for an alignment, they said they couldn’t do it due to my car being low. While they had the car the mechanic did a bunch of things with my car that he shouldn’t have, after I told the owner, the mech called me to curse me out, insulted me and threatened me. This was uncalled for as I never said anything to the owner that wasn’t factual. I never insulted the mech beyond saying that he doesn’t seem to pay attention to the road while driving and he’s bad at driving a manual car. So far (4/16/2025) nothing has been done to remedy the situation. No apology from the mech or anything to compensate me for the possible wear on the engine/trans/starter/supercharger/suspension of my car due to the mech's carelessness. --- I dropped my car off in the morning - they had it all day and overnight. The next day in the morning the mech called and told me it wouldn’t fit on the alignment rack unless he removed the bumper. Ok, understandable, no thanks. When I picked up my car the mech told me that he drove it to the gas station because “perks of the job”. I was in a rush so I didn’t make a big deal, especially since I have a dashcam that has blinking red lights and also a sticker inside the car that states that it records audio and video 24/7. The mech didn’t call to ask how to disable it (it just unplugs so it isn’t complicated or anything). When I dropped the car off I told the mech that there was a paper on the dash with important info and to please read it before doing anything. My car is modified so needs special attention. The note had info about the alignment specs and proper starting/shutoff procedure. Unfortunately he either never looked at the paper on the dash or disregarded it. On 3/25/2025: Mech opened the hood, started the engine and repeatedly revved it on a cold start. Pressed the engine start button to shut it off, which grinds the starter and causes starter wear. Later he started the car and immediately put it into first gear, driving it into the garage without a proper warm-up. On 3/6/2025: Mech started the car and within a few seconds backed it out of the garage without allowing oil to circulate. Drove the car north onto Route 100 to the Sunoco near where Route 100 and 309 meet (5 miles round trip). Their FB page has a post that warns against driving a car immediately after a cold start – they did that twice with my car so they should practice what they preach. During the drive the mech: Shifted into second gear at too low of an RPM, causing severe engine lugging. Exceeded the speed limit by over 5 mph. Stalled the car twice (almost a third time while pulling out in to traffic). BTW the clutch isn’t stupid aggressive, it’s not hard to use for someone that's used to driving manual cars. Hit three potholes traveling around 55 mph. Left the keys in the ignition while parked by a busy road. The mech said he had to drive it prior to an alignment. Ok, I understand driving the car up through the small community that’s less than a mile from their shop and has 7 turns to test alignment. But driving a total of 5 miles to the gas station and back on a relatively straight road was unnecessary and not helpful. Starting the car to rev it and hear the blowoff valve was not necessary for an alignment. Also about hitting the potholes – I took my car to another shop for an alignment right after I got it back from Integrity. That other shop told me the driver side caster bolt was slightly bent and he couldn’t align the car correctly due to bent bolt. He said it could be due to hitting a pothole at high speed. While I can’t say for certain it was caused by Integrity, I think it is likely since I’m an observant driver and avoid potholes. Also the last time I got an alignment 1.5 years ago there wasn’t a problem with the caster bolt. So I had to pay for two alignments and a $70 bolt/nut that could have been bent by the Integrity mech driving my car carelessly. 0/5 would not recommend.

Excellent communication and super fast service. They gave me a two year warranty on an electronic part which is unheard of. They have a mechanic named Lefty, who helped me out tremendously. Their name is completely accurate

Fantastic experience, can’t recommend this place enough. The truck I took them had a lot of problems and they were able to solve them all and did it at a very reasonable price as well. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Took my car in for brakes, rotors, oil change and a few other services. Went in with shaky brakes and an engine light. They gave me the diagnosis and it turned out to be injectors (very common with my car). After I left my car rides like a dream. They recommended a cheaper brake but I decided to go with a higher quality brake. They gave me options and didn’t push the service on me. I took another vehicle of mine for AC service and unfortunately I didn’t wanna put the service on an older vehicle. 100% highly recommend. Office looks like it can use a remodel but to me, personally, it’s the quality of employees and work than quality of location. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

The guys got our vehicle in for repair fairly quickly (a big repair). They were very knowledgeable and thorough when repairing the vehicle. They let us know if they saw other potential problems and gave us the option to fix them right away or wait. Any call we had to make there was met with kind, well-explained answers :) Thank you!

All the mechanics at this garage are amazing. They are extremely honest. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over me. Quite the opposite in fact. They will only do what is necessary to keep you safe and the car in good operating order. I take all three of my European cars there and have for years.

My key was stuck in my 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit and I was told by another mechanic that I needed to go to a VW dealer. So I tried Integrity, and they found a less expensive option for me by replacing my ignition lock cylinder instead of reprogramming the modem. I'm so happy I chose Integrity! Scott did a great job! .
