This shop has become our default mechanic shop, so we've got ~five years of service history to go off of. I have no interest in going anywhere else.
Kevin, the owner, is the real deal. He's knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. I trust his opinion -- he's helped me to prioritize a series of repairs when I had a limited budget, and also has been clear with what repairs could and couldn't be pushed off.
Availability is good if you schedule a few weeks in advance, and they've also fit me in on short notice for some more pressing repairs. Jamie is great to work with for scheduling and logistics.
Pricing is fair for the service provided and the work has always explained thoroughly and with my permission first.

My car overheated this morning. Shop owner got me in right away to help me fix the leak. The shop is super welcoming and helpful. All smiles and laughs with these guys. Shop owner even went as far as buying me a tasty cake from the shop next door.

Absolute Automotive was SUPER helpful to me during a very stressful time (the day after Christmas when I had to travel 5 hours after visiting family.) Kevin at the front desk was immediately friendly (introducing himself by shaking mine and my dads hands) and was very welcoming. We felt important, and not just like numbers in a database. Kevin was able to suggest what was wrong, as well as other issues that I knew needed to be fixed. They were able to get my car done in 24 hours (even without an appointment) and were friendly and responsive the entire time my car was there. Thank you AA and Kevin for being so amazing! Had trouble with my truck when I came to PA to visit family; the staff at Absolute were wonderful. They understood that I only had a few days before my return trip to TN & they were able to complete the rebuild on the front suspension & rear brake repair to allow be to return on schedule. Had an inspection and brake job on my daughter's car. Everything went as expected as quoted no hidden extras . You'll get a call if they c something. They welcome you to come and c what they c . To do the repairs there or take it elsewhere. I don't give 5 stars for inspections and brakes anytime. But they are professionally trained. And polite. So they get my business. In time if continually impressed by thr services I might give them the 5th star.

my wife and I were staying at the local KOA and our car was making a weird noise. I was 30 minutes from home and having brake concerns. I called them and they got me in immediately to look at the issue. As it turned out, I had no concerns and they put me on my way. The owner Kevin was extremely friendly and professional. If I lived in the area, I would use them again and again!
This place has honest mechanics who care about the customers. Not only do they treat me well, but I hear them talk on the phone and they treat the other customers with the same respect, honesty, and professionalism that you can't always find in this day and age. I have an old Jeep and finding someone who performs carburetor work is becoming a lost art. I bought a "rebuilt" carburetor on line and could never get it to run correctly. Kevin opened it up and immediately told me a slew of things that were wrong. He rebuilt it and put a tune on my distributor as well.
This Jeep went from having flat spots and stumbling making it difficult to even drive , to a smooth running machine with great response all the way through the power band. It is so much fun to drive again. I found my new shop for sure. I highly recommend Absolute Automotive. I know I'll be back.
