i was trying to make service appointment (first time with them )they receive my phone but they put me on hold and after ringing to many the phone is cut off by self
Went to this location because my tire was making a strange noise. Was quoted $2488.71 for “necessary” repairs. Was given a “courtesy check“ I stated I did not want. Meanwhile Angela at the desk is making comments such as “Oh Honey, it’s to be alot…”
I got a second opinion. It in fact was not a lot! It cost $257. For “the actual” needed repairs to my vehicle and my inspection/emission.
Unethical and criminal.
Saimon was a life saver, I was in the middle of my work day 40 miles from home and needed new tires asap so I can get back to work, he double checked his schedule and let me know it would be a tight squeeze to try and fit me in by end of day. Thankfully he was able to move some things around and got me situated with 4 brand new tires. Asked me what I do with my car and informed me of what would work best. Happy customer
It’s the best place to take your car the Staff so helpful they give me free breaks check which is amazing I will comeback when ever I need to fix something for sure
The employees at this location are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was late to an appointment for an oil change due to circumstances out of my control and they were super understanding and managed to squeeze me in before they closed.
Excellent service everytime I show up , excellent diverse staff locates any problem I’ve ever had with my vehicle and executes perfectly every single time . Would definitely recommend this location to anybody in the general area .
had an appointment for 9 am today for a alignment and tire rotation. dropped my car off at 8:45 am. 12:48 i walk to the shop and my car is still in the same place i left it. told me it wil be another 2 hours to get my car serviced. i asked why have an appointment if you could have just called me to come in. took my car back and going somewhere else. if you have time to waste this is the spot.
Saimon best one to deal with it’s feels like home I could be anywhere and if you have to wait until I get there, I feel better cause they always consistent in the job and they always on time. I know them for a little bit already and I will never change it.

Simon took it upon himself to replace an over 20 years old license plate and screws. He went above and beyond to get through the issues he encountered with removing the old screws and replacing the new license plate and screws. He kept me informed and maintained a positive attitude and professional demeanor, which he always does. He did a great job. Thanks again.

Came here for the first time, that took me in late at 6 and something on my car broke. It took hours to fix due to a demon bolt but even tho it was after hours, Simon stayed and helped me . He stayed after and made sure I was satisfied w my car. 10/10 service
Love this shop. I work about 3 blocks away and currently have 6 vehicles. I take all of them here for regular maintenance and inspections. Ive been a customer for about 15 years. Currently 6/15/25 the inspection machine is out of service but they tell me they are working to get it fixed soon. Simon, in particular, is honest as they come and very hard working. Always does whatever he can to get me in for repairs and I never have to worry about being overcharged or cheated.
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told everything was done, including topping off fluids—but the tires weren’t rotated, and washer fluid was empty (didn't realize until after leaving). Had to go back just to get the rotation done. Feels like they only focus on the high-dollar services (like the brake work I agreed to), and rush or skip the basics. Disappointing and not trustworthy. Looking for new service center.

Today was a great day. It wasn’t for Simon. I don’t know what I would’ve done is a great person. He really helped me out and this company used to take proud of that man for his job and he needs a raise or a manager position.. Simon is a great person. Once again experience was it for him. I don’t know what I would do. Good place to go good people once again.

I couldn’t have had a better experience at Firestone. We had a bit of an Easter emergency. We originally were getting our tires from elsewhere but the other store completely dropped the ball, 2 days in a row. On Friday I called and I spoke to Mary about getting tires put on Saturday. She assured me she’d have the tires by Saturday morning. I could tell even on the phone she was genuinely going to help me. I didn’t even call on Saturday to confirm if the tired would be there or not, I just trusted her right away that she’d honor her word. I arrived Saturday morning at 9 am for my appointment and there she was, pulling up in her OWN vehicle with the tires in the trunk. What!? I couldn’t believe the customer service. She was so kind and communicated during the entire process if any issues arose. I haven’t encountered someone who strived for that level of customer service in literally years. She made my experience here positive, explained to me why we should just get the lifelong tire alignment (which we did) and was extremely personable! We were able to make it to our family Easter party which is what I was so stressed about. Thank you so much Mary and staff at Firestone for taking care of us. She needs a raise so she can take another trip to Disney.
I took my car in for an oil change. When I received my car back, not only was it still telling me that I needed to get the oil changed, my red oil warning light started appearing. When I tried to use the heat, the car would fill up with a smell that was choking myself and my family. We were unable to use the heat because prolonged exposure to the smell caused terrible headaches.
When I took the car back, they kept it for the ENTIRE day, and told me that nothing was wrong with the work that they did. They did take care of the smell indicating that SOMEthing was off. To top it off, they used an article of my clothing from inside of my vehicle to clean oil off of something.
Two weeks later, I am still driving around with both oil lights on waiting for a call from the manager. I won’t hold my breath.
On a inspection they told me my new 80$ windshield wipers (which worked wonders!!) were not good enough to pass and I needed to replace them. 35$ and they gave me the worst pair of windshield wipers I ever owned!! And they are very pushy when it comes to their credit card, I told one guy multiple times no, and then 2 other guys, no.
Update* the windshield wipers were not put on right and were broken. And have now fallen off... I have never seen worse quality of work. 0/0
