Went in today for a flat repair and mark got me in without an appointment. The tech that worked on my car I believe his name is Danny he really took care of us and now my family and I are back on the r road thanks Firestone and crew
I had picked a nail in my tire, it was close to Firestone from closing on Monday evening. But the staff and Manager were very polite and friendly. They took care of my nail issue no problem, they patched my tire and had us back on the road in no time. Great customer service. Thank you again. Highly recommend.

While traveling for business I picked up a screw in my tire. I contacted Firestone and they told me to bring my vehicle in right away. They changed my oil, wipers, cabin air filter, and front tires in no time! I was extremely satisfied with the care and efficiency they showed. Got us in pretty much last minute (around 4pm) for a full inspection! Kenny was at the front and helped us! He was absolutely awesome and had a ton of patience while we looked for documents that we needed and my son was screaming. They were fast and efficient! Didn’t try to up charge me for anything I didn’t need! Will come back!
