Mark was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so honest and dedicated to providing great service.
Laurie was also amazing! She was extremely welcoming from the moment I walked in and kindly directed me to the waiting area while my car was being worked on. She’s a great front person who makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Overall, both Mark and Laurie made my visit such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of their excellent service and professionalism.

Despite having been a tough customer (stopping in right before they close, nitpicking orders, etc), Ken has been an allstar! You had my car for almost 24 hrs with working time 12 hrs to complete an oil change and new tires Timeframe was never communicated with me. I have had this service done two other times and it took about 2 hrs didn’t attached the undercarriage mat correctly so it dragged on the ground. I had to come back to have that attached correctly.
I felt unsafe driving after discovering that my tire had a slow leak which resulted in the tire becoming bald prematurely. I had purchased all my tires from only Firestone in the past and wanted only Firestone to look at them. After getting advice and options from one of the customer associates, I made an appointment to have all my tires evaluated for a minimal cost. I was able to make an appointment at a time that was very convenient and low peak times. My time waiting went by fast as I was able to take my laptop and work from the waiting area. I was impressed with the detailed evaluation and recommendations. I would definitely purchase from Firestone again. The staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating with my multiple questions. Thank you a great customer experience.

The service was quick and efficient—I was in and out faster than I expected. On top of that, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the whole process even smoother. My car drives so much better now, and I feel safe knowing the job was done right.

I had picked a nail in my tire, it was close to Firestone from closing on Monday evening. But the staff and Manager were very polite and friendly. They took care of my nail issue no problem, they patched my tire and had us back on the road in no time. Great customer service. Thank you again. Highly recommend.

I went to this Firestone to get one thing checked and figure out if I wanted to fix anything, before I could decide they had already signed me up to do more than I wanted I wasn’t even informed until after the work was finished. I even spoke to one of the employees and told him clearly I want only one service to be done and it was a total of $90. He told me I was already signed up for it, I told him I hadn’t even agreed to that, that I’d like to do this one specific service only. He confirmed with me and said okay this one service you’re all good. 2 hours later I’m told I’ve to pay $700 for services I never even agreed to!!! I’ve asked around and apparently this place does this a lot. I do NOT recommend.
I called in looking for an inspection and mark the store manager not only said yes but got me in and out as fast as possible since I had a family emergency. Thank you mark and Firestone for the great service this will be my spot from here on out.

While traveling for business I picked up a screw in my tire. I contacted Firestone and they told me to bring my vehicle in right away. They changed my oil, wipers, cabin air filter, and front tires in no time! I was extremely satisfied with the care and efficiency they showed. I would highly recommend Firestone if you need any vehicle maintenance!

Got us in pretty much last minute (around 4pm) for a full inspection! Kenny was at the front and helped us! He was absolutely awesome and had a ton of patience while we looked for documents that we needed and my son was screaming. They were fast and efficient! Didn’t try to up charge me for anything I didn’t need! Will come back!

They where supposed to order the part Monday morning. I called and checked around 11 they said they still haven’t ordered the part our have a price of how much. Mind you I had already been without my vehicle all weekend. So I walked up there to wait to see how busy they were. They guy had no issues putting me on hold and hanging up on me but when I got here all of a sudden he had to take every single call
I've been here a few times and usually have had good experiences. It's easy to book an appointment either online or over the phone, and they work quickly. I'm taking off one star because I was disappointed with the replacement front wipers they put on my car. They don't do a great job clearing the windshield, and they're pretty noisy/squeaky too. With the amount of rain we've gotten in the area recently it's been difficult or even dangerous to drive with them.
I took my car for a wheel alignment in December, I was told the alignment was good. By March my tires were wearing on the inside just as they were prior, so I took it back and they said the alignment was off and it was pulling to the left then they fixed it again. By early May I had to go back a 3rd time (using up the 2 visits under warranty in a year) and was told the alignment is still off, but was told it is fixed. When I left now my tired squeal which they did not before i got there and my traction light is on which again it was not on before I took it there. Needless to say, I will not be going back there for another alignment or any other services.
So I needed new tires and got two of them replaced on Airport Rd. When I took my car somewhere else 2 weeks later to get brakes put on they said whoever did my tires put my tire inside out, when I went back to have them basically fix it immediately or as soon as possible, I was told it would be approximately an hour wait because the one guy is going home and the other guy is already working on something but that I can come back the next day. So I left and went to Jack Williams on MacArthur Road who did not do the my tires didn’t ask any questions brought it right in fixed the tire and was done all within 10 minutes. So guess where I’ll be going for my other two tires.
The Airport Rd location has been great! I used to use another location down the highway a few exits and never felt like they could get it together there and felt like some of the techs weren't the greatest. Glad I switched! It's a little further, but worth it! Thanks!
