All of the five-star reviews, are true. This is probably one of the easiest cars on the experiences I've ever had. John was absolutely fantastic. Process was very straightforward, and simple. Easy, quick, smooth experience! Needed to sell my grandpas car and the process was very easy and straightforward. Sure they knock off some money from the original valuation but for the convenience it is worth it. They have coffee and water which is also nice.

We wanted to sell our 2nd car since my husband and I are both retired and we didn't need a 2nd car any longer. We were weighing our options for selling privately, or going to a dealership. Selling privately presents problems, having people come to your house, going for test drives, transferring title, disagreements after sale, etc. Going to a dealership meant probably getting much less, and a lot of time spent negotiating (ugh).
My husband suggested a third option of online buyers such as 'We buy any car', 'Carvana', etc.
I had emptied out the car and cleaned it up a few days prior in preparation for potentially selling it.
I went online to Webuyanycar.com early one morning, got my free quote and 7 day offer, and was pleasantly surprised at the amount quoted. It was right in the ballpark of the figure I was hoping for. I received one other offer from another company that does the same thing and the quote was not as good.
So I made an appointment for 10am that morning and went in to meet with John Deveau the Branch manager of the Allentown PA location which was closest to us.
John called me prior to our appointment to review what we we needed to have with us.
He greeted us promptly at the door as we arrived and reviewed the process once again, told us what our payment would be less the fee we would need to pay (which was reasonable based on the condition and value of our car), then went out and checked over the car, taking some pictures, etc.
When he completed the relatively short inspection and test drive of our car, he confirmed the car was in good condition and we would receive the full amount (less the fee quoted).
We signed some documents, John had access to Penndot and got the title transferred, removed our plate, and printed our check right away. We were on our way before lunch!
We definitely recommend 'We buy any car' for a quick, friendly, no hassle, honest transaction when you have a vehicle to sell! Additionally, John in their Allentown, PA office was great to work with.

Once the client who was ahead of me got wrapped up the process was smooth and fair. Something to be said for not having to deal with a bunch of people, going to a notary, hearing about trade ins and all that. I had a car to sell and in an hour I had a check.

Austin was very good at his job. he checked every thing on the truck and gave us a fair deal for it. he was very friendly along with being very professional .
Allentown office. Offered 3585. But got down to it was told 3300 was best because of paying for filing paperwork. We asked why not told beforehand. The salesperson said it was illegal to tell us.

I admit, I was skeptical at first. When I got my initial quote from their site, I said to myself, there’s no way they’ll give me this much for my car. Not that my car was piece of crap but mainly because of how much these things depreciate.
I was so wrong. I received within $300 of my original online quote and that’s due to a small fee and the increased mileage from my initial inquiry to my appointment date. The entire process was painless and transparent. Annie checked my car thoroughly and even gave me advice on things I should take care of if I decided to change my mind and not go through with it.
I received almost $5000 more than the quote I received from CarMax.

The entire selling process was painless and transparent as was my other three cars. David checked my car thoroughly and tried his best to come close to the valuation I received on their website and when I had initially declined to do the deal, he didn’t pressure me at all. With there only being a $550 difference between where he came in at and where I needed to be, it wasn’t worth it to walk away. I took the deal.
