Im not sure if i was being April fooled in December or something. I called to check how much it costs getting a DOT Annual inspection for semi truck, and was told "$450!!"
Are you guys for real? When I asked what comes under their inspection, because i recall some shops going grease job along with inspection, but NO, i was told that its just inspection.
*EDIT: Now they are saying that i called them regularly even though i called them the first time, I have a Google list with workshops 1) Called - They do DOT inspection 2) Called - They dont do DOT inspection 3) Called - Phone was not picked
And categorize into specific workshop, and being blamed that i keep calling them, do you want my call log with your number or something? Dont you have any sense of what work is to post reply such nonsense?
These guys are AWESOME!!! It is my second time bringing our company equipment to their shop and I am more than satisfied. One of our units was about to go into derate, they hooked up with Cummins Insite, did an ECU calibration and forced regen and that solved the issue. The invoice was cheaper than for my shop in Chicago to do it. Thank you once again, I will send our units again when we have an issue in the area. Sam AAM Network
I had the awesome experience of racing one of their drivers "Matt" with his heavy haul Peterbilt about 15 minutes ago, he was coming up sring creek rd and turning onto 100, he hanfldled that thing so awesome even when he spun out getting up to 55 to make sure he beat me, then staying in that right lane taking her up to 70 mph to beat everyone. Impressive in a 55 mph zone...awesome driving Matt, you're my heavy haul hero, keep it in between the ditches and the rubber down
Leaving a star because I have to in order to review. My father passed away last week, he was inside of his vehicle when this occurred. Troopers made life saving efforts and broke his windows in the process. His car was then transported here and it’s been a nightmare ever since. The car was no crash wrapped until we asked. They charged my mother over 800 dollars for it sitting there while we relentlessly tried to have it towed. What kind of business practice is this? Today my mother repeatedly told someone on the phone they needed to give the tow truck driver keys and they agreed, throughout multiple calls. Surprise! No keys and the tow truck driver left. Expecting another fee for the car sitting over night again. If you want to be extorted, this is the place to go!
Very good people when is become to help driver and company on the road for breakdown they pick me up fast and take me to my destination safe and faster.

Really great response time, the road service tech came out asked me what my issues I had with the trailer, found it and repaired it in the fastest possible time I have ever had, Chris did a amazing job on getting me back on the road quickly, I recommend this company 100%
I used hausers for roadside. My truck was broken down with a busted coolant hose. Chris showed up in a timely manner, diagnosed the issue in literally 2 seconds. He went to get the part, came back and had the new hose on in 5 minutes. He topped off my coolant reservoir and I was good to go. Thank you Chris for your exceptional service. It’s hard to find good honest roadside mechanics these days! If I could give Chris more than five stars I would!
I work with Thompson Transportation Services from Kentucky. We had an axle break on a loaded trailer. They got us to their shop, unloaded the trailer, storing the load for us. chained everything up so the trailer could be brough home and fix. We took another trailer up, they reloaded it. Without them we would have been in a real mess. Thank you so much.
Bradley is awesome … He came to my rescue when my truck broke down at 4am this morning. He was there in less than 30min. Not only did he tow my truck to the shop to get fixed, he also gave me a ride to pick up a rental car. Excellent service he will always be my first call if my truck ever breaks down again. I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was with Hausers today. Obviously no one wants to need a tow, but Brian was so nice and even helped me after I came back in another tractor to pick up my trailer. We cannot recommend this place enough. Our vehicle blew a tire on the highway almost 2 hours from home and the lug wrench for our used vehicle didn’t fit to put on our spare! Brad was there very quickly, had all the tools needed for the job and got us back on the road in no time.

Bob from Hauser comes out to fix my electrical plug outlet. I thought this would take all day, i decided to take a nap and before i could get into it bob called and was done with my truck in 5mins thanks bob.
