We had several pieces of heavy and bulky furniture which they removed from our basement. The challenge was significant and Octavius and Thomas got the job done timely and with no damage. Received excellent customer service today from Jdog. They came out quickly, they kept us apprised of their arrival time, and to our surprise, they took our old fitness equipment away today! We were not expecting that.

1800-got junk was hired by my apartment complex to remove junk out of my buildings storage unit. Before they started they crashed into my work van causing massive damage to my rear doors, cracked window, and crushed bumper. we exchanged insurance got n contact with their manager “Max” he isn’t much help at all after all this non sense. long story short this happened 2 months ago and their insurance company is still not reaching out to mine to get this resolved i called on 3 different occasions, emailed them myself, & even had my insurance company email them which they then choose to ignore us. Very unprofessional & frustrating. Save your money and go with a more professional company who stands by there name and promise.

Had no clue how we were going to clear our uncles apartment after he passed and had 60 years of furniture. Darren and James came and did an amazing job in emptying out the apartment in basically an hour. Everything is gone, including the piano
Absolutely terrible experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. My neighbor hired them. They drove their massive truck on my grass and within an inch of my paver stairs, damaging the edges and leaving them unstable. I called to complain, and they promised to pass it along to the franchise team and they should be in touch shortly, but two weeks later, the damage has only worsened due to rain runoff washing away the base. To top it off, they left trash scattered, broken glass on the sidewalk, and as they sped off, metal pipes fell off their truck into the street. Completely unprofessional and careless—avoid at all costs!

5 stars for Dyshan Franklin and Zach!!! Far exceeded expectations- they were super efficient, super friendly, and were just all-around great people. Would rate them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. They even went out of their way to chat with us and overall made the whole process so easy. 100% recommend these two!
If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a 9-11am pickup window. Your guys showed up at 6:30pm and completely destroyed our home. Thousands of dollars in damages and we need to vacate tomorrow!!! All that damage from carrying out a desk, a treadmill, and some garbage bags down out of the attic. Absolutely insane. I feel sick. I will not be paying for this “service”. You WILL send a contractor to fix all of the damages ASAP. I WILL be getting my security deposit back since I’ve been renting our home from the buyers for the past two weeks. Unbelievable.
Tom & Daryn took good care of us. They got everything loaded up pretty quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. They were able to go into our crawl space and collect some old items we needed to have thrown out. They were very careful with how they moved everything. They also double checked to be sure there was no mess left behind. I highly recommend this Allentown location. The people are very professional and great to work with !
