Anthony and Hez came out to my house to give me a quote on removing junk from the whole house. Both very professional. We scheduled the estimate for a time frame later the same evening. We received a call confirming our time frame and giving us an estimation of when in that time frame the team would arrive. We received a call from Anthony and Gavin to, again, confirm the appointment and to let us know their estimated time of arrival (which was as previously indicated.) Anthony and Gavin were polite, incredibly professional, and quick to get the job done once we accepted the pricing. They were great and we would definitely hire them again.
Jerome and Sadat were amazing! We had a huge job for them that amounted to 3 truckloads. They were friendly, accommodating and super fast. They went above and beyond and if I ever have a cleanup job in the future I will definitely be requesting them!

Antonio and Seven did an amazing job. We had so much junk in the basement. There was a huge water heater that was especially challenging, but they removed it without complaint. Very hardworking and professional with great attitudes. I would definitely use them again!!? Great job!

Antonio and Kevin were great. They called in the morning to confirm the appointment, and again as they were about ten minutes away. They were very respectful, courteous, and sorry to hear about the recent passing of my father and subsequent seeking of the family lake house (which is what necessitated their services).
To have to put out the cash to pay for the removal service would have put a little burden on me, but I was able to get their office to agree to invoice me so that the bill could be paid through probate of the estate with the proceeds from the sale of the house.
And literally all I did was point. I had multiple mattresses and box springs, some electronic equipment an old table and an office chair and a bunch of bags of trash. They bagged up everything and off it went!
I looked up the prices for me to dump the mattresses to somewhere local up here (Pocono/ Wilkes-Barre) and they compared to the pricing that I got from these guys. For me to load these things up and drive them to wherever for a minimal difference certainly wasn't worth it.
Well done guys. Well done Got-Junk.
PS. Antonio even let me win (twice by 5) on the gorgeous pool table I've had for 15 years here. It was my last time playing on it.
Great experience and they were very fast. Were to my location with a last minute appointment and were in and out in just under an hour. Very friendly and hardworking. probably not the cheapest option, but it sure as hell beats carrying everything out yourself or having a dumpster sit outside for days on end.
Update: found more junk! They came back for round 2, just as good service as the first time!

I had an entire house to go through. It’s an extremely overwhelming process. I got incredibly lucky to get Antonio and Kobe for my first appointment. Not only were they incredibly hardworking but they were unbelievably kind. I had a second appointment scheduled for the end of the week and called to request them again.
I recognize that it’s not an inexpensive process, but they made it worth every penny with their approach. 1800-got junk was hired by my apartment complex to remove junk out of my buildings storage unit. Before they started they crashed into my work van causing massive damage to my rear doors, cracked window, and crushed bumper. we exchanged insurance got n contact with their manager “Max” he isn’t much help at all after all this non sense. long story short this happened 2 months ago and their insurance company is still not reaching out to mine to get this resolved i called on 3 different occasions, emailed them myself, & even had my insurance company email them which they then choose to ignore us. Very unprofessional & frustrating. Save your money and go with a more professional company who stands by there name and promise.
Had no clue how we were going to clear our uncles apartment after he passed and had 60 years of furniture. Darren and James came and did an amazing job in emptying out the apartment in basically an hour. Everything is gone, including the piano
Absolutely terrible experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. My neighbor hired them. They drove their massive truck on my grass and within an inch of my paver stairs, damaging the edges and leaving them unstable. I called to complain, and they promised to pass it along to the franchise team and they should be in touch shortly, but two weeks later, the damage has only worsened due to rain runoff washing away the base. To top it off, they left trash scattered, broken glass on the sidewalk, and as they sped off, metal pipes fell off their truck into the street. Completely unprofessional and careless—avoid at all costs!
