I needed to get my car inspected and they took care of me right away, even without an appointment, and on a busy day too. That kind of service goes a long way and I really appreciate it. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both fast and trustworthy, but these guys nailed it. Definitely recommend!
I had a really disappointing experience with Ortiz Towing Service. I called them 15 minutes before they closed to confirm they had three tires I needed, and they gave me a price. When I showed up the next day, they acted like they didn’t remember our conversation at all. They only had two tires instead of three, and they even changed the price on me. When I mentioned the call, they just brushed it off and were unprofessional about the whole situation. Definitely not what I expected and won’t be going back.

First let me say the lady who answered my call was very polite and patient as far as me explaining my tire situation to her. My original tire had a huge nail jammed in there and my donut looked flat as well. I bought my jeep here and within minutes I was on my way with my original tire, very affordable and just a pleasant experience all together. 10/10 Would definitely recommend and will be returning as well !!
I went there for good used tires at a good price, and I was not disappointed—got two like new, and saved $70 per tire over cheapest new tires I priced elsewhere. While there I got an oil change at a very reasonable price. Nice people—family owned.
Not sure if the hours are correct but this place is awesome! These guys have plugged quite a few of my tires in the last 6 months. So friendly and so fast. I’m a gig worker so any time with my primary vehicle down is an inconvenience. The dealership would take over an hour for a plug!Def seems like a local family owned business; often see multiple family members there which is awesome. Clean for a garage and a nice looking towing rig about the lot. I’m definitely seeing this guy for my next round of tires.
Paying homage to Atown tires, I've always liked them and they were cool. But the new owners here are awesome. I've been having issues with my my Acura MDX since I bought it back in October or November of last year. Today they fixed the problem for a good price and really good customer service. I appreciate yall and will be recommending you guys always.
Very nice staff. Take the time to explain what's going on with you vehicle. Give off a family feel, soon as you walk in. They worked with me in more ways then one. GREATFUL for their help. They even stayed extra to help me with my emergency. I will most definitely be going back. My new Mechanic And their Son knows what he is doing aslo, so listen to him.
I requested a service on 02/06/2024 in the morning from bethlehem to catasaqua but the man abused my car. He tried to get my car onto the tow truck by putting it in first gear as a result the clutch lever is broken. I lost so much money
Place employees are very unprofessional and rude especially the older gentleman I went to get air in my tires. The gentleman kicked my rim, was cursing the whole time, and when he was done he proceeded to tell me to go to wawa next time. I do not recommend this establisment!
Luis and Company are the most Professional group I have ever dealt with. Luis personally came to my home and got my car in the very early AM. I had never had such a complex situation just explode out of my car 5 miles away on 78. But, by 2 PM the same day the perfect communication, accompanied by photos helped fix my problems. Then they dropped my car in my driveway once it was done before 3 PM. I had called around just to double check prices, this Company beat all the competition using top quality products. Absolutely amazing work absolutely great and amazing customer service I can't say enough Luis God bless you you are truly a lifesaver to me today and to my children I can't thank you enough not only for the cheap price but also the fast and amazingly efficient job you did on my vehicle today I've seen this place driven past it numerous times in the past 15 17 years of lived in Allentown and I never once thought about stopping there in my life I don't know what drew me to your garage today however I am so glad that I chose to turn left at that light today not only did you give me service with a smile but you fix the problem I started out with and then the problem that the other garage over the bridge the three primos created for me on top of that and I can't thank you enough and I can only hope that everyone in Allentown is aware of how good sir how good of service you guys provide so that way everyone can go there when they have car troubles rather than some other garage run by a bunch of wannabe mechanics that don't listen to the customers needs I hope this is helpful to anyone reading it.
Let me just say that Ortiz is awesome! I dropped my car off not knowing it had changed ownership.its the old Allentown Tire location. It was dark when I dropped it off. The next morning I received a phone call from the owner of the new place. Explaining it was new ownership and he would gladly do the work I needed. I was hesitant at first not knowing these new guys, but the owner put me at ease and we chatted about the work that needed to be done. Two new tires, rear brake rotors and pads and it needed to be inspected. Ortiz price came in lower than expected and the work they performed was flawless. The owner worked with me all the way through the process and it was great. I will recommend anyone to take their cars to Ortiz. It’s a family run biz, I met them when I picked the car up. The shop has been cleaned and painted and spruced up. The place looks great. We wish Ortiz all the best. I’m bringing my wife’s beloved Alfa Romeo to them as well. Ortiz is 5 stars! It’s says it’s a tire shop but they do everything! Tires and brakes and engine stuff and trans and shocks etc!

I had my Impreza hydrolock during the Ida Flooding. I called Ortiz towing and he came within the hour. Car was actually not ready to be towed. He had no issue rescheduling for later the same day, was on time, friendly, and quick. Great prices, great service. I will be using again if the need arises.
I called Luis to pick a vehicle up for me from Copart. Absolute professional. Made an appt himself and went and got my vehicle. He even waited for it. 3 1/2 hours later, they brought it out for him and he towed it home for me. I'll definitely be calling him again. Great guy and great service. Good luck brotha.
