Dishonest call center. I was promised they'd move my car today, then cancel 20 minutes after the call. Reason? They were paid to pick up the keys from another location for disability purposes, but "don't want my guys driving all over the place".
I received text messages updates with an ETA that was accurate. I requested the truck driver call me when he arrived, I was worried I wouldn’t hear the text, and he made sure he did. Once the driver arrived he gave me the option of towing my car or jumping it (The cold killed the battery) I appreciated being offered the choice! I ended up going with the tow because I couldn’t get the car to the shop at that time. Very professional, on time, and friendly service! Also from the moment I set up the tow to when they arrived it was only a hour; everything was done pretty quickly.
I have usaa insurance with towing waited while other provider drug there feet AJs was there in less than half hour after receiving call very prompt professional am telling my insurance company that I only want AJs towing anything I own
My tow truck driver called me directly & arrived quicker than expected!! The driver was very polite. He was concerned that I was comfortable and made sure I had a ride home before leaving. I am saving this tow company contact info in my phone just case I need help again.
I had a flat tire on Rte 78. The technician arrived within half an hour and had the tire changed quickly. He even helped put the tire in my car. He pulled out behind me to ensure I safely merged with traffic. Excellent service!

Made a call to my ins co. They contacted AL'S and in about 30 minutes they showed up. 10 minutes to load my van and we were off to the place I buy my tires. GREAT JOB. GREG
I called AJ 's this morning and I can't tell you what a pleasure it was talking with James . He was so helpful and answered all my questions. He had my daughters car towed to my home from AJ himself with in 2 hours . Their service is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs them .
State Farm roadside sent me AJs towing yesterday to initially change a tire that ended up being a tow. The gentleman was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever encountered. So patient with me. Would definitely recommend this business for your towing needs!
I recommend these guys they are legit with their prices and work. They won’t overcharge and are very professional just used them today towing my red Volvo 2008
Overcharged and abused costs.( predatory billing system) My car was towed 10:45 PM at night and when I went to their office next day at 9:30 am they charged me a 2 days storage fee plus other fees that are supposed to be included in the towing service. The Only justification I got was that those are automatically calculated by their system.
Driver was awesome, arrived in good time. Helped me load up my truck and dropped it off at my house. I would definitely recommend again for any towing needs.
Got connected with AJs through Subaru Roadside Assistance. Bizarrely, my Subaru locked itself while running with just closing the door plus 2 key fobs and the mechanical key would not unlock it!! Running car!! The driver (forgot his name sorry) arrived unbelievably quickly and was very efficient, professional and kind. And since this was so weird, we tried the locks and keys several times while he was here to check that now it was ok and working. Many thanks to AJs and the driver as this could have been a real safety issue and was urgent and concerning as it was. Will follow up with Subaru now, but thank you again.

I can tell you one thing, they go above and beyond. They came exactly on time, only waited 25 minutes like they told me. Price was great to go from Bethlehem, PA to Newark, NJ they took great care of my Freightliner Cascadia. I'll definitely use them again
AJ showed up within 30min. I locked my keys in my car. He was able to get my car opened within ten minutes. Great service and nice guy. I highly recommend him to anyone!
I was 3 hours from home when my battery died. The folks at AJ's were my heroes. They showed up quickly with a new battery, installed it, and made sure everything was working properly. On top of that, they were friendly and professional. I highly recommend AJ's Performance. They are a quality business.
I blew out a tire on my car, and of course I don't have a spare. AJ's Towing came to my rescue within 15 minutes of my call to them. they very carefully loaded my vehicle onto the flatbed, and towed me to my destination. The driver was very courteous, thoughtful and kind. I felt very safe and confident in his care.
James from AJ's is absolutely amazing! This is the second tow I got with a separate vehicle and he's been super helpful. Each time he's called before, when he arrives and this time he even called after with a follow up on my "Beyty White". I really appreciate anyone who not only shows up for their job now a days but actually cares about the service they're giving! I'd recommend them 100%
