Great customer service. Excellent excellent. Smooth easy system. No delay. Workers very friendly and helpful. Place is bright and clean. I actually love recycling. This place makes me feel proud to do my duty for the earth!! Recycle today!!!
Thought the point was to reduce and REUSE and recycle! But cant take anything to reuse it is stealing! Only allentown I swear! And talk about rude staff, I never in all the years going there and recycling like a good person was treated this way.
The new guidelines for trash and recycling are not clear when it comes down for the recycling portion of it. I understand they don’t want trash to be in big containers because the worker don’t want to work but nobody said anything about the recycling. Whitehall has a very good system. Why is Allentown always in last place.
I put my recycling out on a Friday evening and that is when it considered bulk night as well. I wake up in the morning on Yeah Saturday to find my recycling been still full in stillfool and a couch that I have thrown out. Several times I had to clean up broken glass because because I have watched the workers pick up the bins and just toss it and whatever is left brakes on the ground and they keep going. If you don't like your job get another
Who do I go to report the 10th trash and recycling center?!!!! They are the worse! It doesn't matter if you go there in person, show pictures, and talk to their manger......the same hogwash song and dance is still happening!!!!
Why do we need to teach grow people with a damn job how to speak to other people. I called and spoke to Brian about a tree that the employees missed twice. Instead of him apologizing and saying I'll get someone to pick it up, he tried telling me what I should have done. Noooo it's not my job to make sure the employees are doing their job. I did my part my 8ft tree was on the curb twice. They didn't miss it they just didn't take it. I did not call with attitude even though I had to wake up out of my sleep to call after just getting in from work at 5:30 a.m. Thank goodness for him throwing me on hold rudely for the woman whom was kind about it and just stated that if there is ever a miss to contact them asap, but she's getting someone out here. Thank you to her. As for Brian next time start by saying, "SORRY for the miss, I will get someone there to pick it up. Should you ever have a miss again please contact us asap and we'll handle it from there.
I have dropped things of several times and never had an issue. When its really busy staff are not as friendly as they are trying to get to everyone that needs them. When its not busy, they are usually super friendly. Its easy to see where each type of item goes and easy to dispose of most things. I recommend sorting your stuff before you come.
