I have been going to Reese's Auto Service for over 20 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. All the mechanics are skilled and up to date on the latest technology. The prices are fair. And the owner, Jeff, is very nice and honest. If you want a mechanic you can trust and who can get the job done, I highly recommend Reese's.
I had some issues and wasn’t sure what was going on with my car, called in and they got me in the next day and fixed my issue with a very reasonable price!
I recommend Reese’s Auto! First time I took my vehicle there. It is a 1996 gmc k1500 and it went in for inspection and needed a few replacement parts. They did an awesome job! Thanks for keeping my old truck on the road!
Broke down about 100 yards from there shop the night before.pushed my car into there parking lot went in the next morning talked to them and they had me back on the road the same day
New to using this business for my inspections and alignments and will continue to do so. I took my Isuzu here for safety and emissions inspection along with an alignment just yesterday. This is the first time I have ever experienced having an alignment done and it being perfect the first visit. Extremely pleased with their work.
Called up to ask about a car they had for sale. Was told nothing was wrong with it.
Then you get there and the first thing you hear is(we might have to jump it).
I ask, oh, is there a drain on the battery? ... well, we think it may be the after market radio.. OK, strike 1
Then we open the car door and I notice a towel behind the seat, it's soaking wet, so I ask, oh, is there a leak? ... Well, the door and window don't quite seal up so yeah water gets into the car...strike 2.
Methinks to meself(hmm, wet floorboards lead to rust and rot, so I lay down on the ground and look under the car) doesn't look too rusted out, but there's oil everywhere under the car... strike 3.
Why can't they just tell the truth and save me a couple hours of wasted time and effort?!? I'm so sad and angry for my son , who really wanted this car!
I went there on the recommendation of an aquantaince for an oil change and a couple of very minor issues. They charged me to put in two screws to secure an aftermarket piece. VERY PETTY. Then I had to make a 2nd trip back to their business because they forgot to reset my oil change indicator.. No apology for the inconvenience. One week later, the two screws they put in fell out. I had to go back a 3rd time to solve that issue... Again, no apology for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE and NOT RECOMMENDED their service to ANYONE. Quite the opposite. DO NOT GO TO REESE'S AUTO SERVICE
Took my car for an inspection and thought everything was fine. I went to get an oil change in my car to find out that the latch for my hood is completely broken and the hood cannot be opened. Reese's was the last place that had the hood opened on my vehicle, but they didn't bother to tell me they had an issue with my hood latch or bother to mention that they broke it.
Purchased a used car . They did every thing that they could to make it an excellent used car. They are trusted and excellent mechanics . Awesome service.

Great place and a garage you can trust that wont take advantage and goes out of their way to help you, great communication and bill was cheaper than others. Everyone where o work used only Reeses garage/service. Awesome place!
I have been going to Reese's for roughly 10 years now. I find they can always get you in when you need them and their quality is great. They are very fair and honest with you and their staff is professional but friendly as well. Almost like family is working on your vehicle. I will continue to take my vehicles there for ALL my needs. I recently made the mistake of allowing Safelite to fix my window (it was stuck down and they got me in sooner) and after 10 months, the regulator (the part they replaced) needed replaced AGAIN. Here I am 2 weeks later and having problems with I suspect the regulator. Just made an appointment for my TRUSTED and RESPECTABLE mechanics to let me know what's really going on.
In 2004 I purchased a new Ford F150 and had it serviced at Reese's starting at the first oil change. In 16 years I now have 282504 miles on it and they kept it running perfectly. I feel their prices are fair and their staff is friendly and professional. I'm a customer for life and would recommend them to anyone.
The owner of this place is friendly. The work they do is transparent and they don't try to upsell you on anything. Very good place to get your auto maintenance done.
Prices are higher then Greg's, who they bought out. Expected them to keep the same price structure. Was disappointing and surprised when I got my service bill. Work was quality.
Jeff and Jim were outstanding in dealing with issues I had involving the vehicle I purchased there. They gave me the option of buying back the vehicle or paying for the repairs. I would highly recommend this business as their prices are fair, service is good and the people are fantastic.
Reese's auto service and sales have been servicing my vehicles for 8yrs. The quality of workmanship is A+ and knowledge of the service industry top notch. Owner and employees are trustworthy, conscientious and timely. Scheduling is important to me and they come through in the best of their ability. I also bought 3 vehicles from Reese's in last several yrs. and couldn't be happier with the automobiles or the transactions. Definitely worth a look if you need service or repairs and or a vehicle.
