Seb is the master at VW and Audi repair. Not only that but he’s honest and doesn’t inflate your bill. He has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years with his honesty. Not sure why you would go anywhere else!
Definitely worth driving 45 minutes for repairs. What had started as a nightmare repair at another "specialty shop" has turned into a miracle repair by Kohl's German Auto. I can't recommend this guy enough. Very knowledgeable, honest, common sense VW specialist. Great job!!

Stopped in having a issue with a vehicle I've been working on.. was very helpful and we definitely saw eye to eye to a lot of things with the issue I had.. also needed a part and he had one next day for less than half what other stores were asking.. if you drive a German vehicle and need help I'd recommend stopping in..

I bought 4 wheels from Kohls and 3 of them are bent and not usable, they will not take them back, or even return my phone call. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE>.
Do you need an obscure part for your Mk 3? What about a something for a Corrado? Chances are this place has it. I thought I needed a gas tank for my 98 GTI, called around to a few places, and found this guy was tree only one tat had one, and in good shape too. He was helpful in giving directions on how to replace it and some tricks too.
