I work for a home services company and one of our vans broke down with our tow truck unavailble I called and he worked quickly and efficently on getting someone out to help. Custom Classics referred them and Im grateful they were able to resolve our issue quickly!
where do i even begin…this man is not the easiest person to work with. Sadly my partner got into an accident this was his first ever one. A & J towing should not be in business absolutely angered for no reason. He wanted us to pay $800 for him to tow OUR car back to our house about 10 minutes down the road. Then when we asked how much it would be for US to tow it ourselves he said $750 to tow our car. We just want to sell it for parts at-least make something off the car. But it was way to much to get it towed..but for him to keep OUR car we have to pay HIM. $150..absolutely awful! Find a new job if your this miserable and upset

I was in a fairly desperate situation and needed a tow ASAP. Not only did he respond amazingly quick, he was also extremely reasonable with pricing! He could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation and I wouldn’t have had much of a choice, instead, he was understanding and reasonably affordable. Fantastic job and thank you again!!!

awful experience. I would rate 0/5 if i could. This man is incredibly hostile and made the experience absolutely dreadful for anyone there. My partner had been in an accident and I arrived at the scene as he needed transportation. This man pictured arrived at the scene so angry at the world. After throwing random high priced numbers around,not communicating properly, and being plain rude, I noticed from my car how rude he was being. And in this situation do you want someone being rude/ hostile? No. You want a friendly person to help you out… this man was very much opposite. From my car I stated “excuse me, can you please calm down”. From here this heightened his anger, “WHO ARE YOU TELLING ME HOW TO DO MY JOB? WHO ARE YOU? “ . I stated, “I am his girlfriend”. He then said, “THEN LEAVE”. Probably at the top of his lungs, ANGRY. Now I’m sorry i asked him to calm down… this person should NOT be working with the public when in stressful situations (like car accidents). Doesn’t help and is extremely rude to customers. You should not work for a tow company if you are angered when called in. You’re doing a service helping the community and it’s clearly this company has made I and many others experiences miserable. I would recommend anger management classes and a new job. If you want someone nice and friendly and helpful (as someone in this position should be) DO NOT GIVE A&J YOUR TIME.
Corey from A&J did a great job picking up my Porsche Boxster. Not the easiest vehicle to tow as they are built low to the ground. The car was angled off in a bit of a tricky spot, parked off the side of the road. He knew exactly what to do. A real Pro. I'd recommend A&J to anyone. Quick response, and friendly service. I'm sure all the tow guys are good. Still I'd ask for Corey !
Absolutely horrible. If you like being stranded this is the place for you. Showed up after several hours. Looked at me and drove away. And I'm not unattractive!
Very poor experience. They towed our minivan and unfortunately caused damage to a plastic panel in the rear lift gate. After we reported the damage, they refused to take responsibility and said that we could not prove that they were responsible for the cracks. Any reasonable person would quickly come to the conclusion that the towing company was responsible. The type of damage could only be caused be excessive force being applied from under the car. We were appalled be this whole process. This company should not longer be in business.
I never did get to use him for towing. My transmission stopped working and when I called to see about a tow, he said he had to call the police because it was an accident. It was not an accident in any possible way. He was also very anxious sounding and his explanation as to why he kept calling it an accident didnt make any sense. So I politely declined his service. Shortly before my tow from Beaston Towing showed up, the police showed up. He actually called the police anyway. The state police arrived, poked around, and then left after the car was secured on the tow truck. They werent sure why they were called either. So he made an already stressful situation WAY more stressful. Will never call him again for towing.
They are fabulous I was waiting for 4 hours on another towing company and then called A and J they were there in less then 30 minutes. Thank you and the staff is amazing
It was very bad experience with the company my car broke down and I have 2 babies in car on JUN 18 I called them at 3:15 I told them please I need help I’m in middle of the road but he told me is not my problem I have no one to help u at this tim they will be there between 5:47 to 6:17 but in end they com at 9:40 after I called them more than 15 time every time the person he answered me he’s in his way but he was lair.
Horrible experience and nothing but rudeness and greed. I wouldn't even have given them a star. Robbery at its finest. Lack of professionalism and compassion. It wasn't bad enough I was in an accident but to charge me over the weekend $960 and be completely rude is ridiculous. I want to know who hurt this man and what happened to him to operate the way he does. I'll pray for him.
Terrible experience. Nothing but attitude when you’re already going through misfortune. All this company cares about is your money. I got into a car accident in which I’m guessing the owner of the company had handled the towing of my vehicle. In my despair he tried convincing me my car was totaled and to sell it to him. It’s not, 1k in damage at most. And Everytime I called this tow company to inquire about the state of my vehicle and how to get it out I was met with attitude. Knowing this guy can make up whatever price he wants you have to just kinda take it. Just straight up bad business ethics as well. I call at 2:30 on a Tuesday to get my car out. And the guy tells me to hurry up because he wants to go home(owner and original tow guy for my vehicle). Then last minute demands cash only. For a 700 dollar bill. Terrible owner and terrible business practice.

This company was the most helpful of anyone related to my son's recent accident. I highly recommend their prompt, friendly and "over the top" helpful service!
